Upon arrival cashier Tony T. was extremely rude and unprofessional. Order not made correctly. I asked for crazy style all over the whole pizza and it was only on the crust. I opened the box to check before I left the store because I understand this happens sometimes. I informed the cashier that the order was incorrect and he said he only charged me for the crust, so I asked what the price difference was and he said 50 cents. I handed him the 50cents that he didn't ring up at all but nonetheless I wanted my pizza made correctly. Now checking my receipt I see that it was charged for the whole pizza, but that's not even the main issue. When he came back to present the pizza to me, he had a poor attitude and let me know even if I have an order for pickup I need to wait in line. This comment made no sense to me because I was in line the entire time and had even already paid for my pizza. Unfortunately this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and it's a shame cause I frequent this location at least a few times a week. My family loves little Caesar's but we won't be returning here anytime soon. If 0 stars was an option I would choose that. read more

I'd give this place a zero f I could. Ordered a large supreme pizza, a thin crust pep and wanted the Italian cheese bread with extra topping: jalapeños. Have ALWAYS ordered the cheese bread with jalapeños. Unfortunately the 300 pound African American woman at the register refused to add jalapeños to the cheese bread as she said they do not make them that way even tho I always do and pay for the extra topping every time I order them that way from all the Little Caesar pizza restaurants I've been to. She must be new as I've never seen her there before. I explained to her that I always order them that way and pay for the topping and that I would like to continue to order them that way. She copped up a bad attitude and just refused. I'm confused as to why she would not accommodate the customer that is willing to pay for the extra and on top of that have a bad attitude. The only thing I can think of is the cheese bread are premade and not made fresh OR she simply did not know how to use the register. This is very disappointing, this restaurant just keeps declining in service, taste and hire awful people with no proper customer service or training . I will not be giving this place my business again. Not a big loss to me as the pizza is awful and the only item in the menu worthwhile is the cheese bread minus the attitude. Stopped by to order an Ultimate Supreme pizza and some crazy bread. They were both very good ,timely and place was clean and almost empty but what really stood out was the cashier. She was very polite, quick and just made the whole experience nice. I believe her name is Kayla. Great smile, happy to see you and genuinely cared. Wow! This spot never has anything Hot-N-Ready. Always have to wait 20-30 minutes for my order. Service is not good, always short staffed and workers are slow. One time my order was ready, I had to wait approximately an extra five minutes for a worker to come out from the back and give me my order. Plus it's not the cleanest looking spot, inside and out. Their service is horrible they have a bunch of little kids who are more busy talking than actually working and paying attention I out in an order and they screwed it up fully I called over 20 times to only be hung up by the manger 4 times without even getting to talk to them spoke to a Sophia who is part of the call center and she said she couldn't give me any info on who was the manager for this location so very unprofessional I'll be paying a manager a visit tomorrow because now I'm stuck with an order that was incorrect and with no one willing to take responsibility for their mistake. This location is in a strip mall next door to a 7/11 on Florence Ave. It ain't a pretty area of Downey. And I've seen some interesting characters in these parts, but they haven't messed with me so I'm cool. Most recently the coolest youngsters have been working here. Always cold - the drinks here. Always hot - the pizza & the addictive breadsticks. Sometimes I cook a pasta dinner of some sort at home and make the hubby get us some breadsticks to go with. Lol. I just moved into the area and I ordered some pizza for my friend, her kids, my daughter and myself. I love the conveniency of ordering the pizza online and being able to walk in to their pick up station. I did ask the employee if they had plates but unfortunately they didn't have any plates. This Little Caesars pizza really outdid all of the other ones with how fresh and tasty the pizza was. I ordered a little too much pizza and it was still good for 2 days after the first day. From the food to the customer service it was horrible! We ordered online but wanted our bread sticks a little lighter as we always ordered them with a large pizza every Friday.on the app it doesn't give you an option to have them lighter so we called the store and it's an answering service (people are taking your orders from home and delegating back to the store) so we tell them our issue and provide them with our order number and the lady transfers the call to the actual store. I proceed to tell the manager that we wanted our bread sticks lighter bc sometimes they will make them too hard for the kids. She says ok, so we proceeded to the store to pick up our order. Upon our arrival there's the assistant manager making pizzas in the back and the manager going on lunch we hang out for about five minutes or so and she comes to the counter I tell her my order number and she says she just pulled the bread out so it will be a few more minutes. She finally comes bk to the counter with our food and we leave. I get home serve my 1 & 5 year old children the middle of the pizza has NO CHEESE, completely dry & the breadsticks probably would have given me and my kids food poisoning!!!! Mind you I asked for light breadsticks not raw! Everytime I've come here they have always had my order ready & made fresh. I've always been happy with them! It's little ceaser $5pizza it's not gourmet pizza but it's worth it. Good for parties fast, easy, adorable. I called in my order & they had it ready within exact time frame or so.
