From the very first day, every single teacher and staff member we've interacted with has been incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. It means so much to us that they remember not just our son's name, but our whole family--it truly creates a sense of belonging. Most importantly, they treat our son like one of their own. The level of love, attention, and care they provide every day gives us complete peace of mind. Beyond that, they've played such an important role in his growth and development. They helped him establish a solid nap schedule, supported his transition to solid foods, and consistently create a nurturing, enriching environment filled with thoughtful activities that encourage learning and exploration. After searching many preschools in our neighborhood of Redwood City, we were referred by a friend to San Mateo Little Bloom. Although it was far for us, our friends insisted that we take a tour. When our experience with many other preschools were that responses were really delayed Ms. Kyra was so prompt in her response and giving us a tour. We absolutely fell in love with the environment. It was so welcoming, and the teachers incredibly friendly - that we committed to the commute, even from Redwood City to San Mateo. Our daughter has been with the bumblebees in Miss Breezy's class for over six months. Even though this was her first peaceful experience, Miss Breezy made the transition so inviting that our daughter absolutely fell in love. She loves preschool so much that when we need her to listen to us sometimes we joke to say "then maybe you won't go to school tomorrow.." my daughter is an incredibly picky eater, and one thing that I really appreciate that Miss Breezy does is put back all the food that she did not eat so I can scale and get an idea of what happened throughout the day. Miss Breezy utilizes an app called Procare and all throughout the day, I can't keep up with the pictures. She has so many activities one night after another - I don't know how she does it. Like most mothers I worry about my daughter safety, but Little Bloom made me feel so safe that when I leave my daughter I feel like I'm giving her the best gift I can. They called themselves the "little Gem of the Peninsula" and they truly are. I was highly referred to Little Bloom by a dear friend, and I highly recommend Little Bloom to others. read more

Sending your child off to be away from home for the first time is a difficult experience for parents and kids. And finding a daycare center where you can feel confident that your child will be safe, loved, and happy is extremely stressful. I researched and visited numerous daycare centers, but Little Bloom was the only one where I walked out feeling good, feeling confident that my baby would be in the best hands. My son just graduated from Little Bloom and he was very sad to leave all of the friends, and more so the teachers, that he had built an incredible connection with. The school welcomes the whole child, wherever they may be in their development, and also fully welcomes the entire family. Their teachers are amazing, many of them having been there over a decade. The director, Ms Kyra, is so dedicated to making sure child and parents feel comfortable in transitioning to the school, taking time to learn about your child, not rushing you or pushing anything on you. Little Bloom is a wonderful school. I remember being very nervous going back to work and worrying so much about who would be taking care of my first baby, and now nine years later and a few kids more it's been a wonderful experience. It's been the same familiar faces. Ms Bonnie and Ms Ester in the baby room took care of my kids and they're still there. Every developmental group has their own teachers, the staff is kind and loving to the kids. I want to say a big thank you to Ms Annie, Ms Breezy, Ms Hazel, Ms Reyhan and Ms Kyra for being great teachers over the years (there have been more I'm sure I'm forgetting) The facility is fun and bright and clean. Stuff gets changed out. With the pandemic they tore out a lot of old stuff and replaced it. The kids have a lot of fun outdoors and indoors. The kids learn a lot. Not just the alphabet, but helping pick up the toys and being line leader and taking turns and all those little social things you kinda have to be around other kids to learn. They're good about documenting any falls or other little incidents and there's an app (with pictures!) if you're curious what's going on The transition to grade school was relatively painless I think because of the independence and classroom skills taught here. Like I'm standing here watching my littlest run off to wash hands and take her seat like it's no big deal while a few other kids are still clinging to parents first week of school. I'm confident my kid will be ok, but more importantly she is. read more

