Love the food here and the drinks are great. Our go-to brunch on the weekends when we drive out to Chilliwack. The staff are friendly and service is quick. We celebrated our second wedding anniversary and the chef served us a special treat which we were so grateful for!

This is hands down one of the best brunch places I've ever been to. The best part is, there was no long lineups! At least when we visited on a Tuesday morning. The restaurant is bright and spacious, with modern and contemporary decor. We ordered some Latte, Canadiano (Canadian version of the Americano) which I really enjoyed it, especially the name twist. My daughter ordered a kids meal of grill cheese sandwich with extra cheese, and it came with some chocolate milk in a cute little cup. The brunch croffle was amazing with nice crispy chicken thighs and pouched eggs, on top of a piece of waffle. The Maple Butter French toast is a must order if you also like sausages and bacon. I loved the thick cut bacon, and the maple butter tastes so good on the toast. The service was standard, with lots of servers available. Our table was very rocky and seems to miss a piece of support on the bottom, which almost tilted over. When we waved down the server to inform the situation, she only acknowledged and pulled the other table from the side, instead of providing some fix. It wasn't a big deal, but if you got kids, be careful pf letting them lean on the small round tables. I would totally go back again whenever we are in the neighborhood. Such a great place with tasty food.

Cuisine: 9 Service: 8 Decor: 9 Value: 7 Overall: 9 What a fabulous breakfast/brunch spot in the middle of nowhere. The interior design is very relaxing and bright, with pops of greenery everywhere. The service was wonderful as well. I wish this was my local place to start the day. There were six of us and we shared everything. There was nothing that wasn't cooked extremely well, but I was personally most impressed with the French Toast. That is not to say that the Croffle or Pancake wasn't excellent too. I'm rarely a fan of breakfast carbs, but it's the best part of this restaurant. As for meats, the Thick Cut Bacon was fantastic, though not everyone loved the herby sausage like I did. The Patty Melt, while juicy, was weird because they served it on a soft baguette. Regardless, everything was still quite tasty, including the indulgent Chocolate Milk Shake for breakfast. Unfortunately, I don't see myself in this neck of the woods very often. So I guess the locals should consider themselves really lucky.

I don't leave a five star review often, but when I do, it means a near perfect experience. We stopped on our way back from Peachland for a late breakfast. When we arrived, the restaurant was bustling and the only seating available was toward the front. The host was extraordinarily accommodating; he went out of way to make sure a table toward the back was made ready for us in a timely manner. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Croffle. Everything about his breakfast was perfection. The fried chicken was cooked perfectly, the curd, mousse, and maple butter led to a big time dopamine release, and the croffle was a bit of magical mind fuckery. When you look at it, you think "waffle," but when you take a bite, your brain says, "Nope. That's a croissant." Epic! I ordered the Sweet & Savoury Brekkie. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the potatoes, bacon and sausage were good, and the fresh fruit was actually fresh and ripe. I was glad that I saved the French toast for last, as it was ridiculously amazing. As my boyfriend as apt to say, "That was so good that I'd be willing to fight somebody for it." Service was well-paced, friendly, and attentive. The place is open and naturally lit, and the bathrooms were pretty clean. The only room for improvement is seating--some of it is a bit hard on the back and bottom. I'm already saving hikes in the area that will provide me with an excuse to return once again.

BRUNCH GEM ALERT in Chilliwack If you're ever in Chilliwack (or even just driving through), Little Beetle is a must-stop spot! This cozy brunch café was recommended by my pharmacy practicum fam and honestly... they knew what they were talking about. Their fried chicken and croffles are a must try Highly recommend "The Brunch": 2 house-baked croffles, buttermilk fried chicken, poached eggs, thick-cut bacon, hollandaise, and seasonal fruit. You'll be thinking about it for days. The one thing we didn't like was how small their water cups were and the water was lukewarm. I recommend going early because there's usually a lineup by ~10:30am. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Parking 5/5 (free parking on premises)

Food: 4 Service: 5 Ambiance: 5 Walk-in only & wait time: 3 Overall, I'd give it 4.5 stars for our first visit. The food was excellent -- beautiful presentation with outstanding flavors. The service really stood out. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The space is well decorated and very festive, and despite how lively it was, it never felt crowded. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

My friend has been wanting to try this place for a while so we showed up around 2pm on a sunny Sunday and put ourselves down on the digital waitlist as they don't take resos. It was a half hour wait at this busy spot and there was a constant lineup of diners. INTERIOR: Cute vintage touches like the wine storage shelf with the moving ladder and the hostess stand. The huge living plant monstera plant arrangement in the middle of the restaurant, along with their open bar concept, is reminiscent of La Foret and I was excited to see it when walking in. FOOD: I had a hard time deciding what to order and our server was very helpful in providing insight on which one to get. Since I was starving after a camping trip and long drive, I went for the chwk brekkie. it was delicious (tasty thick bacon, crispy potatoes, chicken sausage, 2 perfectly over easy eggs) and hit the spot. My friend ordered the ham and spinach benny which he devoured and then also had a biscoff croffle. I quite liked the texture of the croffle and I love all things biscoff so this was a win for me. SERVICE: As mentioned our server was really helpful and informative and came by to top up water and coffee many times. I noticed the owner/chef making rounds through the restaurant as well which I appreciated, and he came by to chat with my friend. OVERALL: 5 star rating, I was pleasantly surprised to find this wonderful spot in Chilliwack and it definitely meets this Vancouverite's standards for a busy brunch spot! Wish I lived closer ;)

