But instead of providing any official receipt or confirmation, she simply wrote my name on a piece of paper and told me I "should" see the refund by the end of the week. That left me feeling uneasy--no proof, no assurance, just "trust us." I moved into my apartment this semester and was excited to use the coupon they gave out to try Wings Over for the first time. I had high hopes, but instead I left extremely disappointed in the customer service and overall management of the situation. We were there around 5 pm 2/5/2021. Party of 5. There were maybe 10 other customers there when we got there. Appeared to be 1 cook. 1 waitress manning the bar and dinning area. She was very nice and friendly but could have used some help. It took 1 1/2 HOURS (not exaggerating) to get our food and it was mediocre at best (cheese steaks and a salad). Mixed drinks tasted only of soda, not alcohol. I understand times are hard and they weren't fully stocked to run at full capacity. But I hope they figure what what they need to do because it was once a really good place to hang out.
