I had THE WORST experience here today (4/28/26). The staff could care less. We were the first to arrive at 3:57. No other customers in the place. We placed our 3 pizza orders to eat there. 3 other parties arrived after us. After about 25 minutes, my brother spoke to Austin (who took our order), who said our pizzas were in work. After all 3 parties that arrived AFTER us received their orders (about 45 minutes), we canceled our order. No apologies. No excuses. Just a lack of caring on behalf of the workers. Ok all I can say is yum...we'll this is a Yelp review so I guess better say a little more than that. : ) The kids wanted pizza and the options were a little limited in the area we were in. My husband pulled this up and it looked pretty promising. I haven't had much deep dish pizza other than BJs which is super meh. So I was looking forward to trying this. I have to admit I was a bit wary of the price. A 2 topping 16 inch pizza was a little under $30. But I will say this thick soft and chewy pizza was well worth it! We got: - 16 inch pizza with pepperoni on one half and pineapple on the other. The sauce is so flavorful and delicious! The dough has the perfect thickness to support the toppings. The toppings are under the sauce and cheese as is deep dish style. 2 slices and some salad left us full. - Garden salad - there was nothing particularly special about this but it was a nice refreshing compliment to the pizza. It's nice because it has spinach so it feels extra healthy. It could've used a little more cheese though. - Cannoli - This was probably our least favorite part. It wasn't bad at all. But for $10 for 2, they were just your basic cannoli and not totally worth it. We will definitely hit up Rosati's any time we get another chance. read more

The one in Casa Grande AZ at Promenade Pkway is insanely expensive. I've ordered there many times and it's only gotten more expensive. I was about to order a single 16" pizza and nothing else and came out to almost 40 bucks after tip and taxes. The base price of the pizza before you add a single topping starts at $15. The moment you add 1 single topping other than the cheese it comes with, the price jumps exponentially. Price breakdown; the pizza itself with pepperoni, regular amount of sauce and nothing else $23, then add in $2 to $3 ish for tax, 20% tip for $5, then a $6 Delivery fee, for what? They're not even the ones delivering it, it's a door dasher. So why a delivery fee?! Yeah, no, I'm done with this place. I rarely order out now. I use to order once a month from different places but things have gotten so ridiculously expensive I can't see how these places are still operational. read more

Rosati's of Casa Grande is a good choice. The portions are great for sharing, and the food is always served hot. I really enjoy the pizza toppings, but I'm not a fan of their crust, as it tends to be a bit thick and somewhat dry. read more

The food is good but the customer service is terrible. We ordered online at their website and put half and half topping options for two of our pizzas. They called us and said that wasn't an option so we had to tell them over the phone what things we wanted changed. When we were on our way to the restaurant we got another phone call rushing us asking us when we would be there. (It had only been about 30 minutes between the first phone call about changing our order and the second phone call we got while we were on the road.) lastly (note that online the hours said close at 7pm and we arrived at 5:50) when we arrived at the restaurant their door was locked and they had stated that they were closed. We had to wait for them to unlock the door and give us our pizza that had already been paid for. We let them know that their website should be updated properly and all they did was give a passive aggressive "sorry". Overall, the service was horrible but the food itself is delicious. read more

I ordered through DoorDash and my order was given away to the wrong person. I ordered again and the doordasher called me and told me my order was given away again. I called and the woman I spoke to called me a bitch and was cussing at me. My daughter called and she received the same kind of treatment. My daughter was told the food was not remade the second time and that she would not remake it until she received another ticket. I have never been treated as rudely as I was at this establishment. We wanted to return it when I called to explain the situation the woman with a red hair that works and they hung up on me. Overall clean inside, friendly staff. Mozzarella sticks were great which is why I added a star. We ordered the Chicago style deep dish all meat. Originally we were just going to order the regular all meat but have had other deep dishes that were great and stuffed with meat from other establishments, even papa Murphy's. We ended up taking it home to eat, and was disappointed in the amount of meat. Out of a 3/4" thick pizza there was only a very thin layer of meat. We are from Michigan but here for temporary work. The first time we ordered the thin crust, 2nd time deep dish then the third time we ordered the double crust. They were all good but our favorite was the double crust pizza. Compared to Michigan they are more pricey but we have a favorite pizza back home and Rosati's is very similar. read more

Tried Rosati's for the first time and was a little disappointed. Ordered two pizzas and a salad. Salad was good and there was plenty of very fresh ingredients. Both pizzas had the wrong toppings but did not know that until we got back to Coolidge. They were ok, but not great and that may have been because we were expecting different toppings that we got. Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review, but I had an issue today, and didn't even get it resolved. I've ordered from them before, a few months prior, without any problems. Food was good, and prepared as ordered, in the past. But today, I had ordered a Chicago deep dish, pepperoni. I get home, and what I received, was a deep dish, with only sauce, no cheese, and no pepperoni. You win some you lose some, but I figured I should get what I paid for, adding toppings isn't free anyhow. So I called them up. I was on hold for 9 minutes. I let them know, about the missing cheese and pepperoni, and they, sarcastically speaking, agreed to look at the pizza, to confirm that they "didn't mess up the order". At the store, the pizza is placed on the counter. The lady looks at it and brings it to the back. Her and the other workers start making a face, like I am in the wrong. She then starts picking at the pizza, pointing at the tomato chunks, and saying, "see, there is the cheese, and pepperoni ". (Clearly not there). Then slides the pizza back, across the counter, and says, "here". I reply, "just so you know, I'm not trying to get a free pizza or anything, I just want what I ordered." " you can keep the pizza." And left I wasn't refunded, nor did I get a replacement. I love Rosati's, and their food, but I will never be going back to this location. They are young rude employees, and are terrible with customer support, with even correcting an order. read more

This place is hands down the best Italian restaurant in casa grande. It is hidden away by the movie theater. Best Chicago pizza and thin crust pizza, wings and pasta. Fried mushrooms are great as well. We were a party of eight and ordered everything. No disappointments. We were here for my mothers 79th birthday. The seating was nice for a small place as well. They even refrigerated the cake we brought until we were ready. We had a great time and great food. Now, you have to understand this is a take out place, so you will be eating out of take out boxes. They give you paper plates ect. The gentleman at the counter that we ordered from is excellent and very professional. I would say he's the manager and if not, should be. He made our experience first hand and the best, more then a restaurant your being waited on at. They have beer as well, to my surprise, from Italy. All ingredients are sourced from the best places. Cheese from Wisconsin, wheat from the Midwest, tomatoes from California, meats from Chicago, and pasta from Italy. If you don't mind eating off paper, using plastic forks, and getting your own beverages, this is better then Olive Garden in my opinion.
