I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about Belly & Co!! For years I have admired how adorable their storefront is and when I found out I was pregnant it was one of the first places I went to. Audrey and Kristina are both incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in there completely clueless and they spent a lot of time asking questions about our family's lifestyle so they could recommend products that would be the best fit for our specific needs. We ended up purchasing our carseat, stroller and numerous baby items from the store over the months before our baby arrived. Not once have I felt pressured to purchase anything as they genuinely care about their customers. One thing that really stands out about this store is how customer service oriented they really are. When we purchased our Bumbleride stroller, Audrey assembled it for us and gave us the rundown on how everything worked. After our baby arrived, I had completely forgotten how to set up the stroller and Audrey even called us on FaceTime to give us the walkthrough again. I love LB so much. The quality of the items highly justifies the price. I know for myself, I don't love spending full price on baby/toddler clothes because they grow so quickly, but LB often has sales, promos and clearance items. Their customer service is incredible - quick response time and shipped me a new item right away the one time I experienced a small defect. This shop is so cute and AMAZING! At first, we walked in thinking it was women's clothing shop and seconds later, found out it was an adorable boutique for babes. It was just such a coincidence because we were slowly getting the baby stuff ready for our first child coming early next year! The owner was very friendly and informative and I just really appreciated her giving us some space to check out the place first. We were bummed at first because we found the exact color and style of stroller and the carseat that we were looking for at the shop, but had just bought the same brand but 'not-so-our-style' set at Nordstrom because they were having an anniversary sale for that specific set of the stroller and the carseat. We talked to the owner, and she was willing to price match with what we paid plus the military discount! We ended up returning the Nordstrom one, and got the style that we were looking for with a better price at this place. We are very very happy with Little Bipsy not just because of how much favor we got, but also simply because they sell so many cute stuff for a pretty decent price! Definitely going back to get some more stuff once we find out the gender :) read more

My wife and I came across this store and love it. Little Bipsy has a number of great products that other stores do not carry. In particular, we purchased a DockATot which is a co-sleeping barrier for babies. My wife had a tough delivery and this helps with late night nursing. I went to 5 stores and nobody had it in stock except for Little Bipsy. We also loved the customer service. Staff is very knowledge and the owner had a true passion for sharing knowledge, products, and happiness to customers. read more

WOW!!! My new GO-TO! This store is not just for baby items. I called them in a rut to find my 6 year old the best booster seat with head support. They had the best advice, I hopped in my car and drove down there where the staff showed me the pros and cons of other booster seats. Belly & Co. also compared the prices of that booster to other stores. Belly & Co. had the best price. The selection here may be small but that is for a reason. They only carry the best items and many of those items won't break the bank. Before you EVER consider going that Dumpy, Overstocked, Underpaid, and exhausting store where you have to read reviews and research everything yourself ( Babies R us) please go to this store first. They do all of that for you! I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and my son has the safest, most comfortable ( and reclining) booster seat. Babies R Us is horrible customer service, it's dirty, like REALLLLLLY dirty, they have Way too many options that no one knows anything about. read more

Amazing customer service, seriously, the BEST!! I am currently in my 3rd trimester. I ordered the Nuna mixx stroller and pipa car seat during their baby gear sale in March. Unfortunately the pipa car seat was out of stock for the color I wanted (manufacturer backorder). Despite the boutique being closed due to COVID-19 precautions, they were very good about communicating with me via email. Amy, the wonderful lifesaver that she is, even delivered the stroller to my house (fully installed) so I wouldn't be exposing myself to the virus during pick up. Since there's still no guaranteed ship date for the car seat, Amy offered me alternatives and even extended the original discount towards the new car seat. I received the new Nuna pipa RX a week later in the mail! I am so grateful I found this cute little boutique while visiting Edmonds. I can't imagine the stress and headache I would be dealing with if this happened with any other store. As someone who is about to be a first time mama, I am so appreciative of their attentiveness and care during this unique chaotic time. I absolutely love Little Bipsy! Not only are the clothes are so cute, neutral and comfortable, they hold up SO well. I typically put my kids in "daycare clothes" during the week but everything from LB we have holds up so well in the wash, I don't worry about any of the items fading or shrinking from multiple washes. I Love LOVE Little Bipsy! The quality of clothing is so great and has always been so comfortable for my little ones. Having one in every color is a MUST, these pieces have been staples for us. The customer service has always been so great and welcoming. The sales associates really put in the effort to make sure you find the right items and make sure you're always finding the right sizes, which is big for me because you definitely don't get service like that at target! They also do complimentary gift wrapping which I adore so much. It makes me so sad to hear some customers didn't have the best experience because mine has been amazing every time! read more

