I don't even know how to start this review. I called at 8:15pm and put in an order for two pizzas. The lady took my order and my name. She said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later and the cashier said they did not have my order. She had the nerve to ask me if I was sure I called the right store. At this time there was only 2 people working and one was a took who was male. I double checked my phone and yes I ordered at this store. I should her the number and the address from my phone. She said that was the store but they didn't have my order. I dialed the number to the store in front of her. I told her "I talked to you 20 minutes ago" She stated "yes, but we don't have your order" So I said "you took my order but did not submit it" She said "yes" and had the audacity to look at me like a was dumb. No apology, no trying to make it better. I asked to talk to the manager, but of course they were not there at the time. I obviously had to order then because I was running late. Another customer came in after me and tried to order jalepeno bread and she said they don't have a full menu because they are closing in 20 minutes. She ended up calling me a Karen! read more

Saw an ad for Crazy Calzony with Pepperoni and really wanted to try it. The shape of it was unique and reminded me of a ninja/throwing star. The ad said basically it was a fusion of pizza and calzone, and that kinda explains the folded sections. Our first reaction to seeing the shape was unanimously "WTF?", but we both liked this creation. The cheese inside the calzony folds was super ooey gooey, rich and creamy, it was so good. But other than that, the rest was almost like normal pepperoni pizza. Priced at $8.50. We also decided to throw our good-diet judgement out of the window and also order their new Cookie Dough Brownie. $3.69 but you could get a $1 off if you order it online. This one was just okay. I've been coming to this little Caesars for years and have never written a review. Today I went in and my card kept declining and the gentleman that runs the desk who is always so nice to me said you can just get it next time. I just thought that was so kind. I was able to transfer some money and didn't need to take him up on his offer, but I thought what a nice thing to do for somebody and I really appreciate it. Our pizza completely burnt (which was an issue as they boxed it that way)! We didn't discover it until opening the box at home, of course, and had to drive all the way back. We had to wait 10 minutes for them to make a new pizza. They did at least give us more crazy bread (which we'd already bought) and a cookie. But the lack of quality control is astonishing. When you buy McDonald, you know the food do NOT look like the pictures and commercials. I used to frequent this location a lot for wuick grabs, parties and family nights. Today I wanted to give it a try since our household likes 4 different pizzas. I asked many questions about what was on what of their combination pizza. The lady in the front pointed out the picture behind her and it included all the things I was expecting. I purchased 1 combo, 1 deep dish pepperoni AND a combination. Then 15minutes later the pizza came out and it was missing the olives from the picture. She proceeded to tell me then that olives were an additional charge. And then when i voiced that thats not what you told me. She dismissed my concern and rushed me out saying, "Heres your order, thank you and have a good day" then turned and walked away. I wont be back. Ill pay more for better service. read more

This happened about 2 weeks ago: Alright, so, I've been to this spot numerous times, and I don't know if it's new ownership since the interior renovation, but sweet Christmas, what a cluster. The wife ordered 2 pizzas, crazy bread, and cinnamon bites through the website. At 5:11pm, it says 20 minutes and the order will be ready. It's now 6:25pm, and I'm waiting for them to fix the pizza they screwed up. One of the pizzas was half pineapple/Canadian bacon, and half pep/bacon/ham/mushroom, with extra sauce and cheese on the whole thing. The receipt clearly shows this, I don't even work here and I can read it. I waited until 6:08 before they brought the pizzas out. Then proceeded to stuff them in the "Pizza Portal" on front of me, so that I had to punch in my code to get them out. Then, as I'm trying to pry these bastards out of the warmer, the bread and cinnamon bites slide off to the back, and I nearly burn my arm trying to get the out. Now, because I witnessed 3 guests before me receive incorrect orders, I checked the pizzas before I left. The Deep Dish Pepperoni was fine, but the half/half just had all of the toppings covering the pizza. I then had to wait 2 minutes for someone to talk to about it, and had to repeat myself 3 times to get them to understand the error. The receipt, which showed the layout of the pizza (albeit slightly confusing) was decipherable by me, a customer, in about 20 seconds. They work here, and didn't know what it meant. And to add to the headache, they didn't even offer to store my other food in the warmer until the other pizza was fixed. They also didn't let me keep the messed up pizza as an apology. They also didn't offer anything by way of apology (a free 2 liter, etc.). The young lady who brought out the pizzas and stuffed them in the warmer did apologize, but in a situation like this, you have to go out of your way to make your customer feel appreciated and listened to. An apology and a free add-on would have made a world of difference. It goes beyond just a misunderstanding. There was a serious lack of attention that day, and a major failure in customer service. Whoever manages this location needs to have a meeting with the staff and drive home how to handle busy days and mistakes on the restaurant's end. read more

