Went in after work for a couple got and ready pizzas, waited 15 minutes. Only to get 2 highly overcooked pizzas, and a raw crazy bread. My fault I didn't look at them until I got home. Was super hungry and tried to eat a couple pieces. My lady got home and I showed her the pizzas and she insisted we take them back and get a refund, so we did. The "manager" was the one who boxed those pizzas, he made me pay for the one pizza that had pieces missing and refunded the others. Dude has no customer service skill, and that location has no customer satisfaction. I will not be going to Little Caesars again. read more

Worst pizza I can recall EVER ordering. Ever. Soaking wet. Stuck to the box. Paper thin crust (regular crust ordered) that didn't even cover the cardboard it was on. Holes in it! Like they used only the amount of dough that is used for a small. Really? Undercooked, obviously no quality check at all. Was this an April Fools joke? WOW. Disgusting. Inedible. Outrageous. This is one of two pizzas we will eat! The deep dish is perfect. I do wish there was a vegetarian pie w/ more toppings, that's were Papa Murphys has them beat. For a more artisanal pizza, my vote's still pending. read more

They never have enough staff so their service is very very slow. Their store is also very dirty.

So I was in there about 7:30pm Monday night 10/24/2022. Ordering some pizza . The girl at the register should be getting wrote up or talked to about being on her cell phone. And not acknowledging the customer. To be honest I think she's more interested on what's going on, with who she's texting. The girl is the one with a pony tail and tattoos of butterflies on her arms. Oh ya also a hicky on her neck. Pretty sad how customer service has to be these days. I could understand wal-mart but not little Caesars. Hopefully she gets talked to . read more

Just blatantly horrible. Got crazy bread only, said it would be done at the time we went in, the worker said we had to wait another 10-20 minutes for BREAD and it was disgusting. Wouldn't go back here again. read more

Genuinely the SLOWEST place I've ever got food from. It's insane how this place is still going with how many people were there even after 30 minutes waiting!! It genuinely seemed dirty once we came in but had ordered online unknowing of the condition of the store. read more

** update ** A bit more detail on my previous review since others have commented.... Wife went here with coupon and manager says "they don't take coupons" (coupon was not expired). When questioned the manager took a threatening posture physically (he was a bigger gentleman) and my wife is small. Cut her off and told her to leave and that she was in fact banned. Very odd situation admittedly and we are both still shocked by this behavior. Perhaps he was having an off day? At the end of the day if you choose to go here it might be fine, unless you have to deal with the manager (if he is still indeed the manager) or want to use a coupon (apparently) LOL. I don't go to the other location in greeley either as I know they have had ex-felons (forgery, etc) running the register. Don't have an axe to grind against Little Caesars as it's a $5 pizza. My point here is they don't vet their staff very well in my experience. YMMV read more

Came down here Little Caesars Pizza on 23rd Avenue who is Pat walk inside order five pizzas they had them and then they gave me the excuse did I had to wait 15 minutes because I ordered one too many pizzas and they told me this after I paid for with a credit card will never go to this place again read more

Once again having to wait their advertised Hot N Ready Lunch combo. They have none made and still have an hour left in this lunch promo. I would suggest ordering ahead, which kind of defeats the purpose. read more

Got 2 pizzas from here and ended up getting sick from them. One was sausage the other cheese. I had a couple slices of sausage and a slice of the cheese within a few hours my stomach started hurting and this morning I woke up at 3am from food poisoning. The only other thing I had was Ginger Ale and that is not going to make you that sick. read more

literally the worst customer service I have ever had, everything I asked for on my pizza was "let me go ask" immediately no. even thought I've seen all of the commercials advertising different toppings on pizzas. i asked for my receipt and she rudely asked for my name, and was the most unhelpful/unapproachable person I've ever met. fire the lazy and rude staff. Went to pick-up a $20 + order my wife placed online. When I went to pickup the order, I thought I was getting a free 2lt soda. But after speaking to the manager, she told me my wife forgot to enter the code. I should have cancelled my order and just reordered the same items with the code and they could have thrown out my 1st order. Won't be going here anymore read more

The manager and owner of this store give this brand a bad name! Worst customer service I've ever had at a Little Caesar's even after filling a complaint! The manager was extremely rude and then when I spoke to the owner, I realized that was the theme of their restaurant! The owner yelled at me in the phone and proceeded to call me repeatedly when I hung up on him! They were both extremely unprofessional and we will not be back!
