The food was delicious, severs were attentive and I was checked on me. Ambience was awesome as well. Love the music.

Great place for dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free. A very accommodating restaurant. They include a 20% service fee in your bill so no need to tip extra unless you have an experience that you feel deserves more. This is good and bad. I've been a handful of times and the service has been ok but I feel it's a little less service oriented than places I've been that don't include tips. The pesto pasta is great and a nice large portion that I had left overs. I will say the prices are a bit high and almost everything is an extra. My pasta dish was $15 and it was $4 to add chicken. My coworkers got the pad Thai and indicated it was extremely salty. The deep dish pizzas looked like a great choice. One of my coworkers had it and wasn't disappointed. Probably the best option for the cost. I'd love to check out a happy hour too. Some sides like her secured are only $4.

Birria tacos on a warm night

We went to Ollie's for dinner and Friday Happy Hour and this was one of my favorite date nights I've had in years! The food was incredible: we shared the Mulligatawny (which I had never had but was so good), and the deviled eggs as apps. And then the meals were homemade gyros and birria. I know, what an eclectic mix but that's what was fun about it!! But the fun had just begun.... After dinner we stayed at the bar for Happy Hour where Chef Dave spreads his immense knowledge about spirits and mixology- and it was one of the most informative and fun experiences I've had in a while. You pick a flavor profile or a feeling/emotion and he'll build a drink around that for you, and the whole bar gets to try it!! Such a unique experience and I will absolutely be back.

    Lovin the rainbow vibes

Love the pride/rainbow vibe! And walls of liquor behind the bar and side. Awesome outdoor patio space but not so shaded on a warm, summer day. I really enjoyed the happy hour specials!!! $4 for an old fashioned? Yes please! I'll take two! Loved that cheese curds, fries and other options were also $4 (smaller but honest portions). Service was a little slow to start, I waited for quite a.bit before I was noticed at the bar, even as three servers were behind the bar at separate times. Overall-- I'd come here again for the happy hour specials.

Ollie's is a super cute Fitchburg staple! I only gave three stars because I was not extremely impressed with my food but the environment and the service is very calm and friendly. I got the Caprese style Pizza and Truffle Fries. Both were quite good, but not anything out of the ordinary. I have had and loved their Endive Salad before. I could this being a great causal dining experience if they had some more unique dishes. I also know this is a great place to go for people with dietary restrictions.

We have heard great reviews on this place, but had never been until last night. The ambience is super inviting to all. They are so considerate to have items for kids with special needs. Very LGBTQ friendly. They do have a kids menu now with limited selections. However, the main menu has many different selections that are kid friendly as well. My husband is allergic to dairy and gluten sensitive. He was able to have many choices on what to eat, which is usually Quite opposite anywhere else. He had the gyro on a gluten-free pita with vegan tzatziki sauce. He said it was fantastic. I had unpronounceable vegan hamburger with a special sauce. When I saw that I was expecting more of 1000 island type of sauce. It was very mustard forward. It was good, but not what I was expecting. They offer different varieties of pizza. However, the pizza only comes in one size and they are all deep dish. It would be great if they could offer regular pizzas. The Mediterranean platter was fantastic! We loved having our olives, hummus, falafel, and pickled red onions! Our cocktails were delicious, we got getting caught in the rain. It was very sweet and felt like a drink you would have on a beach. Great place for groups and families. The service was great in fact they were incredibly attentive. I'm actually shocked at the low ratings for slow service. We did not experience that at all. Great service all around.

I like the butterfly decor inside the restaurant
    Kevin C.

Their atmosphere is very LGBTQ+ friendly with lots of rainbows. I also like the butterfly artwork. The food is wonderful. I'd recommend their pizza. The Deviled Eggs are salty, but I like them. There cheese curds are also really good. The rainbow drink is a pick your favorite flavor situation, and are delicious. This place is worth checking out.

Good service, delicious food. Lots of special diet options. Parking lot is small but manageable.

I absolutely LOVE Ollie's. I have celiac and I love how accommodating Ollie's is to allergies. In addition, you can tell Ollie's truly cares about making their guests comfortable and has many forms of adaptive equipment to meet everyone's needs. The fish fry is absolutely amazing and I love their cheese curds. I have never had a meal I do not like here.

We made a 12:00 PM reservation, which was definitely necessary because the place was full. Right off the bat, our server asked if anyone had food allergies or dietary restrictions. When I mentioned I have celiac disease, he confidently assured me they could absolutely accommodate it, which immediately gave me peace of mind. I ordered a strawberry spritz and we shared the gluten-free donuts to start. A huge win for the celiac community is that they have a dedicated fryer, so we also safely shared the truffle fries. For our main entrees, I had the fried rice which was excellent. My husband ordered the skirt steak hash with gluten-free toast and loved it, though it is worth noting for others that it packs quite a lot of spice. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive regarding the allergy protocols. The overall service ran a little slow, but it was understandable given how slammed they were for the Sunday rush. As an added bonus, the restaurant has its own parking lot, making the logistics seamless. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot, especially fellow celiacs looking for a safe and delicious meal!

The bartenders were personable and competent (I watched them deftly make multiple drinks at once). The space is large and well lit, and the outdoor seating looked nice. I'm sure it's a vibe when the temps are a little warmer. I ordered 2 drinks. Haley's Comet - tasty, albeit a little sweet for me. Call Her Daddy - def my favorite, better balanced imo. I ordered the brunch fried rice and it was a letdown. It was advertised as having bacon and there was none to be found. The food was not hot, leaning towards cold. Like it had been sitting out. Oddly the poached egg was perfect. The rice itself was clumped, as if they didn't use dried out rice (what I'm used to for fried rice) As a rule, I tend not to send food back, so I ate the shrimp and let it be what it was. I was sorely disappointed though. I saw people ordering the brunch burger and honestly that looked way better than what I ordered. I'd be willing to give it another go, as the service and drinks were lovely

The cocktail menu had excellent choices as well. They were accommodating to our dairy free request. Every dish was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were perfect. The Mac with the short ribs had a bit of spice I wasn't expecting but tasted great. The elote was also spicy! Special hats off to our server who allowed us to grab a table in the back. A cute and homey interior with random artwork-it was loud with the full house. An eclectic menu which leans southwestern offers a decent variety of dishes although vegetarians might not have too many options. I wasn't that hungry so opted for the biscuits and the poblano risotto. The chef doesn't hold back on the flavor-bold, spicy, intense. The biscuits were dipped in a smoked chili butter and honey-best eaten with a fork. The risotto was well prepared although a little soupy. Again, big bold flavors. Opted for the house made carrot cake-it didn't disappoint. One of the best I've had. Definitely a place I will come back to as it's a 7 minute walk from home.