I came to the Little Beetle on a Whim when another restaurant I was planning on going was closed. I was glad that I came to Little Beetle. I had to wait a while for since it was Victoria weekend, but the wait was worth it. Their menu is very unique as far as breakfast choices go. I ordered their Chicken & Croffle with coffee and Iced London Fog. The croffle tasted great, and like it was freshly baked too. I liked the sauces that came with the croffle, such as the fruit mousse and the lemon curd. The chicken was very moist and crunchy. The coffee was okay, however, I recommend the Iced London Fog, since it is the restaurant's popular beverage. That beverage was very aromatic in flavour and refreshing. The service was great as well; the waiters came to my table as often as possible, even when the establishment was busy. The 2nd time I came to the Little Beetle, it was relocated to the Vedder Pointe Shopping Centre, which is closer to town. The establishment was much nicer looking and bigger than the last venue. I still had to wait a while for a table, due to how busy it was when I arrived, but I believe the wait was worth it. I ordered the CHWC Brekkie platter with a Latte. the latte was milky yet creamy with an earthy flavour to it, like a great latte would taste like. The platter was overall fantastic. The toast was good and came with herb garlic butter, then hashbrown were solid good and the smoked salmon was succulent, fresh and flavourful. The thick cut bacon was excellent; very meaty and tasty because of the maple glazed it had on. The sausage was great as well with the herbs and melted white cheese inside. The service there was as top-notch as the last time I visited. I highly recommend Little Beetle to anyone to eat at for breakfast and lunch.

Went here on a vacation. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The service was quick and clean, waiters/waitresses were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The food was the best part though, the price was absolutely worth it for the quality of the food. Ordered the Maple French Toast and I would absolutely recommend it. The toast was so soft and flavourful and the maple syrup wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Honestly a beautiful place to have a nice breakfast with friends and/or family. read more

Unfortunately, our last visit to Little Beetle was underwhelming and disappointing. New venue is beautiful but the chairs are narrow, I am not wide but they were too narrow for me to sit in comfortable. Service was friendly but went poorly. We were seated at 2:30 and they neglected to mention they closed at 3pm. We still had food and drinks on the table when they suggested we needed to leave soon. Food was amazing but we got our drinks served after our food. We were also told we could not order a half order, as advertised, because they have a policy where one patron needs to do a full order otherwise no one can do a half. It was a horrible policy! read more

The little Beetle is amazing! My boyfriend and I come for breakfast here almost every week, for a reason! The service is always amazing, we try and get Claire's section because we are never asking for anything, never waiting and she always has a smile on her face! The food is also arguably the best brunch place in Chilliwack, you can tell there's alot of love behind every dish, no matter what you get you will always be pleased. read more

Food is good, wait to be seated is something else. Due to line up, they let you sign in (name and phone number) to get you in queue...but others would leave their spot and the poor staff will be calling each and every phone numbers to check if they are coming back or not so others can take its spot. Hope management will just do a first come first serve if they leave the line, then spot should just go to the next in line. Their staff are great. Food is really tasty, seasoned well...and that thick bacon...it's really good. read more

I'd wished I had experienced the former Little Beetle, because it seemed it was revamped and menu re-designed to be chic. Unfortunately it's missing some main points. I ordered Fried chicken Benny. No question was asked about how cooked I liked my poached egg. My dish came with 2 poached eggs, and it was sad with 1 egg overcooked and very little Hollande sauce. Throughout our dining experience, no staffs came to ask how our foods were, so I couldn't even share about the egg been overdone. Tables (3 sets of customers) beside us were hoping to ask something from the staff and were told "our kitchen was closed". Two families made the same comments "isn't it customary for staff to go around each table warning it's last call?" So that sums up their customer service...no warm check-up, and staffs seemed too hurry to leave than "settling bills with their assigned tables". Or is there assigned table? read more

I was just at the Little Beetle in Chilliwack for breakfast and was surprised at how fast the meal arrive the guy sitting at the table beside me even commented to his son on how fast my meal arrived. The omelette was perfect both visually and to my taste buds. The staff are so pleasant and efficient for a business that only been open for two weeks in Sardis. I really enjoyed looking at the pristine white walls and cool looking bar area. I will be back with my wife. read more

