I had a double burger!!! It was amazing. So good. The fries were good also. Great service and great food. I will definitely be back.

The best part of my experience was the burger. "The Classic" is a 2-patty all-American cheeseburger. (Combo meal, $14.) But even though I really like salt (it's fat free!), the patties were too salty for me. Speaking of salt, does Fat Shack know there are other seasonings for fries? My SUPER salty fries seemed to have no other seasoning. Fat Shack's management needs to take a field trip to Red Robin, to study how they season their fries. A pet peeve of mine is when you're the customer, you say "thank you", and the person *you're giving money to* says nothing. Doesn't matter if it's in the checkout line at the grocery store, or when someone brings your food to the table as happened here. In fairness, 10 minutes later he did ask how everything was from across the room, and I (untruthfully) gave a thumbs-up. Fat Shack and every other restaurant asking for tips before service need to just stop. So I was craving a tasty burger and when I saw that this establishment has been on the Travel Channel and also on Shark Tank I figured It's gotta be good. So I placed my order which was no biggie but I'm guessing they were short-staffed as the guy who took my order was also the cook. They had a steady stream of delivery drivers showing up to pick up orders so it took me about 25-30 minutes to get my order. Get to the AirBnB and the food looked promising. The burger was aight but nothing special. I ordered it with grilled jalapeños and grilled onions but I couldn't taste them. It was cheesy though so it was decent. Needed some seasoning. The onion rings were good and tasty, not oily but kind of on the thin side. The jalapeño poppers with cream cheese were very tasty and they saved the meal to be honest. This place is like a burger joint and a carnival had babies!! Definitely some greasy comfort food. The place was very dead but had high traffic for to go. My husband and I ordered to eat there. The food is quite pricey for the type of food they serve. It wasn't to bad but not worth 45 bucks for two people. We ordered a burger fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything is separate. Like a burger is separate price and if u want fries you have to pay separate. Over all the food was good and service was good. I won't be back though because I can get a burger that taste the same for somewhere cheaper w fries and a drink w the meal price. read more

We just went here for the first time. My spouse got some wings and fries; I got a Fat Doobie. The sandwich was real good but I could only eat half of it, despite ordering the smallest size possible. It's a good thing I couldn't, though, because the second half of the sandwich got cold and soggy by the time I could finish the first half. Still tasty, however next time I think I will just get an appetizer. The inside of the store wasn't very clean; lots of old fries on the floor, crumbs on tables and chairs. We walked in (first time ever here) and waited for about 7 minutes before we realized that we are supposed to order at a little kiosk on the counter.. even though 2 people were in the kitchen just watching us sit there and stare at them lol The music was SO LOUD in both the kitchen AND the dining room. Rock in the dining room, country in the kitchen, it was awful. I could barely hear my husband across the table. Loud music is annoying in general, but to have 2 different musics going very loudly was terrible. It was noon and there was literally no one in the restaurant besides us (and I don't think anyone had been there since they opened because they hadn't even put the nozzles on the pop machine..) and it still took about 15 minutes to get our food (2 sandwiches, fries and an order of wings). The floor was super sticky everywhere we walked as if they were mopping the front with the same water they just mopped the greasy kitchen with. And the girls bathroom literally doesn't have a working lock. And there were 2, both broken. I'd be willing to try this establishment again in a whole other city, but I would never ever go back to this one. Ever. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is because the food was overall 'okay'. Not great by any means, but not terrible. O. M. G. Do you like your whole meal smooshed into a bun? If so, this is the place for you! Crazy. I opted for the chicken fingers and fries and sweet sauce (honey?) all in one, and had to remove the fries from 1/2 of it, and eat it separately. It was just too much with the bread, the potatoes, and the chicken breading together. [The other 1/2 I took home and conveniently left at my bf's house.] One of us had a burger, the other had mac n' cheese on theirs and the other had one with everything. It was fun to try once, but I won;t be going back. The staff was very friendly, too. I ordered a side of pickles, though, and it didn't get rung up, and they didn't give them to me for failing to hear me, either. Oh well. We did get a military discount, and finished up with deep-fried twinkies. They were not as bad as i thought they'd be. Still not going back any time soon. read more

My spouse and I went for a late night dinner. I had the Fat Shack and my wife had the Fat Donkey Lips. These sandwiches were delicious. The jalapeño poppers in mine added just the right amount of spice. Plus the mozzarella sticks oozing cheese were the best part of my sandwich. My wife's sandwich was a great blend of sweet and savory as the hot sauce burned and blue cheese cooled. Our sandwiches were pretty spicy so we ordered some milkshakes to calm the heat. The shakes were absolutely delicious - thick, creamy and delightful. We throughly enjoyed our late night meal. Spicy and savory - super satisfying! read more

I really like the concept of this place; however, it think the execution leaves a bit to be desired. They are known for sandwiches that include everything but the kitchen sink. Think of every bar favorite appetizer thrown inside a sliced french baguette. There's mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders, fries, Philly cheesesteak, and jalapeño poppers. Each sandwich is a variation of these components and then topped with a condiment/sauce from another long list. Ranch dressing, marinara, buffalo wing sauce, bbq sauce, honey mustard, etc. All sounds great, right? Again...in theory. What you actually get is sandwiches that all taste only like whatever condiment/sauce you choose. The ingredients are completely overpowered by the sauces. read more

This is my first time ordering from here and I've never had this happen using Door Dash so one can only assume the issue is with Fat Shack. Found this place when staying in Greeley with my husband for work. The name had us from the get go. The staff was friendly. Food was hot, prompt, fresh and really good. My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time two week ago. The guy answering the phone was so rude. When we finally got our food, it was cold and seemed old. My milkshake had a hole in it which caused it to leak. I wasn't going to base my review on just this one experience so we decided to order again a couple nights ago. I only rate this place two stars my burger was burnt, the chicken tasted like fish very salty I know it's fried food but gross. Loved this place. Between the three of us we agree it's the best burger in Greeley. We got this from door dash and the burger was still delicious as was the onion rings and fries (Great onion rings btw). Also, my sister is the biggest chicken finger connoisseur and she has had them everywhere and she still raves about the Fat Shak chicken fingers.
