Simple order-2 pizzas, one original, one extra cheese and pepperoni, one order of crazy bread and a sauce. Was told it was an 8 minute wait. Waited at least 18 minutes in a hot and stuffy room with A/C that was not working. Meanwhile at least 7 people came after me and got their orders quickly, some getting some of the same items I ordered. When I asked the cashier where my order was and why customers that came in after me were getting their food immediately, he said his coworker was still working on my order. Meanwhile my order was sitting on the back counter in view. Get it together! read more

Charged me twice due to register not working properly, they stated the first charge didn't go through, while waiting for our pizza I checked my account, there it was 2 charges, I showed it to the manage Josie she stated I'm sure it'll be removed on Monday, it wasn't called and talked to Josie the manager, she said she'll remove it in her end and give it a day or two... 2 weeks later the second charge is still on my account! read more

The staff is cool..the pizza in a way aren't..I mean that deep dish... the dough or that thick bread in the pizza is thick Sourdough with lots of grease and crispy crunch at the same time..Blah! I went in 1 day...I was gonna get a hot n ready ..i knew what i was getting myself into but I wanted to see if they do things different here cause its Downey even though its kind've ghetto Downey..anyway.. ..so the cool dude recommended I pay a little more and get that pizza whatever it's called that had extra cheese and extra pepperoni..so I said fine..paid..left..got home..opened up the pizza box..looked at the pizza.. it looked fake if that's the word..but anyway.. took a bite..all dough..no joke.. a super thin layer rubbed layer of dry sauce and the extra cheese tasted like County cheese..wait..not even..it tasted like that imitation cheese that's made mainly with oil and water unlike the Kraft cheese that's made with 5 ounces of Milk ..anyway..the pepperoni was over powering and super salty ..definitely not good ..unsatisfied.. but little Caesars has a big fan base that they'll defend them over any pizza chain...many people who are living "LA POBRESA" Love this pizza..but I've tasted delicious..not fresh..delicious from other little Caesars like the one in Hollywood on Santa Monica blvd.. just this one let me down.. kindve tasted like that 7Eleven pizza..where if you dont eat it fast enough ..the dough changes color and gets hard as a rock..same thing here..too bad read more

You can't beat their bacon and sausage pizza with the Crazy Crust. Without the Crazy Crust, it's just your average pizza. Most Little Caesar Pizza joints will look at you cross-eyed when you ask for Crazy Crust on your pizza and forget to do it but this place always gets it right. usually i order thru app just to pick up. but today i had a gift card i wanted to use and was unable to pay with it online so i called the store to see if i was able to do a phone call order and Jesus M (the cashier) was so nice and helped me with my order and when i picked up he was so nice and had amazing customer service despite the long line he had!! loved today's service!!! read more

Would give this place no stars if possible!! we had placed and order for a pizza at 9:30 pm and was on our way to come pick up the order we ran just a little behind so I called the store to let them know we would be like 3 minutes late and of course no answer! I called 9 times! We arrived and to the place and Saw the two girls working and our order just sitting in the warmer. We tried to knock on the door and let them know we wanted to try and pick up the order and all the girl would say was we are closed with no concern for why we were there! I tried telling the girl we tried calling no one answered she still ignored the fact we were trying to get her attention so then she turns to her shift lead or manager wearing a blue shirt who was to scared to even come talk to us and deal with the conflict and hid behind the Togo pick up warmer. These worthless childish employees who do not know how to address a situation! I would of been chill if they would of explained oh we can't sell it anymore but no they acted like idiots and just hid behind the counter like nothing was happening! Wow! Ordered for a take out and first off girl answers laughing and just says hello? Okay weird.. I tell her I would like to place an order for pickup she asks me to hold on for a minute. Hm.. okay. Then she comes back ya know not too long of a wait luckily and asks what I want. I say I would like to order a freshly made Italian cheesy bread and she snarks back with 'everything here is freshly made' I can tell she was a bit offended so I simply said I meant one made at the same time with the pizza (got one once that was sitting in warmer for a while and therefore the cheese was dried out) But before I can even finish she interrupts TWICE saying okay what else? Clearly she doesn't care so I continue on with my order and say I would like to also order a sausage deep dish pizza, she asks what?! And so I repeat it again then she asks 'is that all?' I say yes. Then she says it will be ready in about 20 minutes and I say alright and she repeats 'it will be ready in 20 minutes' then instantly hangs up. Like not even a second delay. It all was just so very rude. If you don't have time to take a simple order or don't have patience with customers then don't pick up the phone! Making me feel belittled and like you don't care a bit that you are there to do a job then simply don't answer the phones. I'm not a customer with crazy orders and asking for things on the same order to be put in at the same time shouldn't make you get offensive and feel the need to become rude. I called right back and the gentlemen who answered, answered very properly and kindly I told him I wanted to cancel my order and the lady before him was very rude. He apologized and I told him to have a nice day and take care. But the whole experience was so demeaning so I'm giving it a one star. I will try again some other day and hopefully I can change my review but for now that lady needs to be addressed on proper phone etiquette. read more