Just attended the Grand Opening on Saturday June 9th and the space is just gorgeous! Such a wide collection of clothes & gear ranging from maternity to school age! I am absolutely in LOVE with this brand. Not only do they fit my son so well but they hold up after MANY washes. Kids are anything but clean, constantly doing laundry, so it's so nice to rely on clothes that can take a beating through his playing and in the washing machine. Adding, their customer service team is superior! I had returned a pair of shorts and immediately the team got back to me about my return. Not only that, they took the time to send an additional email for any comments/feedback as to why they didn't work so they could use it for upcoming styles as they grow. I have had such a great experience with Little Bipsy! I recently purchased my 1st order with them and my package was lost, no fault of Little Bipsy. The company sent a tracking number and I tracked the package until it said delivered and of course it wasn't delivered. My community recently got a new mail carrier and I believe it was delivered to the wrong house. I contacted LittleBipsy and they were nothing but kind and sent out a new order ASAP. I wondered in with my wife on Small Business Tuesday, and she found something she liked, but passed on it that day. I went back to get it for Christmas, and they were out of her size in the shop. The owner looked it up and she had it in her warehouse, and offered to ship it to my house at no charge. I found the service to excellent, help friendly, and the shop clean and organized. I used to spend way too much time and money at this place when it was Belly & CO. Obviously when I heard it was being sold I was a little bummed out, but I was still going to give Little Bipsy a chance. This place went way down hill. From the markups, customer service, and the overall products being sold. My biggest issue was the customer service. YIKES! I will say I did not go in while the owner was in. There was another girl (dressed completely inappropriately for working at kids store) working that was on her phone the entire time, completely ignoring me, my husband, and my son. When I asked her questions she knew NOTHING about the products, then she finally attempted to answer my questions. After I left I ended up googling my questions myself and the poor girl had given me all the wrong information. Will I be back? maybe, but I probably won't buy anything. I love love love this shop! I can't say enough good things about them. All the ladies are wonderful and so helpful. They are very patient when my tot terrorizes the place, too! A few of the larger purchases I've made are the uppababy stroller and infant car seat as well as the nuna rava tot seat, and nuna baby swing. I'm super pregnant so they assembled my new uppababy vista stroller, gave me a little lesson on how to use it and even helped load it in the car. Can you think of another shop that does all that?! Have been in 4 times now, only bc it's the closest baby store to me and I wanted to give it different chances. ALL four times, the owner ( I'm guessing ) or the same woman all 4 times was extremely rude and seemed very condescending when I had questions regarding strollers, etc. seemed as if she didn't have the time or could care less about us being there. I will not be returning for a 5th time as Ive exhausted all my chances with her and that place, which is a bummer bc it's a cute store. Sorry belly & co, maybe if your staff was more friendly I'd shop there but I'll stay away for now and suggest to all my Edmonds friends to find elsewhere to go as well. read more

I love their clothes for my daughter. It can be so hard to find good neutral solids for the little ones and they have them. The fabrics are so soft and durable. I have a pair of joggers that my daughter wore all through her crawling stage and there is still barely any visible wear. She always gets compliments for the cuts and I just love how they can be mixed and matched. I don't live local so I order online and the packages are always packed with so much care and the turn around time is fantastic. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some awesome baby stuff. read more