Our daughter attended Little Bloom starting in Ladybugs (3 year olds) and ending in Butterflies before graduating for TK. We cannot say enough great things about Little Bloom. Each teacher is incredibly caring and loving, the facilities are modern, clean and fun, and there are tons of little events throughout the year (like Mother's Day celebrations) that are super fun. The administration is super professional and caring as well. What really sets Little Bloom apart is its parent community - not only has our daughter made life long friends, but we as parents have as well. Little Bloom is truly a treasure. We toured in 2019 with our first child and immediately felt a sense of warmth and love. Our son started in the infant class and blossomed there at the age of five. During the challenging times of COVID, Little Bloom supported working parents like us, keeping their doors open and ensuring that our needs were met. We first toured Little Bloom 6 years ago when we were expecting our first kid. Loved it right away, but unfortunately we got on the waitlist too late and didn't get a spot. Fast forward 6 years later--we made sure to apply early for our second, even before he was born. And honestly, we're so glad we did. Our little guy started at 6 months, and it's been such a great experience. The environment is super warm, safe, and encouraging. All the staffs--the teachers, aides, director, and owner--are incredibly kind and genuinely care about the kids. You can really feel that it's not just a daycare--it's a place where they help shape your child in the best way. We were looking for a bigger, center-based daycare and knew going in that kids tend to get sick more in the beginning (just part of building up that immune system). It was all expected, and the staffs were always great about communicating and supporting us through it. If you're looking for a center-based daycare with truly loving, attentive people, I'd 100% recommend Little Bloom. We feel really lucky to have found them. read more

We love Little Bloom! My daughter started in the lady bug class when she was 3 from a smaller in home daycare but I was confident she would be happy at this beautiful pre-school. It has been so wonderful to see her grow her confidence in herself, make new friendships and learn essential skills before she is old enough for kindergarten. She adored her ladybug teachers Ms Effie and Ms.Kim and loves giving them big hugs and telling them how much she loves them now that she's moved into the older class. I have been so impressed by how articulate she has become and how she's even begun to start writing her letters - always so proud to show us her projects and writing practice she brings home. As a September cusp kid, we are lucky to have another year at Little Bloom with Ms Hazel and Ms Rianna before she starts public school kindergarten. The creativity of the weekly topics are always wonderful to see (Van gogh art, Olympics, etc). I also love the daily photos and updates of how she's doing each day. They also have lovely events for the kids during the seasonal holidays including the cutest winter holiday performance with dancing and singing. Our child goes to Little Bloom and has since he was eligible at 6 months. He is thriving there. We have a wonderful relationship with his teachers and it really feels like a little community. Many of his teachers have been there years and years. It was stressful thinking of taking the step to put him in the care of others, but he absolutely lights up when we drop him off in the morning and I can see how much fun he is having before he notices I'm there to pick him up. I also regularly see older kids go hug their former teachers as they go by their classrooms. A few other details: Drop off is really easy: there is always somewhere to park and run in. The facility is always clean and has lovely decorations made by the kids. The hours really work for our family's schedule. Our child has learned many new skills by his teachers pushing him and us to try more. It really feels like our son has adapted to a schedule that has made our lives easier also at home. read more

We loved Little Bloom! Both of our kids attended this school since they were 5 months old. Our son went there for 5 years and our daughter for almost 3 years. We moved to a new city last October so our kids changed to different schools. Our daughter is at a new preschool and it's very different from Little Bloom. At Little Bloom, Ms. Reyhan and Ms. Kyra were so nice and welcoming! They always greeted the kids and parents and used our names each time we were there. The teachers were all very friendly and called us by name too. They have different classrooms and teachers for each age group. Each classroom has a curriculum that they follow to teach the kids. It's very organized and effective. Our kids did well there and learned so much! Another thing they do very well at Little Bloom is they keep you informed about how your kid is doing. We got daily notes about what our kids did, what they learned, who they played with, how much they ate and slept, etc. The teachers even took pictures and sent collages so we could see pictures of our kids doing activities. They also had progress reports and parent/teacher conferences 1-2 times per year. Our kids loved going to Little Bloom and still occasionally ask about the school and teachers. We wish the school would move to our new city. That would be a dream come true! We miss you Little Bloom!! read more

