All items are unique and fun, hence the business name. Honestly, there were several pieces I'd love in adult sizes. While their speciality is clothing, they also sell a number of knickknacks, books, stickers, toys, etc. It's a great spot to shop for a birthday or baby shower, especially since you're guaranteed to find something unique. We came in here for no particular reason since neither of us has children, just to browse - maybe for our nieces and nephews as part of the massive 4 hour walking tour that we did at the Beachwood Mall. This place has cute clothing for children. In some cases, probably too cute, since I don't think any school dress codes allow girls to have their shoulders on display. Ridiculous. The dress codes, not the outfits here. Their clothes are moderately priced. I can find stuff for the nephew here easily.

There is a very nice selection, and this store is impeccably clean and organized. I was greeted when I walked in, and asked by both associates at separate times if I needed any assistance. They have awesome daily sales too! Today the door buster I got was buy 1 get 2 free of assorted shirts and pants for my toddler. On top of that, their rewards program can save you even more. I have found the quality of Carters clothing to be pretty good and their items run true to size as well. I will definitely be back!

I had the urge to ask a salesperson, "Do you have anything that I CAN'T wear to an ugly sweater party?" They have two floors, which in my mind is a negative, not a positive. It's just too overwhelming, and it's not like Nordstrom or some nice department store that can validate having more than one floor. It's friggin H & M. And I guess holiday shoppers are animals, because this place looked and smelled like a zoo. People were tearing through racks, stuff was all misplaced and thrown on the floor. Gross! The checkout was fast though, and I got a free $5 gift card for some reason. And I didn't have to give my email address to the poor tired checkout gal. No surprise it wasn't there in the morning, but I was told because it was delivered to the correct address there was nothing they could do. I've been trying to place an online order for 4 days now only to have Zara immediately canceling every single one. from digging around online, I've learned that they likely marked my whole account as fraud and are immediately blocking me. I've reached out to Zara 4 or 5 times now trying to get a resolution because I simply want to play an order and they have been nothing but dismissive, unhelpful, and robotic. they have 0 care, don't care to give any sort of information as to what the problem is, what they're doing to solve it, and they give false timelines for when you can expect the solution to come in. I've tried using a different credit card and a different web browser, yet everything gets blocked. the online help chat gives the same robotic non-answers every single time without answering any of my questions. they refuse to connect me to anyone that is actually able to review and help me on my case. now at least 4 of the items that I had tried to buy are now out of stock because of their automatic system cancellation and they told me that there's nothing they can do. this is the worst online store system I've ever used and also the worst customer service. clearly a lot of other people have had the same issue as me, and they've done nothing to remedy it for future customers.
