And she said that they would cover one, but not the other. And I said, well, I don't think that's very fair. My name is written down. My son spent $32 in there and got one piece of Pizza and she said, oh well, that doesn't matter. I can give you one, but you're going to have to pay for the other. I said okay, my son will pay for it when he picks him up. So I ordered 2, and when he got in there, she said that my son was 86th out of Pizza Hut and was not allowed to come back in there. Because I threatened to write a bad review about them. So I'm actually writing the bad review. The ladies name was Mary. I called back to speak to her. And she hung up on me so that's not a good way to do business. Do better pizza hut also, if you're gonna run a buffet, make sure you stock it. You can't put two pizzas and expect to feed fifteen people.

I have to say, first off, that we will not be returning to this pizza establishment because they charge $4.00 for each additional topping, and they hardly put any toppings on the pizza! We ordered a 14 in. deep dish with pepperoni, and we only found 2 small pieces of pepperoni on the pizza! That made us mad as we paid so much for the topping. We have never ordered a pizza in our entire life that did not put plenty of pepperoni on it. And they did not put much cheese on the pizza, either, but they sure drenched it in sauce, which was way too much sauce and overpowered the pizza (guess since they are too cheap to put on the other ingredients, they fill it will sauce). The sauce is tasty, but the crust, is nothing special. I can go to the grocery store and buy a whole green pepper for about 70 cents, and so why in the heck am I being charged $4.00 to add green peppers, especially when knowing this place will only put a few pieces on top of the pizza? This establishment will lose business because people who like toppings are not going to spend that much and not get on their pizza the topping they paid for. Rosatis Corporate should come take over this store. Im a long time Phoenix Rosatis user and recently moved to Casa Grande. my wife and I looked forward to trying this location near our new home in Casa Grande. the food was terrible they bring the food to you to go, wouldnt take the order from the dirty table. the orange crush tasted like sour tarts. its a great location they would be advised for the owner to find better people. the quality of the pizza was subpar. rosatis is the best, but this store will give it a bad reputation. read more

I cannot give it beyond a one star since the deep dish pepperoni pizza only put on a few pieces of pepperoni on the entire large size pizza, after charging me an extra $3.95 for that topping. Not nice. The pizza simply did not taste good enough for me to close my eyes to that bit of dishonesty and return again. read more
