You order at the counter and they give you a stand with a number on it and they bring your food to your table. I got 2 Pepperoni slices and some of their breadsticks. The best breadsticks ever!!!! The pizza tastes exactly the way I remember it so does the breadsticks. I love when they got that crunch at the bottom of the bread with the grease in it. Fazoli's still has it going on and they have an app where you can earn points. Etown location did awesome.

I told them I had accidentally forgotten to add a topping and would like to add it if possible. They were understanding and added it (they were currently working on my order so I wasn't too late). I loved seeing a restaurant slicing the deli meat fresh for each sandwich rather than pulling it out of a bag. I had the Original Italian with chips and a drink. The sandwich was very neat and not sloppy, easy to eat. I've heard people say that the subs here are expensive but I think they were very reasonable for the portion sizes and that the order was CORRECT! The service was exceptional and made me feel like a welcomed customer. Will definitely be returning!
