There is something definitely fishy going on with Wingstop reviews. They can't ALL be this bad, lol. From Fort Collins to Denver they are all ranked below a 3.0. I've been to two locations and sure this one was slightly dirtier, but the food and staff were both great! Far better than BWW and Wing Shack. Everyone was respectful to me and I like that the location isn't as rambunctious as BWW but still has some TV's. Wow, I've lived in 5 cities from Jacksonville to Vegas, Dallas and this is by far the worst Wingstop I've been to. Ordered 30 wing combo and 10 of the wings had feathers still on them, some with two or more feathers!!! WTF. One out of 30 would be concerning but 1/3 to have feathers means they do not clean or even bother looking over their wings? Do the employees even wash their hands? Makes you wonder.... Gross!!!! I'll never go back to this location as I know my past few dozen experiences at other wing-stops I've had much better quality and prepared wings. Place was dirty and messy in the lobby at 11:00am???? The Wingstop franchise needs to shut this place down and bring in new management to retrain the employees. My nieces were in town and I gave them the option to choose what they would like to eat. In the mood for wings, they decided on Wingstop. They definitely have great combos and variations of flavor. My go to is typically the mango habanero but I opted for the spicy Korean Q and the Hawaiian flavor. My roommate and I split the 15piece meal for 2 which a great deal and plenty of food to fill you up. We opted to sit in the restaurant which had plenty of open seating. Napkins are in abundance here, so no need to worry about messy hands. Once you order your food you take a seat and it roughly takes 15-20min before you're called to the counter to pick up your food. Once seated, I took a bite of the spicy Korean q and I was pleasantly surprised. The spiciness, layer of flavors, and the crunch of the boneless wing was the perfect combination. Next up, the Hawaiian. Overall, it was okay. For myself, it was too sweet and didn't really have a direction the flavor profile was trying to take. Most restaurants and companies usually have a 30-day policy if you do not pick the stuff up within 30 days then you forfeit the refund, when she finally spoke to me she refused to give me her name the employees failed to even apologize for the poor service and on top of it the wings that we got tonight were so overcooked they were literally like chicken jerky, we spent over $50 on a 30 piece original Wing set and a voodoo fry just for the first and the second set of food to literally be worse than the first time, food has literally sat there while the customer was waiting for over half an hour but yet seeing people literally come in and out fast with their food!!! You guys need to train your employees better as an unemployed person right now I was going to put my application in there but after dealing with the manager and seeing how the employees act it's not a place I would want to work or recommend to work, I've never been treated so poorly by a store manager than I have tonight!!!! I go in to have this guy tell me that is not a special they have and the truck does not belong to them. Ok? Then he looks BEHIND a sign and tells me that their special is 20 wings for $20.99. This promotion is FACING the wall, it is not being promoted. The fact is it's a $2 difference, $2 is no sweat off my butt. The PROBLEM is that the employee is going to tell me that truck doesn't belong to them and they are not going to honor that deal advertised. Sure maybe it's an old deal, get rid of the truck then! For the seating inside came to me by a huge surprise. The seating area is huge compared to most other stores! I did an online order placed about 6 for pickup at 830. Great service for the evening I came by. Employees all were happy to be working and helping me with my order. I got to the store about 10 minutes before my order way ready. I lived in California and really liked WingStop and was glad when they opened in Greeley. I've been nothing but disappointed since they opened. During the opening week I brought my sister and Brother in law there to check it out and they messed up the order and the Mgr came over to apologize and took my Brother in laws email and promised to email him a coupon for some free wings to compensate. No email ever came.. My sister and brother in law swore they will never go there again. Today I stopped by with my daughter to get the 20 wings for $18.99 that is advertised on the side of a huge truck parked in front of the restaurant and was told the truck was from somewhere else and the price was not correct. So basically I spent over $50 for 40 wings and was not happy about it. I would have left but my daughter really wanted the wings!!
