It's consistently very tasty. I could eat a whole pizza in one sitting. I love the ambiance. Thank you for your service.

If you're really into eating a piece of cardboard with sauce cheese, and what looks like meat on it then this place is for you.

The pizza is good and all, although every time I go and order a pizza and say no sauce, they end up giving me the order with a lot of sauce.

The full menu is long and varied, but I am a falafel fan so I had that sandwich and since it was a vacation of sorts, added onion straws. They were light, crispy fried perfection. The sandwich was excellent too, and I was impressed that it didn't fall apart though it was well stuffed. Then my friend got a chocolate mousse and insisted that I try it, wow, so rich and silky smooth. We had 2 servers that were quite attentive, but they did miss a coffee we ordered as an afterthought, didn't get charged for it though. I think it may have partly because we were there for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. The food alone would bring me back, but this place is also very charming. We ate on the good sized patio , surrounded by trees and wildflowers. The inside is nicely decorated too, including cute animal portraits in the bathrooms. I also like that the bathrooms are all gender inclusive. And the silverware is iridescent! So it's no wonder we acted like Europeans and took our time eating. Luckily it was July so the rest of our road trip still got completed in daylight.

When you walk in, you place your order at the counter, and bring an order number to your table. I'm on the search for the best pizza in Madison, and Novanta made it pretty high on my list. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were simple but delicious, like most Neapolitan pizzas. I'm a huge fan of pizzas baked in stone ovens, and I was not disappointed by Novanta's ovens, which were imported from Italy. The staff was very friendly! They greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed when the pizzas were served. I will definitely be back soon!

With 2 Wood fire pizza ovens and an open kitchen concept, this place was it for me. Pizza: personal size, got the Salsiccia ($13) which was delicious. Crust was amazing, thin but scrumptious. Service: it was empty when I went at 2 and you order and pay first even if dining in. A lady (I believe her name was Lugenia?) was manning the front. Had to ask for napkins and asked for a cup of water. Got the napkins and an empty cup, water never showed up, no explanation. An elderly white couple showed up afterwards and they got the whole speech, come to find out (by eavesdropping) that there's a water fountain in the back. Well now I'm glad I tipped for no service at all. As I was leaving, a young lad was changing shifts with her and he seemed very friendly and thanked me for coming in. So maybe I just got unlucky with the service because he seemed a lot chipper. Parking: in the back, make a right at the light after passing the bagels shop. TLDR: come for the great pizza, but service could probably be a hit or miss. Takeout pizza would be amazing here.

Food: A nice selection of pizza, split between ones with and without tomato sauce. I got the Lombarda which has Gorgonzola Cream, Pears and Apricot Glaze and Arugula. My wife got a cheese, sausage, mushroom and onion (CSMO). Both of them came out, pipe hot, with nice crisp crust. Nice presentation for both pizzas. They were both good, but I was a bit underwhelmed with the Lombarda. If it had Apricot Glaze, it wasn't very noticable, and maybe was the reason that it needed a bit of salt to enhance the toppings. The CSMO was very flavorful, and clearly the better of the two. Service: Super friendly and helpful service, both when ordering and when the food was delivered. The cashier was patient and happy to give us advice on what their favorites were. Atmosphere: It's a small place. Some interesting vintage large photo print on the walls. You order at the counter, then take a seat at one of the tables along the left side of the restaurant. It looked like there were as many people picking up to-go orders, as there were dining in.