Little bloom is amazing with teachers that truly care about your kids! I was so lucky that they had an opening and my son was able to start when he was 2. Since starting at Little Bloom he's thrived not only academically but in his social intelligence as well. The staff there really works with you through potty training and anything else your concerned about - they really are extended family since both me and my husband work full-time. Ms. kyra the director is extremely organized and makes sure that anything you need is taken care of. I couldn't recommend Little Bloom enough for any parents looking for a preschool. They have a music/play based approach but with a curriculum. We are so sad to be leaving since we're moving to the East Bay, otherwise we would stay there until our son started Kindergarten! read more

It was really hard for us to feel okay with leaving my son at any preschool because he's extremely shy and really attached to us and I felt like that was going to be a big problem. Even though it took him a little while to get used to it he eventually made friends and since he's been here he's learned a lot and it amazes me. These teachers give each child the individual attention they need and that really brings me peace of mind and now my son wants to go to school everyday! no joke and best of all he really loves his teachers and I feel these teachers genuinely love them back as well. My son loves the school and with their help, he's become quite the chatter box. This is the boy who started with 10 words! I like the fact that he gets a lot of chances to make choices and then other times of structure. We get a lot of feedback about his development. (We had a wonderful experience at Little Bloom. The first day I picked up my 4 month old, he would NOT want to smile at me. I thought he was mad I left him, but I brought him back the next day and he started smiling as soon as I walked up to the door. To my shock, he was so excited to be at Little Bloom! Each and every day he went in smiling, so excited to see his teachers and watch his friends crawl around. The teachers are wonderful, responsive, open to keeping him on my schedule, and working with me on his sleep training schedule. We adjusted feedings together, they took care of a bout of diaper rash, and always used the Baby Connect Technology to let me know how many ounces he was drinking, when he was sleeping, and how many diapers they changed. I felt well informed and happy to hand him into their arms every morning. I didn't think I would feel this way. The teachers (Ms. Kyra, Ms. Bonnie, Ms. Ana, Ms. Kanti) were so warm and loving and took such wonderful care of our little boy. I was sent wonderful pictures, and an amazing news letter each week explaining all the things they did with him. Lastly, I was prepared to have my little come home sick but 2 months in he never got sick, never got a runny nose, he remained extremely healthy, which again blew my mind. This day care does a wonderful job and anyone considering daycare should put them on the top of their list. read more

I would say this is the best school I have seen so far. Kids get the utmost care they need and my daughter used to love to go there. I honestly feel they take care of my daughter more than I do. She was there for 3 years and 4 months. Only reason to come out of this school was we have relocated to a different place. I still miss this school and the care they gave for my child. I will echo others' reviews in that there have to have been significant changes since the 1-star ratings on here. We have had our daughter at La Creche for about a year now, and have been very happy. We started her in the Toddler room and have just transitioned her to the older kids class. I think the fact that we want her to continue at La Creche is a good indicator. Our daughter always has a great time. She's always in a great mood when I pick her up at the end of the day and she's always happy to go see her friends and teachers. They always seem to be doing fun Arts and Crafts projects and I really do like both their inside and outside play areas. We feel like we get great feedback from all her teachers and they are genuinely concerned about her well-being. I do like that they create and send home lesson plans and I can tell a difference on the days she goes to La Creche. She seems to pick up new words (good ones) all the time and is able to identify objects and things that we haven't taught her so she can only be learning them from La Creche. On top of that, there's not a single TV in all of La Creche so they can't be turning that on as a babysitter. Also, they're helping her go through potty-training which reinforces the work we do at home. Again, all positive. I feel that my daughter is safe at La Creche, which was important to me. They have a code activated front door and have recently installed cameras in (I think) all the rooms. Do go see La Creche for yourselves and talk to the teachers and even some of the parents. We are so grateful for Little Bloom. It is a wonderful school with amazing and caring teachers. We have seen a lot of daycares/preschools and we do not believe that we can find a more flexible and accommodation daycare/preschool out there. They let my husband stay with our son for several days as our son transitioned to Little Bloom! Most daycares/preschools will say no to that request. The director is efficient and communicative. We get weekly updates from the school on how our child is doing. The teachers are warm and caring. They provide individualized support for each child, and especially for a child that is transitioning to daycare/preschool for the first time. The teachers even helped potty-train my child. Yesterday was my son Marcos' last day of school. We are proud of him starting kinder but are sad that he has to leave this amazing place. Happily our daughter Valentina still has 2 years ahead of her at Little Bloom, so she will continue to enjoy everything that this place offers. Little bloom has the perfect balance of a fun, playful, environment and a development center where children are really pushed to grow on every level. The staff is INCREDIBLE. Both our kids run every day, eager to get to little bloom and are always smiling and happy when we pick them up. Just checking in to report that our (now) threenagers are still here. We love this place, and have been here for 3+ years, despite our ridiculous commute. I took a few tours of other places because it would have been so much more convenient for us to move them to a daycare north of here, but we just love it here too much. Ms. Kyra and staff still do an amazing job. I no longer get poop & pee reports because the kids are older, but I love that I get a daily summary of what they did. They also provide weekly pictures of the kids in their class - highlight of my week. Keep up the great work! read more

