The wings were crispy, so they were cooked well. And as discussed, the flavor of the sauce was good. But the actual wings themselves were so small. This is unfortunately the exact reason we've stopped visiting another wing place. Great sauce, but the value due to the literal size of the wing is poor, at best. The restaurant business is a tight balancing act, but when you sacrifice quality to inflate margins it shows.

Offer customers a glass when the bottled beer is delivered. A visit to the table to check on customers is also an opportunity to take away empty bottles, straw wrappers, etc. More than two visits to the table in 10 minutes to ask how things are going can make some customers feel a little 'rushed'. You have a dessert menu. I was not asked whether I was interested in dessert, either there or to go. That was a missed opportunity. The tip jar for the sushi chefs could be placed in a more prominent area. They deserve to be tipped. I will be back, and hope to become a 'regular'.
