Then comes the interesting part of the experience. The waitress for the restaurant event was trying to take drink orders. I emphasize "trying" she made at least 8 trips bringing drinks most of which were incorrect. So sorry for her, she was a pleasant lady doing the best she knew how. The owner tried to assist but wasn't that far up the know how to serve customers than the waitress. The food orders were taken. After a great deal of time the orders began in shifts to appear at the tables. No more than 2 orders at a time. The waitress had no idea where the orders were to be placed. Sad because she took every individual's name when the orders were placed. The waitress finally thought all orders had been delivered. Only to discover one order had not been delivered. My girl was sitting in her place and there was no order that appeared. The waitress in a panic apologized and went searching for the order. The waitress kept appearing with drink refills and apologies. The missing order appeared about 15 minutes later with more apologies. The next panic point was the payment procedure. The owner, after we filed the complaint about the missing order agreed to giving 50% off the missing order. But had failed to mention that every order would have a 15% gratuity added to the total price. So there were gratuities left on the tables and now additional gratuities added to the check. What a mess. I will never set foot on their sticky floor again. Good food, very, very poor experience.
