Order was filled incorrectly, had to wait several minutes for crazy sauce, had to show receipt to prove it was missing, when I finally did get I thanked the employee for her lack of accuracy, was called a bitch by the employee, chased out of the store, "banned" by the employee, who proceeded to harass me in the parking lot. When I called to speak to gm was told it's a "he said,she said" situation and there was not a whole lot he could do. All I wanted was an apology. I didn't get one until I said all I want is an apology. I am furious. Many of us customers had online orders and were waiting for our food. The very young girl manager didn't have ANY food ready. Many of us were waiting 20+ mins after our pick up time. We all expressed our frustration and she could have cared less. I said ( many others did too ) we ordered first thing this morning and needed our orders when they were scheduled. She shrugged, gave attitude, said 10 mins ( I waited 30 ) and still didn't have orders ready! This is an extremely inefficiently run store. I asked for her manager, and she said she was. She was no older then 18. I said I need your DM name and number. She said she didn't know who her boss/district manager is. I said, " and you are the manager?! " she said yes proudly and refused to give any Information. She didn't even have a name tag! Several people walked out, many said they would complain. Staff was rude. I called 3 times in 30 min with no answer so I drove over because online it claimed to be open they told me they were closed @7:30 on a Wednesday night and they claimed they disconnected the phone because it wouldn't stop wringing. I placed an online order for immediate pickup and was told it wouldn't be ready for forty minutes. We arrived and we're told they just got our ticket (twenty minutes later after we placed the order) and had just put it in the oven and to pull up front to wait. We sat for a while and I finally went inside and they brought it out of the warmer as they "forgot to mark our order" and then forgot part of our order. When we got home due to how long it was sitting the food was luke warm and the crazy bread as hard as rock to where even our dogs won't eat it. I recommend never going here if you live in Coolidge. When we talked to the "manager" we got told and I quote "call corporate because there is nothing I can do." Coolidge residents go spend your money at Pizza Hut or Dominos where the service is better and you get treated with respect and not forgotten. read more

I bought a pizza last night on January 4, 2018 and had two pieces left over from my lunch on January 5 I bit into a pizza as I was chewing I hit something hard and spit it out. As I took a closer look it was a TOOTH!!!! I am disgusted and horrified. When I called they did seem to care as if I was lying about it. i like Little Caesar's thin crust pepperoni. at regular price it costs 6.99, so a couple dollars more than their $5 pizza (which i don't like). the thin crust pizza is almost always the bomb. tonight it is short on sauce. that is rare, however, and i will go back. my recommendation is to try the thin crust. someone mentioned Digiorno. Digiourno might be better than Little Caesar's $5 pizza, but not the thin crust. tonight it is a 6, still better than a frozen pizza. it is typically a 9, at least an 8, and sometimes a 10. yumyumyumyum. read more

I ordered the pretzel crust pizza it was not great, I think whoever is making them needs to learn how to make this special pizza, the crust is not a pretzel crust and the cheeses are less then they should be, also the salt was way to much . All the pizza's there need to be cooked longer, the bottoms are never done. read more

There isn't a lot of consistency, sometimes the pizza is right on and others I wish I hadn't even paid 5$ for it. Customer service isn't so great either, the manager is usually the most polite all the other works can be very rude and make you feel like they want you gone already. read more

Ordered a simple $6 pizza. Took 20 minutes to get it after the woman came out and asked us if we ever got our pizza. Then to have my entire pizza drowning in sauce. Not coming here no more. But in a bright note, she did apologize a dozen times but I figure she realized the 3 people that ordered after me obviously got our pizza. read more

My wife and I have always been happy with the food and service here. The pizza tastes good, the garlic butter sauce is awesome, the employees are friendly and the price cannot be beat. We'll go back often. read more