My son has been at La Creche for a little over a year (from 4 months to 18 months). We pulled him out only because we moved, and I cried when we left! The teachers here care very much for the children, and the director is actively involved in all of the rooms. Are there things I would change? Of course, I'm a mom who is always looking for any little thing that could be better. But let's be honest ... no place is ever going to be perfect! The facility is great and has lots of natural light. There is a private playground where the kids go out several times a day. There are security cameras and a keycode entry (standard, I know, but pointing out the security level. Baby activity is logged online, so you can see all day long what your infant is doing (a big comfort for a first time parent). And they are incredibly accommodating to scheduling needs (we went part time for a period), unlike many other daycares. Regarding the change in staff, yes there is a new director and several new teachers - but they're great (and contrary to what the previous reviewer said about being someplace better - let me just comment that I've seen some of the old teachers come back for visits). I've called about violations and talked with the folks ... I encourage you to do the same. It's standard procedure for any daycare. The violations were explained to me and I felt better afterwards. I was not scared away. Bottom line: I'd advise against reading reviews for a daycare - go and see the place for yourself. That's what sold me and my husband on La Creche. read more

Our family has been lucky to call Little Bloom our second home for over 5 years. Both of my boys started in the infant room; my oldest went all the way through until Kindergarten and my youngest is only leaving at age 4 in order to attend preschool closer to home. We moved out of San Mateo when my oldest was 1, but couldn't find another daycare/preschool that even compared to the love we felt at Little Bloom, so we stayed for 4 more years driving out of our way to make sure our kids attended this wonderful school. The teachers love the children as if they were their own. I've said often to my husband that they are better at parenting my kids than I am. :) All of the teachers have the upmost patience, while at the same time guiding the children to develop respect, empathy, and independence. The teachers will help potty train your children, teach them how to put on their own jackets, and learn their ABCs. They will create a fun and energetic environment where your children will have so much fun and make so many friends. But most importantly, they will love your children. My 4 1/2 year old and 16 month old boys have both been attending Little Bloom (formerly La Creche) since they were each 14 weeks old. Tomorrow is our last day because we are moving to a different part of town, and we are SO sad to say goodbye. Here are some of my personal thoughts, having had the benefit of experiencing every classroom and interacting with every teacher or helper at the school for the past 4 years... The infant room is run like a tight ship by Ms. Ester (the captain), Ms. Aurora, Ms. Bonnie, Ms. Maria and Ms. Sabrina. It was terrifying to leave Owen, my first baby, in the beginning, and I was constantly worried about his sleep, eating, and diapering patterns. The BabyConnect app they use (and update constantly) was an awesome way to check-in from work for both my babies. For Austin, my second baby, I was let's say, less regimented... Ms. Aurora was the one who figured out Austin's schedule and taught ME what his eating/sleeping/diapering patterns were. And Ms. Bonnie gave me constant updates about his milestones and budding personality. Overall, they took great care of my babies, and it was the place my kids each practiced rolling, crawling, their first steps, socializing and of course strengthening their immune systems (those inevitable germs). The 1-2 year old room is the place both my boys seemed to become real little people. They walk with shoes, take naps on mats, learn to wash hands in a real sink, learn to eat by themselves in real chairs, do circle time. They go outside and have a chance to interact with the older kids (which was amazing when both brothers got to hang). My