I had grouper tenders which were small and mostly breading. Not worth it. Fries were excellent. Tartar sauce appeared to be pure mayo, no sign of relish or lemon at all. Ketchup, mustard, and salt were the only condiments on the table, not sure if anything else was available, like cider vinegar or even pepper. It's a pub, you would think all that stuff to be automatic. Second night (9 pm Sunday) I tried to go elsewhere because of my previous night's experience, but not many other options. Most of Alma was already closed. Tonight there was no music playing, so I was able to have a conversation. I had the olive burger with steak fries, my son had boneless wings with Thai sauce and waffle fries. Everything was very good, and a good value for the money. They don't do refunds for wrong charges or fix mistakes they made. $40 is a large difference between bills. Very frustrating as I wrapped my receipt around my credit card when I handed it to the server, so there would be no mix up in bills/cards. Somehow she still mixed it up. Mixing up bills is one thing, having a business model that refuses to fix large overcharges is much much worse. Other than the rude customer service, food takes a long time and table service in general sucks.
