The other 2 pizzas, however each had something wrong. The bufala was missing some toppings and had pepperoni instead but was at least cooked well. My margherita was more or less inedible. It was so burnt the crust was like charcoal on the raise and burnt leather on the inside. The cheese has turned into plastic and the sauce was basically reduced into a tomato paste. Topping it all off was burnt basil that was the most edible part of the pizza. Based on this experience I would recommend thin crust Papa John's or Domino's over Pizza Brutta. Way cheaper and at least some good garlic butter.