older son Owen, learned all his colors, ABCs, numbers in multiple languages and countless songs in this class, thanks to all his teachers but especially Ms. Joyce. My younger son Austin has been in this class for just a few months and is so happy. His teachers Ms. Araceli and Ms. Tess always greet him with hugs and smiles and feed him his packed breakfast, and at the end of the day he always blows kisses to Ms. Carina, Ms. Andrea and Ms. Kristine. The love there is real! The 2-4 year old rooms are where my older son Owen made his first real best friend and many other girl and boy friends. A naturally reserved little boy, he would get so loud and boisterous with his crew during outside play, come home with holes in his shoes from running around and driving little plasma cars outside, and talk non-stop about things he learned. He also started doing optional extracurricular activities, like music class and soccer. And I can't even tell you all the cool art projects and "gifts" he'd come home with to clutter our house. :) Finally, these were the potty training years, and they really helped Owen get through it, even though there were a couple of accidents and tears! Thank you so much, Ms. Breezy, Ms. Katie, Ms. Laura, Ms. Annie, Ms. Helen and Ms. B, for all of this! The 4-5 year old preschool room is where Owen is graduating from this year. He's learned so much from Ms. Hazel, Ms. Gamze, Ms. Erin -- and also Ms. Joyce and Ms. Natalie. Owen is constantly telling me things like "Did you know Pluto was lost but then found?" and "Did you know a plant grows from seeds?" and other random info from whatever their learning theme of the week is! He comes home with a ton of worksheets he's completed learning how to write and draw. He's also gained a lot of confidence (again, he's naturally shy) with weekly show-and-tell and line leader activities. Finally, graduation this past month was so cute, like a real commencement, with a practiced procession and song and dance. I may or may not have cried. Other unexpected perks from having our kids at Little Bloom: Professional picture days 2x a year (no obligation to buy, but whenever I see the proofs of those goofy kids, I just say "take all my money already"), occasional 4pm potluck or snack events, extracurricular activities like soccer and music, bouncy house and water play days, weekly newsletters with pictures of the kids so you can see them in action (these have been so awesome) and a Director Ms. Kyra who is incredibly responsive by email/phone and kind and helpful. Not to mention the logistical benefits of easy highway access, great hours, 4-day/week options, good security measures. We're so glad we sent our boys to Little Bloom, because they couldn't have been more loved or better cared for. They've been truly happy to go to school every day. We are all sad to go, and we will really miss the teachers and friends we made. read more

My 4-year-old preschooler has been at La Creche for over two years and my toddler has been there for a year, so I have experience with four of the five of the classrooms in the center. All of the teachers have been kind and personally interested in my kids' development. My oldest daughter has learned so much in her time at La Creche. She has known her numbers and letters for a while now, and I feel like she is well on her way to reading. Each week, the kids focus on a different theme. The girls bring home great art projects and play outside multiple times each day. The center currently also offers music and soccer class options from outside groups for the older kids. My older daughter wants her teachers to come over to our house and play, which is a testament to how much she loves them! I really liked the use of Baby Connect for the infants. I was able to communicate with the caregivers online and see when my baby ate, slept, etc. We also receive weekly classroom reports with pictures via email for both children. The center is very open and secure, which reassured me after having a safety concern at a previous in-home daycare. The hours are 7 am-6 pm -- convenient for working parents. Ms. Kyra, the Program Director, is organized and responsive. All in all, we have really enjoyed having our children cared for at La Creche! read more

