I said I am not waiting around all night for old pizza to MAYBE show up. Manager finally got on and said Pizza Hut now does deliveries via door dash now and nobody picked up my order ( now 70 mins past ordering ) I said it is almost 6pm, my family has the flu and thats only reason we are ordering pizza and it has been nothing but a hassle. Somebody needed to call us and let us know that there was a problem so we could order from somewhere else. Her first answer was just cancel the order. She said someone would deliver it. Nobody came! I finally called her and said I'm going to have my son come pick it up even though my whole family has the flu. It's been two hours. She didn't say anything. I couldn't believe it. They have a wrap around bar, a lot of low level tables and high top tables. They also have seating outside. They had freezing cold AC blasting but also offered heaters for the outdoor seating in cooler days or nights. We were seated right away and the waitstaff were all very friendly and attentive. We ordered a small Caesar salad, 6 buffalo wings and a 10 in Sears Tower pizza. Everything was good no complaints.
