A wonderfully retro Pizza Hut experience! This is one of those "Pizza Hut Classic" locations specifically meant to recapture the feel of when Pizza Hut was such a beloved experience in the 1980's or 1990's. The decor looked like a time capsule from the 1980's, in a good way. The entire experience felt much like I remember Pizza Hut being when I was a kid. My server was very busy and overworked, but had a positive and friendly attitude and I can't fault her. . .she was doing the most she could with as over-worked as she was. The reasons it wasn't a five-star review (and these are all things they could fix) 1. They had an arcade machine at the front (which is a wonderful retro Pizza Hut touch). . .but it was broken! It would have been nice to play some arcade game at a Pizza Hut again. 2. When I walked in when the lunch buffet opened at 11 AM, they didn't have any pizzas out, because they apparently got started cooking them late. There was a line of people waiting to eat when the pizzas came out. 3. They were horribly under-staffed. A busy Pizza Hut with only two employees? One front-of-house and one back-of-house? The server said they were hiring in case anyone needed a job, but being under-staffed definitely harmed the experience. read more

I ordered a pick up order and when I got there they made the wrong order for me. I waited a total of 50 minutes to get my food. The pizza wasn't the best the dessert was good. The wings were great but cold! read more

My family and I visited the newly opened buffet at 5:00 PM and were shocked by the lack of food. With only four other customers present, the buffet had half a pizza, a few breadsticks, minimal pasta, and a salad that looked old. We ordered fresh items, including pork-free pizzas due to religious restrictions, and waited 45 minutes for a single fresh item. When we asked about the wait and requested a small dessert due to the delay, the manager was dismissive, questioned the wait time, and then admitted our pizzas were made incorrectly with pork. At that point, we declined remakes because we were unwilling to wait any longer. While the food others ate tasted fine, the service and management were unacceptable. We were told we wouldn't be charged and given free drinks, which hardly made up for the experience. I filed a complaint with corporate. We will never return to the Pizza Hut in Radcliff. Customer service was phenomenal! They were super busy because of their buffet dinning on a Friday night, and I placed my order online for carryout. Around 2020 or so, we heard that Pizza Hut was reviving the "classic" 1980s feel to some of their locations. Having had a Pizza Hut in my small town growing up in the 80s, this sounded great! I hadn't been interested in Pizza Hut in over a decade recently. I found some of the locations that had been converted through online research and bookmarked them, hoping to pass close enough to one some day to stop in and sit in a red booth under one of the tiffany style Pizza Hut lamps, but it hadn't happened yet. We were passing through Kentucky on our way to Indianapolis and my husband spotted a Pizza Hut Classic sign across the road, so we wheeled in here for lunch. We placed our order at the counter as directed and I went for the classic 1980s lunch, the personal pan pizza (with pepperoni) and would have had a Coke, but this Pizza Hut had Pepsi products so I passed on the soda. My husband informed me that Pizza Hut had always served Pepsi, but the one in my town was a franchise, and they had served Coke. We took a seat under one of the lamps in a booth and I took note of the Pizza Hut photos around the dining room as well as the Book It! poster, which was a blast from the past. Soon our pizza arrived, although no longer served in a hot greasy pan; it arrived on a disposable plate. The pepperoni flavor did bring back good memories, though. We also shared an order of breadsticks, and they tasted just about right as well. The staff working the counter and cleaning tables in the dining room were very friendly, and were the icing on the cake for this bit of nostalgia. The only thing missing for me (other than a Coke) was coin-op video games, cavatini and a salad bar. But I'd definitely hit up a Pizza Hut Classic again! read more

My wife and I stopped at this Pizza Hut last week while we were in town exploring the area. So we got Pizza Hut Pizza and wings. Now I really enjoy their wings it might be so my favorite wings in town to be honest they are fantastic and have such a great flavor that buffalo burning hot. The pizza is hit or miss but this time it was a hit and they're thin pizza is really really good in my opinion and they put that hut seasoning on it so it was really good so this is a great location and definitely worth checking out read more