Our one-year-old daughter has been at La Creche she was 2 months old. Leaving our daughter at only 2 months to go back to work was unbelievably hard, but the wonderful teachers at La Creche made it so much easier. Our daughter started in the infant room, which is a wonderful and safe room for the little ones. There is always somebody in the infant room available to take our daughter right away in the morning, start cuddling, playing, etc. to get her adjusted to the school. The teachers in the infant room make great recommendations but also listen and respect the parents' wishes regarding the child's schedule, eating habits, etc. Now that our daughter is getting older, she's transitioning to the toddler room and loving that as well. She especially loves playing outside in the great playground. There's always something new and exciting going on here. Further, the teachers clearly love the children there and care for them as their own - they are just as excited as we are when our daughter reaches a new milestone (like walking or moving to the toddler room!). Worst school ever. if you love your child please don't send them here. Director Malika is a big drama queen and a very manipulative lady. For her little city kids is a business and these innocent kids are way for her to make money. All the teachers except one or two are horrible. My daughter was admitted to tuscan room and you wont believe in that tiny room there are 17 kids. you can go and watch out yurself. Every second kid has a bruise. Thats the kind of care they take. teacher Chevan has so much attitude that I don't know how can she be ever a teacher My daughter visited preschool for a weeek and teacher Christine taught her how to say "NO","STOP IT" and yell, because that is what she says all day long. I would like to tell everyone an incidence which happened. My daughter just recovered from cold and so I wanted to talk to her teacher to tell what to give and not to give. Malika attended the call and said we are very busy there are some parents who are coming in. I said can I talk to teacher Chevan and teacher Chevan was just standing next to her and she said she is busy and can only talk in afternoon. that very day when I was picking up my daughter you cannot imagine. My daghter was outside in a sleveless undershirt and when I asked why is she like that they mentioned while eating food she soiled her clother. They did not even bother to change. I have the conversation recorded between me and Malika please ask me for it if you are thinking even a bit to join that school. I am just finding how to share that with child protection agency. Any pointer here will be helpful. the only better thing about this school is Director Robin who is an honest lady. She might look little reserve but she is a nice lady. Teacher Anna in preschool is good and the infant room (3-12 months) is good. Teacher Vicky in tuscan room is also a good by heart. Please if you love your child please please do not send your kid here and I would request parents to share their views also who have experienced LCK And do you see all the below review are all around 11th august. Our daughter has been attending La Creche since September of 2011. Although we read the previous reviews, our tour with at the school, led by Miss Kyra eased many of our concerns. Apparently, the school is under new management (Miss Reyhan) with a new director (Miss Kyra). Since our daughter started, there have been many changes. All for the better! Instead of boring you with details of the past, I want to focus on the present. Currently, there are three classes for children 2-5 years old. Younger 2's are with Miss Heidi who started in December 2011. She is a very caring teacher and attentive to the children's needs. She has a ton of energy, always has a positive attitude and our daughter just loves her. Older 2's and younger 3's are with Miss Amy. This is where our daughter is now. I think that Miss Amy started in late April 2012 and she has been wonderful. Being a parent herself, she understands our needs. On Mondays, when children are a little more clingy during drop-off time because of the long weekend, she has repeately stepped in to help us get to work on time. Instead of spending 1 hour dropping off our daughter, Miss Amy willing takes our daughter from our leg and holds her until she calms down. Miss Amy has also brought a structure to the children's day that has helped our daughter to grow mentally and creatively. Every week they have show and tell based on a letter of the alphabet, they do crafts daily and she is always trying to expose our daughter to new things. The pre-school class is lead by Miss Rebecca, who started in late April 2012. As much as we love Miss Amy, we're also excited about having our daughter join Miss Rebecca's class when she is old enough. Like Miss Amy, Miss Rebecca's class is well structured. Not military structured where kids have no fun, but structured in a way where they can have fun while learning. In addition to those three lead teachers, Miss Helen, Miss Lara and Miss Gamze take care of the children. Unlike other schools, where we observed that teachers only watched over the children, the teachers at La Creche interact with the children. Playing games with them, doing puzzles with them, and having fun with the children. The most telling sign that our daughter enjoys her time at La Creche is that at the end of the day, she gives each of her teachers a big hug good-bye. We definitely have no concerns about the care of our precious daughter while she is at La Creche. read more

This is long overdue...but be wary of sending your child to LeCreche CDC. We were one of the first families who enrolled there. There was a tonne of turnover and we were told it is like a fast food restaurant with respect to turnover at child care centers. There were significant violations which we were never made aware of even though it is supposed to be posted for all parents to see, in fact some were so severe, it required parents to sign that they had read the reports. We only came to find out about these violations because we initiated a complaint to the State License board because our son was injured at the facility. read more

