She spoke English decently. The others seemed to barely speak English. If you're willing to be patient about that, this place can work for you. My tech was Joan. She only works on Sunday. She had a sweet demeanor and her work was gentle and meticulous. It was a bit pricier here than the 1st location I checked out but worth it. Overall, still less expensive than Manhattan and NJ. An overall good deal. PRO TIP: Join their free membership/rewards program. Ask them about it. After some visits/$ spent, you'll qualify for a $10 credit to be used towards an upcoming visit.

She kinda moved very quickly and felt she could have spent a little more time. Once I was done, she attempted to charge me $5 more than the usual rate, I objected. The lady next to me tried to justify but the manager who knows I come regularly said something and they corrected the amount. I am contemplating going back to Lina's across the street due to this. Until stopped, when I stopped the worker she only got mad snd was not ready to throw the strip. The service is very unprofessional and they seemed to be pretty noob while doing it. She didn't even know how to apply wax. She kept on pulling my skin and every time I would tell her it was hurting, she seemed super annoyed and replied back in Chinese. Which i had no idea what she meant! But her body language seemed as if she was super annoyed. Later she told me she wont wax my toes and fingers and I need to pay extra 2$ on each toe and finger! Which is absurd I have never heard of it and it was no where on their service card. She left multiple patches of hair big and small islands. And when I asked her to clean em she didn't want to do it and seemed to be fidgeting. I did complain at the desk and to which they responded "she is our best" and wend straight to billing! I called in advance just to make sure it was OK to take me as a walk-in, and it was no problem at all. The staff are all super friendly, sweet, and truly genuine in professionalism and for making you feel comfortable. They have a much larger selection of colors to pick for your gel manicure. If you pay cash, it's $32 which is pretty reasonable if you are planning to use a credit card it will come out to $33. I had a lovely technician who also gave me a great free back massage prior to finishing. I was in and out in slightly over an hour. I'm super happy with my nails and how clean my cuticles are!
