This store is on Cottage Hill Rd, Mobile Alanama. I called in my order sine my last time using the app, they messed my order up. I gave my order, she repeated the order back. Go yo pick it up and was missing an important part of my order. When my husband picked it up, he told her. She didn't offer a discount, refund, or remake!! My husband is not confrontational so he brought it home. It did not appear to have pizza sauc Ie on it either. I'd rather pay way more for a correc/t order going to Marcos. I now see how this location and perhaps the entire Little Caesars franchises consistently get such low ratings. The customer service is garbage and the pizza has gotten consistently worse. Event 1 - visiting my mother and we decided to grab a quick pizza. I ordered it on the app, and we left to pick it up. This location has a drive-thru window, so we pulled up to it. Sat there for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us...which only came after I screamed at the window...HELLO!! Young guy comes to the window and says hold on he is counting his drawer. No big deal except to say there are 3 other people working! Were the all counting the drawer??!?!?. Another two minutes pass, I decide to park and go in. My pizza is just sitting on the counter. It wasn't inside the warmer or anything. FAIL. Event 2 (because I cearly did not learn my lesson) - Ran to grab a pizza for my mother's friend. Ordered on the app. It took my order and gave me a confirmation. I get to the shop and it is locked! Guess what they are closed. And not closed because of the storm in the area, but closed because they ran out of dough!! Once I get them to understand that the app still took my money, they let me in and hand me a pizza?!?!? But I thought you were out of dough??? The young man is standing there with 3 pizzas in his hands about to place them in the warmer and there are exactly THREE people on duty!! That is not a coincidence. I have worked in food services, but you don't get to make your pizza until all customers have been served! I actually heard one of the workers say "well we can give her that one"!! Are you kidding? You gave me nothing. I PAID for it! You were getting low on dough, but rather than ensure that paying customers are taken care of, you made your pizzas, locked the door, turned out the lights, and pretended not to hear customers outside until they became extra loud. Little Caesars is garbage, and I will not be back at any location!! I wish this app allowed for negative stars!! 1 star is still too generous. Note to the shop - When you run out of dough: 1. alert someone so the app stops taking orders. 2. when you decide to lock the doors, change the sign from open to closed and place a sign explaining the closure. 3. don't sit there playing on your phones and ignoring customers. read more

I was told on June 18th 2021 at the drive-through that my wait time was about 15 minutes I waiting 30 minutes so I went inside to request a refund and I was told that I couldn't get my money back. I will file a small claims lawsuit for $6.60 read more

I have to preface this with a few statements. * I almost never write reviews. *I have never written a Yelp review. *I usually only write a review if I can say something positive. * It takes a lot to make me really criticize those in the service industry. *Also, it's Christmas Eve and who wants to work on Christmas Eve? First of all...I tried to order online as the big sign on the door suggested. After completing all of that detailed online information, I was informed this store doesn't accept online orders. Well, alrighty then! So, I decided to go inside since the cars were lined up sooooo far back. The door was locked and no one opened it for me. Well...Okay... they are busy. Maybe it's dangerous to leave the door unlocked? Who knows? There were several guys walking around inside in front of the counter and also behind it . I couldn't tell if they worked there or were customers. Maybe a mix of both... I got back in my car and got in line. I sat and I sat and I called the phone number ...and no one answered... and I watched. I saw several people leave the car line. I saw several other people go to the door. Some people were let in and some weren't. Secret code? Password? Maybe they work there??? Still saw the same group of guys going in and out of the store...also going over to the Liquor store next door. Hmmmmm. The man in the car in front of me finally ( I assume tired of the ...) exited his vehicle and tried to enter the building but he must not have known the secret handshake . Surprise! He just stood outside... in front of the doors ...staring at the people inside. No response. I finally left to go to McDonald's -which is next door. Btw, I realize I spent way too much effort and time there but my grandchild really wanted pizza! So...I went to McDonald's and went inside. After getting my food and upon returning to my vehicle, I looked up to see about 5-7guys... ...the SAME guys from LC...walk past me and into McDonald's. Seriously? I have no idea if they worked at Little Caesars but I know they were inside of LC when I wasn't allowed inside. I think this place deserves Zero stars. This location is very slow and disorganized. The employees are more into having conversations with each other than providing customer service. I saw maybe 5 employees while at the location and maybe one was really working. It was early evening. There was only 1 hot and ready pizza in the warmer, and 2 cars waiting in the drive thru. It took 5 or more minutes to be acknowledged and after I ordered it took more than 10 minutes to get a simple pepperoni pizza. read more

