Stumbled across this gem while waiting for a shelling tour. 10/10 passes the vibe check. They had a raffle that was free to enter, friendly staff and patrons and great picked drinks. Thanks for helping non-locals feel welcome.

Took a drive to Goodland this past Sunday. It was a beautiful day and everyone must have had the same idea because parking was a nightmare. You ca also pull up in your boat. Had to pay $10 for parking. Arrived a little after 1 pm and went to the place that seemed have the least amount of wait time. We were greeted quickly and given a table outside by the water. We decided on appetizers and water as we wanted to walk to the other bars and have a beer. The staff were nice enough and the fish dip and buffalo shrimp were good but I thought the portions were kind of small. Would like to come back another weekend but arrive earlier to beat some of the crowd.

First time at the Little Bar nut not Goodland, FL. Love the laid back vibe and fresh, daily caught, seafood. Stone crabs a must, and everyone had a great fish dish. Missed a pic of the wonderful peel and eat fresh shrimp. House made onion rings too! Service was great and prices fair. We will be back.

Food, service & nice outdoor seating. So good & fun place for dinner. Susan did a great job especially with being super busy. Everyone's food was perfect & we got to see a nice sunset.

On the water. Comfortable. Service is fast and with a smile. Menu is large enough. Food was very good. Grouper balls were unique and worthwhile. Stone crab was also excellent. Soup had plenty crab and a bit of heat. Would definitely come back and hang out.

This place exceeded expectations. The key lime pie was one of the best I've ever had soft, fluffy, and incredibly creamy instead of the usual dense slice. The flavor was perfectly balanced. The peanut butter pie was just as good rich, creamy, and not overly sweet. The medium stone crab claws were incredibly fresh (they source them next door from Kirk's Fish Market), and the mustard sauce was great. The shrimp appetizer was cooked perfectly and honestly didn't even need the sauce. The grilled oysters were buttery and garlicky. Amazing service, indoor and outdoor seating. The space could use a little facelift, but the food more than makes up for it. We'll be back!

Servers are awesome, and the food is even better. It's the daily music we follow... and have for years! Yes, you can even arrive by boat. Indoor seating and outdoor tables along the water, too. This place is classic "old Florida." Not to be missed.

Food is generally good. I had my usual. Conch chowder, grouper balls and today liver and onions. We had good service from Susie. Nice ambiance sitting by the water. A little cool and breezy today but still nice.

Little Bar Restaurant What I witnessed here today was blatant discrimination. A server assigned to the table next to ours refused to acknowledge or serve that family at all--no eye contact, no greeting, no explanation--while continuing to serve others around them. There was no issue with the family. The only difference was that the father and children were brown. Sending out a different server after the fact does not undo what happened. It avoids accountability. This was racism, expressed through silence and refusal, and it is unacceptable! I will not recommend this restaurant unless it addresses this behavior directly and publicly.

Tried this place on vacation in Marco Island. The restaurant itself and the surrounding neighborhood is quite charming with nice outdoor views, although it was too windy for us to sit outside. We started with the stone crab claws which were delicious and perfectly sweet. They came with a mustard sauce which tasty, but the crab is so good the sauce is unnecessary - we saved it for the fries. We also had some lobster bisque which was quite good as well. My daughter had the blackened scallops which were good - standard scallops. My wife had the soft shelled crab. My first time trying soft shell crab so I have no frame of reference here. Not my favorite, but it's a texture thing and has nothing to do with preparation! Our server and all of the staff was very friendly and nice. If you're in the area give this place a shot. It's off the beaten path and quite lovely.

We visited the Little Bar on vacation and sat on the outdoor patio where we had an amazing view of the water & sunset. We ordered the grouper balls as an appetizer...yummy! I ordered the cheesy baked grouper and rice pilaf both of which were excellent! The fish was cooked to perfection! Our server did a great job of explaining the menu. They have a full bar; try the old fashioned. Whatever you do have the chocolate peanut butter pie. You won't regret it!

It's a mostly outdoor beach bar, with live music, drinks, food, and their famous "Sunday Funday." Nate and I were there on a weekday afternoon, so the vibe was more chill than I assume it gets on Sundays. We found a picnic table with an umbrella and a server came over right away. It was "idle hour" (happy hour), so we got some discounted drinks and a snack, some peel and eat shrimp. I wanted a pina colada, and it came with a rum floater. The pina colada itself didn't seem like it was very strong, but it had good flavor and wasn't overly sweet. I also got a margarita from the happy hour menu, which was pretty strong and sweet. The shrimp were served cold with cocktail sauce. They were cooked nicely and not rubbery, but didn't have a ton of flavor. I'd definitely order other food from the menu, but we were heading to dinner soon after so I didn't want to fill up. The live music that was happening while we were there was pretty silly and kind of raunchy, but entertaining. I'm glad we got to experience this popular spot at an off-peak time.

The highlight for me was seeing Pickleball Michelle for 3 of these 8 Sundays! Lots of familiars from around town you will see and in general the people were very cordial and receptive towards me! I welcome and enjoy the political messaging. I didnt eat any of the food but it looked good to me! Gotta hand it to the staff servicing in conditions such as extreme heat, rainy weather, busy crowds, and slow ones, they definitely will deserve their much-needed break! I literally cannot say enough good things about our experience at Hogfish Harry's!…read more For my first visit, my husband and I came for lunch one day while vacationing in Naples about two weeks ago. Our server was also the bartender (Jordan) who was extremely welcoming and super friendly. We told her it was our first time there and she gave us the rundown about the menu and some of the local favorites. We got a coconut shrimp appetizer which was delicious and my blackened grouper Caesar salad was beyond divine. I'm so glad I went with that fish option over the mahi. The grouper was extremely fresh, and the portion size was huge! My husband ordered the mahi-mahi Neuben (I.e. Ruben) which he said was surprisingly good! We also tried a few of the signature cocktails, which to my surprise came in tiki glasses! I absolutely love when a drink comes in fun glassware! Our experience at lunch was so great that we raved about it to our family. Which resulted in us coming back the very next day, but for dinner. We had 24 people in our party! I don't think that we would've been able to do this during peak season so if you're looking to bring a large group, definitely go off - season! Our server for the 24 person dinner with Sam and she was also beyond wonderful! She was our only server and somehow managed to wrangle a table full of chatty adults and six children! Kudos to her! Everything we ordered came out amazing! I absolutely loved the Maine Lobster Salad! Came with a huge portion of lobster, which, for the price was really great! The restaurant has an absolutely wonderful ambience and we were so impressed with the experience, the staff and the food considering this was our first time visiting. They're a bit tucked away inside of a private resort, but since they're open till the public, they do have appropriate signage for the location and it's pretty easy to find. Overall, both dining experiences were absolutely wonderful and I beyond recommend visiting Hogfish Harry's if you're ever in the Naples area. 10/10 recommend!