After terrible experiences with two other daycares in the area, we are so grateful to have found Little Bloom. Between our two kids, we have now gone through every class from the baby room to the five year old butterflies class, and we can honestly say that Little Bloom is a gem. The teachers are so kind and loving to the kids, there is always laughter and music in the classrooms, and the staff somehow knows every parent's name as well. My daughter would run in to hug her teacher every day, and she was so sad that she had to leave for kindergarten. Our son has been at Little Bloom since eight months old, and it literally is a second home for him. Ms. Kyra, the director, has handled the challenge of COVID well, constantly seeking feedback from parents and making sure that the school is safe for both the teachers and students. We've been told that every teacher is vaccinated, everyone who is two years and older are masked in the classrooms, and the parents got together and donated purifiers for every classroom. It's a great community, and it provides such a solid positive environment for children. I can't recommend it enough! read more

We fired our last child care place (no names) and moved here. AMAZING. VERY HAPPY. Highly Recommend. Before signing up, we checked them out with the State of California. They are well licensed, bonded and insured as you would expect. They have a few minor violations but they are totally upfront about any violations and are proactive about fixing any violations they may have been cited for. read more

We sent our 9-months-old girl there in March. She got used to it in a week and love going there ever since. We notice that she becomes more social and learn things faster. Below are the areas I like most about them - 1) Babies activities are logged online (BIG applause) In the infant room, the teachers logged all the babies' activities during their stay at http://www.baby-connect.com. It is a huge plus for working mom like me. I will go there and interact with the teacher. The teacher will jot down the time they fed the baby, when they changed diapers and when the baby went to take a nap. 2) Teaching materials are presented to parents They also have a printed class agenda pass out every week. 3) Spacious I especially like the spacious room they provide for the babies. They can freely crawl around in there and explore with the teachers' supervision. 4) Teachers are patient and honest The teachers in the infant room always give us timely feedback about how our daughter is doing; sometimes there are minor accidents happened, they will inform us on a piece of paper. So far, it has been a good 4.5 months! I'd say I am pretty satisfied with their care and love. Hope you find the same. read more

My son has been going here for almost two months and I am very pleased with the daycare. They do educational programs for infants so as an educator myself I am happy with that. Secondly, they are clean, they follow parents directions for the care of their young children and they are all friendly. I stop in sometimes early than my usual pick up time and they are always accommodating. They are organized and well put together. Prior to this my son was in a home care and I was not pleased with the organization. Applause!! Applause! Applause for this daycare!! They also use an app that lets you check in on your infant. Our daughter is 14 months old and she has been in the care of the wonderful caregivers at La Creche since she was 4 months old. We were recommended to La Creche by two separate families who have their children at La Creche. We as first time parents did our research of Daycare providers in the area and we ultimately did decided on La Creche for our daughter who absolutely ADORES her time there! First off the layout and design is SO fun! There is a submarine play structure inside the Preschool and all sorts of different fun little vignette areas for the kids to play and explore. I do agree that La Creche has had its share of growing pains over the 10 months we have been enrolled but with that having been said we could not have asked for anything more from our Daycare. There is always an open line of communication in our experience with the Owner Reyhan when we have had questions. The caregivers in the infant room always made me feel comfortable and I knew that my daughter was well cared for as I always watched her smile and open her arms to a very special caregiver Miss Ester! La Creche has a fantastic IPad application called Baby-connect.com that offers real time reporting of what our little one was up to throughout the day from bottles/feedings, naps, diaper changes even milestones as well as an open line of communication thru a text feature that allows you to communicate directly with the caregiver just to see how/what she was up to. It was/is an absolute life line for parents like us who both need to work and really want to know up to the minute what our little one was doing all day. Now that our little one has transitioned to the Toddler room she spends her time walking, singing, talking, playing, arts and crafts as well as a playground on property for the kids to enjoy! Again a few special caregivers in there Miss Sally and Miss Helen who truly love their work and our little one calls for them and reaches out to them every morning!! Our daughter has grown and developed hugely due to the loving care that she has received from her caregivers, she totally lights up when she sees us pulling up to the front doors of La Creche. We could not be more thankful than to know that our child is in a place where she feels safe and is loved both at home and by her family at La Creche.
