Chicken comes in bright yellow boxes

I went at 5pm on a Friday. The place has plenty of seats and was empty. Clean tables and a bright interior with pop music in the background. I appreciated the clean tables, especially in a fried chicken spot which can be a messy finger food experience. The chicken is great. The same tier as Von's in my book. The meat is hot and juicy, with a crisp breading. The flavoring was a little lackluster and I wished they could be stronger. Thankfully, there's chili powder and salt and pepper shakes to top as needed, and the staff was happy to give us extra sauce. Please keep letting customers add more seasoning! It's a great perk and was fun to try different amounts on the chicken. There's another half to the place though! The boba! Boba is good with a large selection. It won't beat boba shops, but this spot shines with the combo deal. You get boba and chicken to share and they go so well together.

Cute little spot You can order from a kiosk which is nice They have some unique sounding drinks, we went pretty classic and did an orange passion tea with strawberry boba and a cold brew boba. I was disappointed that the popping boba was kind of shriveled? Not fully like a raisin but not plump like they should be. Assuming they may have been old :( We did also get food here, Thai chili wings and popcorn chicken. Both were good, the wings were the best thing here. I love to support small or Asian businesses so I hope they keep on going!

The snack menu. I didn't try any snacks, much of it tends to appeal to the younger crowd.

I stopped by this place as I was driving by and the chicken and Boba concept was curious to me. I wanted a nice fruity drink and thought I'd give it a try. It took a while for a cashier to come out to take an order, I at first wondered if anybody was there. It seems to be staffed by mostly high school kids. The drink menu posted looked pretty decent. The clerk told me that they use all fresh fruits, nothing canned. I like that, as I prefer healthier drinks made with fresh ingredients. I chose the mango matcha latte which had real chopped mango bits at the bottom. You can ask for less sugar, which I did. Most of the patrons I noticed were the younger set. This is mostly a boba, drink, and snack place. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but I like the fact that they had fresh fruit in their drinks.

I usually order from here on DoorDash and the drinks are just as good as getting them straight from the store. Crunchiest chicken, not too greasy. But, I really came here to say- get the mango coconut pudding. I normally don't care for pudding, but trust me on this. Get it, go home, put in the freezer and once it's frozen enough, stab it a few times to mix the mango and the coconut, then eat it. Life changing. You're welcome. I wish I would've taken a before picture but I was too excited. It has a coconut base with lychee jelly chunks, Mango puree/jam, and crystal boba (which is a clear jelly version of the regular boba).

Yummy but missing the Bonito flakes :(

3.5! Both popcorn Chicken and wings are really juicy and good!! The wait for the wings were the only thing that took soo long but I would order ahead of time next time. Workers are very polite The takoyaki was good but it was just missing the Bonito flakes that gives it that extra oommmmft This would be a fund place to hang out with your friends, or just have a quiet time to yourself. The banana and strawberry smoothie tasted very fresh. I would order again for my kids. Parking was easy.

Honey cheese with the Thai and Korean flavors in back (to go comes with sauce on the side)

3.75 Chicken was fried nicely but flavors could be a bit better. Not a bad experience. Ordering wings to go, the breading still had a decent crunch to it even after driving back home, though a bit steamed in the box (air fryer helps with this) Thai flavor seemed exactly like a bottled off the shelf Sweet Chili Sauce. Nothing house made or unique about this, but still tasted fine. Either way though, it didn't scream Thai. Korean flavor was alright too. Not quite authentic we were expecting like legit Korean chicken spots but again fine. Honey Cheese flavor was a bit lacking on the honey (could a fooled me) and could've used a bit more salt since it seems a tad bland. Nice drink selections. The matcha strawberry and watermelon lychee were tasty.

I'm updating to 5 stars because the staff were more available this time around! They came out from the back without me having to call out to them or ring a bell.

I'm glad I found this place on Instagram. Came here Monday evening with a friend. Although it wasn't busy and it was a hot day, the place was spacious. Service was great, met Nikko an employee who gave a brief explanation what items to pick on the menu. They do have parking and bathrooms inside. Now onto the food and boba drinks, wings were on the spot. It was perfect, no too much dough or no less meat, it was a good wing! Korean wet classic isn't spicy, the sauce is what makes it good. Cheese honey is a good flavor. Fries were crispy and cooked. Never had takoyaki balls but it gives me an idea what they are and what they taste like. Boba drinks were good, the boba was soft and chewy. New spot unlocked for me haha! Come visit, I highly recommend!!

Big-Bang Boba & Chicken opened where SweetHoney Dessert was. offerings: boba drinks, fried chicken wings, wing combos, sides/snacks. eats: cheese corn dog(3.99) -has a thick crispy fried battered exterior -minuscule amount of cheese within, accompanied by tenny corn dog. a big disappointment. 2.5 stars. take outs: -everyone was ordering boba drinks, no doubt cuz of special bring one get one free. expired 11/11/23. -parking lot is small, plenty of seating within.

