    the receipt for the restaurant

I was told on June 18th 2021 at the drive-through that my wait time was about 15 minutes I waiting 30 minutes so I went inside to request a refund and I was told that I couldn't get my money back. I will file a small claims lawsuit for $6.60

Got take out and when I got back to my hotel there was so much cheese on my pizza that the crust didn't cook through. Also my crazy bread was all soggy inside, will not be back

I received my pizza burnt and old. I didn't know till I got home. I order 2. I checked the top pizza it was fine. It was so burnt that you could use it as a flying saucer so I drove back to the store. The lines where long and they didn't have no pizzas ready period. They didn't have any ready the first time I went. Every one I ask for was out. 30 minutes later. I'm just leaving the store. If it was gonna be a wait that long I could of went somewhere else. If you know a person is bring something back you take care of them first. But they was so busy worried about drive thru than front counter. Im leaving pictures below. I wouldn't let a stray dog eat the pizza the lady gave me. I won't be back. This little Caesars Pizza is in the same parking lot as Winn-dixie

They were very friendly I love that. There are not a lot of places where two people can get lunch for five dollars. The correct technique for two people to eat a five dollar pizza is to divide it in half. Then on your half take and select the two best shaped pieces and add to those the toppings from the other two pieces and fold it over. A masterpiece. It has about 800 calories which is about the same as a double cheeseburger but still less than those giant salads. I usually give the extra crust to the pigeons or seagulls.

Raw crazy bread with no parm or butter sauce on it.

Rude employees, inept managers, over cooked pizza repeatedly. Save yourself and Go to the one in Theodore or in West Mobile.

It would be a better experience if they had customer seating. So, I bought lunch here because my wife loves their wings. She always gets this dry rub because she's on a carnivore diet. She loves those wings. I am on no such diet, so I sampled a few things. I tried some boneless wings, some with garlic Parmesan and some with some Asian sauce, a couple tenders with Mexican street spice (which was weird at first but grew on me pretty quickly), and some Louisiana voodoo fries (which I thought were unremarkably plain). It was pricey, and I waited way too long for my order, and had to eat it in the car. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it doesn't impress me either.

No real issue as they did put them in a bag for pickup and we took them. Not sure who else in Tillmans Corner has wings, other than the newly owner swapped Beefs with the super attitude owners now, eliminating them from my options. I suppose if I want bone in wings this place will do. If I need boneless there is a finger place around the corner that is just fine. If this place was a little more accessible from the road I may come back but that nightmare entrance/exit is gonna get someone killed and is the main reason I gave up on that taco place next door.

Pulled up and noticed signs stating no alcohol available. Well, so much for Lil Pug getting a Sangria fun drink as she calls it. Maybe 3 other tables occupied and Todd's name off door as owner, hmmm. Greeted quickly by new face and seated. Menus are now ink jet printer single page not the laminated multi page with pictures previous. All the sport memorabilia missing as well as video game room now vacant. As someone who ate here the first week this place opened years ago tonight was weird, almost like a complete relaunch, with old furniture. Our waitress Brittany was new, and let us know tonight was her first night after completing training. Brittney did a fine job of taking care of us. Food was typical Beefs, wings were good, fish and chips were, well frozen fish and chips. This was a straight up average experience. Would have been better had the Sangria been available, and maybe the decor up. The inflatable crawfish in the corner was weird and not very "sports bar" oriented, not a problem but weird just the same. The trip to the bathroom to wash my hands was a little scary, and Lil Pug said the ladies room was N A S T Y ! I suppose with the dinner "crowd" the folks didn't have time to do a little cleaning. I would suggest that the new owner be present on a Friday evening and maybe even introduce themselves to the few customers that do have. The previous owners always made me feel welcome and were on the scene to make sure it was all good. I suppose the changing of hands in the last few months will either help or hurt this spot. As of now, it's not looking good. This seems to be an absentee owner franchise now and, well that's a dime a dozen in the area and the on site owner made it stand out. At least the Ruby Tuesday across the street is so bad they get that business. I am not sure if we will go back. EDIT: woke up this morning with upset stomachs for all who ate wings, maybe just a coincidence. Went to update review and notate this and found reply from owner. Don't want to start a back and forth here but I believe the misunderstanding may actually be on your side. I understand the lack of alcohol during transition due to licensing, and that wasn't the problem. The lack of decor I was referring to was the sports memorabilia that was previously hanging and is now absent. If you were in the building last night Tara you were nowhere to be seen. Sorry, not trying to bust you on your response but it seemed more concerned with shooting down my issues than addressing them. I have spent who knows how much time and money in this house over the last decade or so, giving me a fairly honest view of what I saw different. It's OK to not have alcohol due to license and the lack of decor is understandable with the autographed pictures being kept by the folks that own them, but if the OWNER was in the place the bathrooms should have at least been cleaner than the ones at the gas station across the street. Also noticed not one but 3 fresh 5 star reviews this morning by some 1 review posters made around opening. Are you getting staff to try to offset a couple bad reviews? Sure looks a little suspect to me. Maybe you could address issues instead of covering them like a cat in her box...

After working all day, I was quite hungry, and decided to eat here after picking up and delivering an order from here. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and unlike other places in the area, they seem to enjoy what they're doing. They're always pleasant to deal with. That Fried Chicken Philly caught my eye on the menu when I was doing my pickup, so I knew that was what I wanted. I ordered and seated myself in one of the small two person booths in their well-lit, ultra clean seating area. I poured myself an Arnold Palmer, trying to gauge the perfect mixture of ice, lemonade and tea. I succeeded magnificently. It wasn't long before my food was ready, and I was digging into it. When I opened the container, the sandwich was bigger than what I expected it would be. Since my doctor put me on the Ozempic diet, my appetite has been less than half of what it used to be, so I was almost sure this was going to be divided between late lunch and dinner. But as soon as I bit into that thing, I knew there wouldn't be anything left for later. The peppers and onions were seasoned just right, and were grilled to perfection! The bun was also grilled to it was crisp without being dry, and the chicken was simply juicy, crisp, and quite tasty. I tried one of the fries, and it was also cooked and seasoned to perfection. I have to limit carbs, so I rarely eat more than a fry or two, but it was a good fry. I'll definitely come back here. Like I said, it wasn't my first time, and this definitely won't be the last. Of the Zaxby's locations in our area, this is definitely the best one. A perfect experience.
