The studio space is small but the staff is well equipped to manage a large party. The staff really engages the children and they are very professional. We attended a party for about 16 kids. They were given smocks, Paint and supplies to paint a small canvas. They were individually supervised and the kids really enjoyed themselves. The theme was Minions so the children created a minion to place on their canvas. While the canvas' were drying the children played freeze dance meets hot potato with a boxed prize. This was great to split up the monotony of crafts. The host ordered Pizza locally to be delivered to the studio and brought a cake. The party ran from 11:30-1:15 p.m. which was perfect. There was metered side street parking for up to 2 hours, which is a drag...but Bellerose Village has to collect somehow. I enjoyed the party maybe...a little more than my daughter.

All of our pictures came out really great, even though i have no art skills at all. It was relaxing but fun at the same time, a perfect day time thing to do before a girls night out. My favorite part about this place is the owners, Brian and Patty. These two are the cutest couple ever and are so happy doing what they love for a living. They are incredibly talented and funny. They are great teachers and a lot of fun to be around. I cant wait to go back and do more classes. We are already waiting for the next event, a couples painting class in September! I loved that the staff was right there, constantly cleaning up the extra bubbles and adding more soap to keep the fun going. The giant blue blocks section was so cool, too--the kids built a ton of different things and had a blast destroying them afterward! The old-school phones are always a fun classic, and they absolutely loved the animal section upstairs. Lots of interactive exhibits, play areas and the obligatory climbing structure. Will inevitably be busy like most things on Long Island. Staff is friendly enough however mostly in the background. Good balance of different types of things to do, including a few animals upstairs. The town play set area is very cool, and I love that they have a rotating exhibit space. It was trains when we were there, themed to Thomas the train with both a ton of tracks to play with, as well as life sized Thomas train characters. Had to drag my son out of there, however luckily their gift shop is decent with legitimate toys versus just cheap crap. Would definitely come back here.