You advertise a free crazy bread for an order when you "check in" on YELP, so then don't deny your customers their crazy bread and don't cause them to ask for a manager. Seriously, wasting my time getting me upset when all I want to do is order a few pizzas for a back to school picnic. With business like this, you don't really want to earn new customers, or serve you neighborhood do you? Super disappointed when we went to pick up pizza, to deliver to coworkers for a birthday surprise. 3 out of 4 of their employees had their mask hanging from their chins. Not even attempting to cover up at all!! The middle aged gentlemen at the counter taking cash and handing out food had his mask untied, hanging from his neck like a necklace. I did mention to him that it was required for them as food workers to have their masks on, as well as it was required in general for everyone to have one on in and indoor establishment. His response was a very nonchalant, I'm sorry miss." As he and his workers continued working unmasked. (Just to make this clear- I am not one who lashes out at people in the general public not wearing mask- your choice, but when you work with food and are making money as an essential worker. YOU ARE REQUIRED!!) I absolutely refuse to support this establishment. I have had several other incidents where I was unhappy with our food and service. This location has gone considerably downhill since the new owners took over several years ago. Considered writing yelp reviews in the past, but decided against it because it's "JUST LITTLE CAESARS" Well their lack of respect for an order put in place for the health and safety of others, while they are making and serving food is our final straw. I have one star because I had no choice. I called in an order this is what I requested- 1 large cheese pizza, 1 large pepperoni with half of it with sausage as well, 1 order of garlic chicken wings and 1 orders of BBQ chicken wings. The lady repeated my order 3 times. Now this is what I got- large cheese pizza, large pepperoni no sausage, garlic chicken wings and 2 orders of buffalo chicken wings. She charged $15.95 instead of my ordder price $11.95. She did not offer crushed pepper, napkins etc which she offered to a cusomer before me, very racist attitude and asked me to leave. Seriously rude experience today at the Treat Little Caesar's. I have never ordered online for their pizza before. So when I arrived, I called out for help. The employee asked what I wanted. I said I had a pickup and my name was Renee. She asked what my last name was, and I gave it to her. She pointed to the corner and said "your pizza is there" and walked away. I had no idea what she was talking about, so I walked over and saw it was self serve. However, I needed a 3-digit code. I had just created the Little Caesar's account on my work computer and used my password program to create the pw. So, I had no access to the account on my phone. I called back several times ("excuse me" "excuse me") but the employee refused to come back out front. So I had to take 10 minutes to: 1. Go to the Little Caesar's site. Click Forgot PW. 2. Log into my email account. Wait for the PW reset email. 3. Download the app. 4. Reset the pw after I received the email 5. Log into the app to get the code to get my pizza. In case Little Caesar's doesn't offer training, here is dialog employees can use next time a person new to the pickup system comes in: Customer: Can you help me? Employee: What can I help you with? Customer: I ordered online and would like to pick up? Employee: Have you used the self-pickup system before? Customer: No, I haven't? Employee: Let me show you how it works? (Walk over to the self pickup area and point out the customer's pizza.) Employee: You need your 3-digit code. Customer: I don't have a code. Employee: Do you have the app? Customer: No, I just created an account on my computer. Employee: Okay, I will give you your pizza. When you order online next time, you will save time if you use the app. You can just walk in, type in your code and get your pizza. Employee: I see you also ordered soda. Little Caesar's is by no means great pizza but it does offer an attractive price point which has always kept me interested in coming back even against my better judgment sometimes. The pizza kept me full through the lean years of high school and college and I consider going there when I don't want to have to wait for a pizza to be made. It is cheap but you get what you pay for which is a mass produced pizza with lower quality ingredients made by people that don't really care about you. Pro- $5 pizza quick in and out better than starving and more food for your money than a fast food meal of the same price. Stopped in here on my way home for a $5 hot-and-ready pizza. I haven't had LC's since high school, when they closed up shop in Illinois. Also, I like the name hot-and-ready because it also reminds me of high school. Anyway, the pizza was hot, and it was ready, and therefore the marketing was correct. And I ate the whole thing so I'd be a hypocrite to say is also wasn't good. The toppings were ample, the edge of the cheese slightly burned, and the whole thing generally not greasy (unlike it used to be in high school when we called it Little Greasers). However, would I eat here frequently? No way. The lady at the register was uncordial, at best; there's no fountain drinks, just a pop machine (a VENDING machine!); and the crust was a little undercooked. In short, I feel physically ill. Of course, I did eat the whole pizza. In terms of size, for $5, the pizza is about the same size as a standard frozen pizza. Not a bad deal, all told, since I didn't even have to go to the trouble of turning on the oven. Now, don't get me wrong, turning on the oven is not really a lot of trouble, but still, it's more trouble than handing some unhappy chick a fiver. read more

I arrived here at 9:40pm to pick up two classic hot n ready pizzas. The girl at the counter told me they didn't have anymore and their over was off for the night. I asked why they did not have the hot n ready pizzas that they are supposed to have at all times available. She told me that they were getting ready to close, again it's only 9:40 and their business hours are until 10pm. I asked to speak to the manager but there was no manager on duty. Another girl came up from the back so I asked for the corporate number and they stated they did not know it. As I was standing at the counter they hand another customer four pizzas. I asked how he was able to get "fresh" pizzas and I was not. The customer supposedly called in twenty minutes earlier and was giving me a nasty attitude. They tried to sell me a higher priced pizza they had waiting in the warmer which I was not interested in. I only wanted a classic cheese and a classic pepperoni for $5.99 each. I asked again and they suddenly were able to make my pizzas which were ready in five minutes. When I opened my pizza boxes the cheese was burnt and there were not enough pepperoni's. Normally I rate this pizza chain high for fast and convenient pizza that the kids love. Today was neither fast nor convenient. I came in and ordered 2 cheese pizzas and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I was surprised because normally they are great for just pick up with no waiting. I decided to take the kids across the street for the 10 minute wait. Upon returning, they said they had given my pizzas (already paid for) to another customer and I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes. So I have now waited over 1/2 an hour and still no pizza. I have been wanting to try their stuffed crust pizza. for $9.99 I figured it'd either be horrific or fantastic. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. the dough is soft. I think they coat it with a nice light garlic butter and put parmessan cheese on the crust. They load the crust with cheese, so there's a whole lotta cheese going on here. Since this isn't something that's on the hot-and-ready list, it does take them about 10-15 minutes to make your pizza, but it really is worth the short wait.