Another Chilliwack gem! This small city is seriously best served by great independent, local restaurants like Little Beetle. You could go to a chain and spend just as much as you do for the fantastic food and friendly, efficient service here. We were four for breakfast, arrived for 8am as we'd heard it gets SUPER popular, and there was a line when we left just after 9. Dishes ordered were French toast (absolutely amazing, no syrup needed), fried chicken eggs Benny, the Chilliwack breakfast, and smoked salmon eggs Benny. The coffee was very good quality and the hot chocolate came with a fat marshmallow on top. We're already thinking of what we'll have next time! read more

Delicious food. Best ambience in Chilliwack IMO. They have limited options for those with Celiac Disease and you have to be really clear upfront but they try. Not a 100% Celiac safe kitchen so you take your chances but the only 100% Celiac safe place now in Chilliwack is Stormy's at Pickeco Refills at Vedder/Keith Wilson. If you want a Plant Based meal or you are an omnivore they have lots of yummy stuff. read more

Probably one of the best brunch places I've been to. Service was great; the waitress was friendly, tentative, and gave us recommendations. We were visiting a friend in the area which was an hour drive away but I am willing to drive all the way back for this place. read more

The service was excellent the staff are engaging, polite and clearly enjoy the job. The restaurant is clean, organized and nicely decorated with live plants which creates a calming atmosphere. I had the vegetarian sandwich which was absolutely delicious and presentation was spot on. I would have preferred a meal with meat but was unable to have it due to where the meat is sourced but other than that I would recommend eating at Little Beetle Bistro. read more

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. Asked the gal at the counter if I needed to order there or if I could order at the table. She said to sit wherever I would like and they would be right out. Sat down and 30 minutes later still no one had come over. I watched quietly as other parties came in and received menus and drinks. I ended up walking out and can't say I would go back. Looks like a cute place to grab a bite to eat and received great reviews that I read. Due to their service which was the only part I experienced, I have to give them a 1 star. read more

I got the breakfast wrap, which has a healthy portion of eggs and sauteed veggies. It tastes phenomenal and I would most certainly get it again. I had mine with fruit, which was fresh, but having tried the potatoes, I think that's the way to go! The only note is that they do put the salsa in the wrap, and so it does tend to leak out the bottom. The rest of the table got the salmon lox which looked phenomenal. Large portions of smoked salmon. The scrambled eggs are fluffy. And the onions and capers add really nice acidity. I am not a coffee or tea drinker, so unfortunately I can't speak to their drinks too well.

I asked about the three slices of toasted bread listed on the menu. She said that the board is wrong and we don't do three pieces any more. I asked about the single piece of bacon and she wanted to hand me some more bacon. A $16 sandwich that wasn't as adversities and an unwillingness to make it right means we won't be returning. Just recently my wife myself and my daughter went to Earl's to have dinner and to use the Gift card at that time. We gave the server (Makayla) the gift card, as we sat down. She said that she would take the amount off of the bill. We had dinner and it was decent just not a lot of food on our plates. I usually don't eat there because I find it very expensive. With the gift card it's not so bad. When we received the bill I didn't notice that she had not removed the gift card amount off of the bill. I noticed the next day when I was going though my credit card. I had been charged the full amount of the bill ($123.81). No problem right? I phoned the restaurant manger to have this resolved, and ask to have a refund of the $100 as they had my gift card at the store. He said they don't under no circumstances give any refunds. The manger said they had the gift card in their safe and I could pick it up and use again for a future dinner or give it to somone else. Now I have to pay twice for very mediocre food ($123.81 the first time and $18.96 the second time). I asked him, if I had not seen that my credit card was overcharged what would happen to the gift card. He said that if it's not pick up, then the server would get it. I guess Mikayla would get $100 extra tip. I called the head office and left a message which said they would contact me within 48 hours. I'm still waiting for that call, which was over three weeks ago. Maybe a lot of you like eating at Earl's but just make sure that you aren't over charged.

The lovely K loved the fish sandwich, our friends their B&S classic sandwich and most especially the Prawn Cobb salad. Unfortunately my Honey Thyme fried chicken sandwich was not good. Overcooked and black with a paltry amount of fries, not a good $23.00 meal. Would we go again, yes I would because I think someone just f'd my food up. Seating took longer than expected, given the absence of a bustling crowd. I found myself positioning myself within line of sight of the back of house to increase the likelihood of being spotted. The farmhouse chic décor exuded a charm befitting of its industrial surroundings. Yet, as I settled into my seat, an inexplicable sense of urgency seemed to linger in the air, as if the staff were keen on hastening the proceedings - the bill arrived while my orange juice was still 3/4 full. But let's dive into what truly matters--the food. Little Beetle surprised me with its exceptional fare. The fried chicken Benny, a delightful twist on a brunch classic, proved to be the shining star of the menu. Crispy, succulent fried chicken graced a bed of buttery biscuits, tantalizing the taste buds with each delectable bite. It was an amalgamation of flavours that demanded a return visit.