I received my pizza burnt and old. I didn't know till I got home. I order 2. I checked the top pizza it was fine. It was so burnt that you could use it as a flying saucer so I drove back to the store. The lines where long and they didn't have no pizzas ready period. They didn't have any ready the first time I went. Every one I ask for was out. 30 minutes later. I'm just leaving the store. If it was gonna be a wait that long I could of went somewhere else. They were very friendly I love that. There are not a lot of places where two people can get lunch for five dollars. The correct technique for two people to eat a five dollar pizza is to divide it in half. Then on your half take and select the two best shaped pieces and add to those the toppings from the other two pieces and fold it over. A masterpiece. It has about 800 calories which is about the same as a double cheeseburger but still less than those giant salads. I usually give the extra crust to the pigeons or seagulls. read more

Very odd location as usually you have to wait in the drive thru line which intersects with the parking lot traffic so much better to park and walk in if you can. I ordered a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and bread sticks with a drink. We had to wait in a second line because the pepperoni pizzas were cooking. I was excited that they'd be fresh. When we got home, the crust on both wasn't cut so I had to cut it and they tasted like they were fully cooked on the bottoms. The breadsticks were horrible as they were more soggy than anything. I'm giving 3 stars only because the price was under $20 for all of it, but I will definitely be sticking to our normal Papa Johns across the street. I feel like I am in the twilight zone after this experience. I went through drive through and ordered my pizza. It's New Year's Eve so I know they are busy, no biggie. I pay with card and am told it will be 20 minutes. I go back through drive through in 20 minutes and am told they are not making anymore Pizza. I said that I paid already and need my order. He restated there would be no more Pizza and that they had given my order away. I said I would need a refund then. He yells to someone that I need a refund that I already paid (he acted like he had no clue who I was and that he had not just taken my order 20 minutes prior) and a voice yells from the back that they can't refund cards. He repeats this to me and says sorry. I state that I need the food or the refund. He says they will cook it since I paid. So I wait. 15 minutes later he comes back and says that it's ready but they have to give the pepperoni to another man from dreamland because he knows the owner and is going to call him and get them all fired. At this point I am kinda dumbfounded, I mean is this really happening? He walks off and I don't really know what to do at this point Bc they have my money and they have my food. Finally another guy comes to the window and says they can't sell anymore Pizza. Again. I explain the above. I say that I need a refund. He tells the lady standing at the counter and she says they can't do refunds on cards. Again. She comes to the window and asks what I ordered. I show the receipt and she says they will get it made that another employee is giving all the orders to the wrong people. 10 or so minutes goes by again and I get my order. The pizzas are fine but the Italian cheese bread is burned and the crazy bread is raw and has no Parmesan or butter on it. I just drive off Bc at this point what can I do? Sadly I cant rate this location low enough. I've never had good service from there, but my expectations from little Caesars is pretty low. However, today took the cake. After sitting at the drive through window for 10 minutes, even honking my horn, not a soul was to be seen. All while my 6 yr old is throwing a fit because all he wanted was a pepperoni pizza. Finally in frustration I pull away and turn around, only to see the car behind me being waited on. Do yourself a favor and dont eat here. Bankrupt this place and just maybe we will get something better. God know we couldn't get anything worse. Minimum wage is too much for the people who work this location. read more
