Went here on a vacation. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The service was quick and clean, waiters/waitresses were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The food was the best part though, the price was absolutely worth it for the quality of the food. Ordered the Maple French Toast and I would absolutely recommend it. The toast was so soft and flavourful and the maple syrup wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Honestly a beautiful place to have a nice breakfast with friends and/or family. read more

The service is always amazing, we try and get Claire's section because we are never asking for anything, never waiting and she always has a smile on her face! Unfortunately, our last visit to Little Beetle was underwhelming and disappointing. New venue is beautiful but the chairs are narrow, I am not wide but they were too narrow for me to sit in comfortable. Service was friendly but went poorly. We were seated at 2:30 and they neglected to mention they closed at 3pm. We still had food and drinks on the table when they suggested we needed to leave soon. Food was amazing but we got our drinks served after our food. We were also told we could not order a half order, as advertised, because they have a policy where one patron needs to do a full order otherwise no one can do a half. Due to line up, they let you sign in (name and phone number) to get you in queue...but others would leave their spot and the poor staff will be calling each and every phone numbers to check if they are coming back or not so others can take its spot. Hope management will just do a first come first serve if they leave the line, then spot should just go to the next in line. Their staff are great. Food is really tasty, seasoned well...and that thick bacon...it's really good. read more

I'd wished I had experienced the former Little Beetle, because it seemed it was revamped and menu re-designed to be chic. Unfortunately it's missing some main points. I ordered Fried chicken Benny. No question was asked about how cooked I liked my poached egg. My dish came with 2 poached eggs, and it was sad with 1 egg overcooked and very little Hollande sauce. Throughout our dining experience, no staffs came to ask how our foods were, so I couldn't even share about the egg been overdone. Tables (3 sets of customers) beside us were hoping to ask something from the staff and were told "our kitchen was closed". Two families made the same comments "isn't it customary for staff to go around each table warning it's last call?" So that sums up their customer service...no warm check-up, and staffs seemed too hurry to leave than "settling bills with their assigned tables". Or is there assigned table? read more

I was just at the Little Beetle in Chilliwack for breakfast and was surprised at how fast the meal arrive the guy sitting at the table beside me even commented to his son on how fast my meal arrived. The omelette was perfect both visually and to my taste buds. The staff are so pleasant and efficient for a business that only been open for two weeks in Sardis. Another Chilliwack gem! This small city is seriously best served by great independent, local restaurants like Little Beetle. You could go to a chain and spend just as much as you do for the fantastic food and friendly, efficient service here. We were four for breakfast, arrived for 8am as we'd heard it gets SUPER popular, and there was a line when we left just after 9. Dishes ordered were French toast (absolutely amazing, no syrup needed), fried chicken eggs Benny, the Chilliwack breakfast, and smoked salmon eggs Benny. The coffee was very good quality and the hot chocolate came with a fat marshmallow on top. We're already thinking of what we'll have next time! read more

Delicious food. Best ambience in Chilliwack IMO. They have limited options for those with Celiac Disease and you have to be really clear upfront but they try. Not a 100% Celiac safe kitchen so you take your chances but the only 100% Celiac safe place now in Chilliwack is Stormy's at Pickeco Refills at Vedder/Keith Wilson. If you want a Plant Based meal or you are an omnivore they have lots of yummy stuff. read more

The service was excellent the staff are engaging, polite and clearly enjoy the job. The restaurant is clean, organized and nicely decorated with live plants which creates a calming atmosphere. I had the vegetarian sandwich which was absolutely delicious and presentation was spot on. I would have preferred a meal with meat but was unable to have it due to where the meat is sourced but other than that I would recommend eating at Little Beetle Bistro. read more

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. Asked the gal at the counter if I needed to order there or if I could order at the table. She said to sit wherever I would like and they would be right out. Sat down and 30 minutes later still no one had come over. I watched quietly as other parties came in and received menus and drinks. I ended up walking out and can't say I would go back. Looks like a cute place to grab a bite to eat and received great reviews that I read. Due to their service which was the only part I experienced, I have to give them a 1 star. read more