This place is not worth a rating! Had to choose the lowest star because I could not post review without one! The restaurant is terrible! You can dine in but there is no table service. We ordered the triple play which was 2 1 topping pizzas 5 breadsticks and controls. The cashier did not know what she was doing. Rung me up for wrong thing. Won't make it right except take food back and give refund. We had to go get our own drinks that did not even have ice in the cups. Manager was rude and disrespectful. Would not give a phone number to call upper management! Absolutely refused! One door wasn't even working and we had to walk around the building! I will not be back ever! read more

Just ridiculous. I am visiting and was looking for a place to eat. I had placed my order with the cashier and was patiently waiting for my order. Moments after that they had a few customers in. Now for some reason the people who ordered after me got their before I did, even tho I placed my order first. I was waiting for about 25 minutes till all the other customers started getting theirs. I ordered it around 6:17pm it is now 7:57pm. I went to check the front to see what's going with my order and the lady was mentioning to his coworker who asked her where my order was she said she just started it. Oh to my surprise she started but didn't use any gloves and kept touching doors, surfaces that were dirty her apron which she kept wiping it on the same place after touching multiple dirty surfaces. Plain disgusting. -10,000,000/10. Highly suggest families to steer clear of this Pizza Hut location. Who knows maybe they don't wash their hands after the bathrooms. Also, when I asked for a refund they said they could only partially refund me my order because they already made it. So I took it to corporate. This Pizza Hut serves a buffet. I say go for it if you have three hours to wait for the next pizza to roll out. The buffet was barren. Then they brought out some cinnamon sticks. I want dinner like I paid for. When we talked to the manager said blame the waitstaff for not telling her. I felt bad for the waiter when she blamed him in front of us. Let me just say, this is The Pizza Hut! I had lost faith in all Pizza Huts due to my last experience. When I complained about it, I was emailed with a code for two free large any topping pizza. At the time, I didn't want it but today I didn't feel like cooking. So I gave this Pizza Hut a try, so glad I did. I wish I knew the people people who were there names because they had great customer service. So short story, I got food delivered from the Pizza Hut on Knox and they brought me raw boneless chicken. Very bad experience. So I ordered my sister some wings and when I went there to pick them up, tactfully, I ask could I check the chicken and everything. The chicken was done! I ordered pizza as well. No one answers the phone! I tried to call to place an order and was forced to go online to order because no one answered. I had forgotten an option on my pizza shortly after placing the order and wanted to call to fix it, however same as when I tried to order over the phone no one answered my call. I gave them 5 phone calls both times and ended the same with a busy signal after waiting 2 minutes for someone to answer. Edit: So the wings I ordered were good however the pizza is horrible. I order this pizza pretty regularly however, this time the pizza crust is thin crunchy where it is usually a regular sized soft crust. The pizza also has barely any sauce. I don't know if this store has new management or if the entire restaurant chain is making their food better, but the last few times that I have ordered from here it has honestly been decent. The stuffed crust pizza had a better crust and wasn't just flopping around or spilling its toppings through holes underneath itself. The sauce wasn't overbearing and there was the right amount. And it actually wasn't super greasy when we ordered the pan pizza, except for the pepperoni pan pizza which is going to be greasy no matter what due to the pepperoni they use. I have also fallen in love with their pizza rollers which is the main reason we have ordered from Pizza Hut as much as we have in the past couple of months. Another reason being the wonderful 50% off coupons they keep having every so often. Pizza Hut is really stepping up their game and it shows, but unfortunately the pizza is just so pricey and when push comes to shove, most times I end up ordering from somewhere cheaper instead. I can't honestly remember the last time I paid full price for Pizza Hut. If you can afford to offer half off coupons all the time, then just lower your prices a little. Why an ultimate cheese lovers pizza with a stuffed crust costs $17 is beyond me. And now I'm going to feel incredibly old saying this, but I remember when the stuffed crust pizza was only $12. Very attentive and really cared about all the customers. We had the lunch buffet the pizza was fresh and she put in an order for cheese pizza for our kids and it came out very fast. Ordered delivery. For the second time now they have messed up with the extra sauces, last time they didn't bring any of the sauces at all. When I try to call to let the manager know that orders need to be quality control checked before delivery they just didn't answer. So no opportunity to correct the issue whatsoever.