I haven't really been feeling like eating and have been eating very little because of a number life events so I was reluctant to order food. My friend told me about this place and knows I love chicken and said "give this a try." Omg did this bring my appetite back in a good way. She ordered the Thai chili chicken and it was super crunchy and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. They didn't over-sauce the chicken. It was a perfect combination. I ate all of it. I highly recommend trying this chicken spot. I'm a big fan of sweet potato fries but I thought that was a very average order. You can't go wrong with it in my eyes, but it also could have been better. Kind of underwhelming and slightly soggy. I can't speak to the service or dine-in options because we had it delivered, but it travels well.

Chicken strips and wings was so crunchy and juicy. Quick and friendly service. Very clean and inviting place to gather family.

These are the worst wings that I have EVER consumed and I'm still trying to figure out how this place is still in business?! Had a rare craving for chicken wings one night and remembered that I still hadn't tried this spot. Dropped by and the place was completely empty. That was the first warning that I ignored. Walked up to the counter and there was nobody at the register. Took a few minutes to look at the menu and noticed that there were only wing meals or party wing packs. Finally called out to see if someone was there, and a young gentleman came out to the front. I asked him if they served wings a la carte in a smaller size and not a party pack, but he said they didn't. Kind of disappointing but whatever. Looked again at the menu and noticed that the prices were kind of high for the bone in wing meals. For reference; for 8 bone in wings + a side and drinks it's $17. Maybe I'm cheap, but that just seems pricey to me. Especially since I really just wanted wings without the sides and drink. Decided to order the boneless wing combo for a better value. Got the 10 piece wing combo (Thai chili and garlic parmesan) and a side of tots. I think my first mistake was ordering boneless wings. When I saw them in the box, I was already disturbed. They were like hella tiny chicken nuggets but worse. First of all, who the hell prepares garlic parmesan wings like this? The "parmesan" shreds were literally thrown on top and definitely weren't fresh. Tried the wings they were friggin' TERRIBLE! Dry AF and clearly overcooked. They also had that freezer burn taste which clearly indicated to me that they had been frozen and for a while. Also despite all of those parmesan shreds, they tasted damn near completely flavorless. The Thai chili wings were gross too. Not enough rub and they were also hella dry. The dips didn't help at all either. Literally couldn't finish the wings. The tots were waaaay too salty and over fried. Like what in the faaack are these people doing back there in that kitchen? Because they certainly ain't cookin' sh!t back there. Literally threw everything away and got fast food that night. Wasn't trying to drive all the way back there for a refund or for them to remake it. When you know... you know. Waste of time and money. Still can't believe that they are charging for those wings. Maybe their bone in wings are better but I'm really not trying to find out after this experience. Skip it and FAST.

Staff is very friendly and the place has an older school burger place vibe. Staff is also helpful with orders, especially since it's my first time here. I ordered a ghost reaper fried chicken slider, beyond roasted chile slider and cajun fries. I also got a side of ranch. The fried chicken slider was delicious. Spicy but not too spicy that it takes away from the flavour of the slider. The plant based slider is extremely tasty. Nice char flavour and it's wonderful since I can't eat beef anymore that this slider tasted this good. Cajun fries are very tasty. They're crispy and very flavourful. The ranch is not the normal ranch at restaurants which I really like. It's not as sweet and is definitely more herbaceous. My only regret is not ordering 3 sliders lol. I'm…read morea total Buffalo Wild Wings regular, BDubs Rewards member who hits up spots all over the Bay Area, but this Concord location is my home base. I come for the deals, the points that stack up, and the decent prices, especially on Tuesdays when I always roll in for the BOGO traditional wings. The food and drinks are usually solid for what you pay, but let's be real, you can't have it all. With those cheap wings and rewards, service is normally miserably slow and the staff gets sassy or gives you attitude when you ask them to actually punch in your rewards number for the discounts. I've come to expect it, so I usually just plant myself at the bar or do take out orders occasionally. But the last couple visits? Total game-changer thanks to Mila. First time my group got seated in her section. She was on it from the jump, every order spot-on, she grabbed my rewards info and stacked every deal I wanted without any eye-rolls, and she did the whole thing with this big genuine smile. Service was so ridiculously good I actually pulled her aside and said, "This is the best we've ever had here, and we've got tons of visits to compare it to." She just laughed it off and kept killing it. She's a great conversationalist! Next trip I was all set to hit the bar like always (Pablo's my go-to guy back there and he's solid), but I spotted Mila up front and we straight-up pivoted to beg for a table in her section. Boom, she was ours again and it was just as awesome the second time. I basically never write Yelp reviews, especially for chains, but Mila earned this one on top of her tip. She's an absolute shining star in a place where good service feels like winning the lottery. Management, if you're reading this, I hope you see it and give her the praise she deserves. The rest of the team could seriously take notes (well except for Pablo, he's great too). Mila, keep doing exactly what you're doing. You turned a cynical Tuesday wings guy into someone who's actually excited to sit at a table. You're the reason I'll be back to Concord even more. Go Mila!!! You're the MVP.
