Look, these reviews make it seem like this place is a crime scene, but we had a great meal! You don't sit inside, you just pick up, and you can even completely avoid human contact by picking up your pizza in a locker with your order name on it! Our meal only took about 15 minutes to make. We got two orders of crazy puffs (one pep, one cheese). Go with the cheese, they are filled with gooey cheese, the pepperonis had way too many slices of pep inside, about 7 pieces per puff, ratio was off. My friend said the crazy sauce is an absolutely must, so i got some to appease him, but you can skip it. The chicken wings you can skip, but the za was phenomenal for fast food pizza! I went for the detroit style half mushroom half sausage. I could only finish one slice it was so filling! great tasting dough and pizza sauce. This place does not deserve a star AT ALL. My husband purchased a box of the Stuffed Crust Cheese pizza, and not only was it partially cooked, it was falling apart when picked up. This was for my kids and if they had eaten this I'd be most likely in route to the ER while talking my attorney. This location is the complete worst. I called and called they refuse to pickup calls. I can say they refused to answer because the employees were seen ignoring the calls while being watched from outside the store. I have never experienced such incompetence! This pizza does not look right. If you want pizza that's good don't EVER and I mean EVER go to this location. I can't say it enough. The pizza was uncooked and sticking to the box! Holes all in the back. I am furious! Whoever owns this particular location needs to tighten up their staff, and retrain them all! Train them on preparing and cooking this properly! Explaining what real customer service is. If you do not want to answer the phone where you work then find other means of employment! Horrible location! read more

I would leave a zero star review, if I could. The one star will have to count for all the other times I have received five-star service from this store. I went to pick up our order tonight. The following is my account of what happened: As I was walking towards the door of the store, a young woman went in and walked into the back, even though she was not wearing a uniform. I went in and didn't see my wife's name on the portal. I checked my phone and saw that the pizzas should have been ready five minutes earlier, so I tried to put in the code my wife had sent me. When I put in the code, it gave me a message that it was invalid, but I saw that the only order in the portal had my wife's name on it. I stood at the counter looking at the employees in the back where one girl was having a conversation, then I stuck my head over the counter and looked to the side where I saw the young woman who had previously walked in talking to her. I walked over to the side where I was visible to the employees in the back, and before I got a chance to say anything the girl in uniform told me to "wait a minute" and tried to continue her conversation. I said, "Can I just get my pizzas?", and pointed to the portal. The girl in the back again said, "Wait a minute." I then said, "Can I just reach over and get it myself?" At this point the young man who had been working on making pizzas stopped what he was doing and came to help me. He told me the portal was broken, and I told him I had noticed. I said, "I saw that you guys were in a conversation, so I figured I'd do the work for you, since it didn't look like any of you were going to do it." I took my pizzas and walked out the door. As I was unlocking my car door, the female employee that had until then been in the back came out the door and yelled, "Maybe you should've done the f---in' work!" This Little Caesar's was, until tonight, our favorite of our three nearby locations. One is not in a safe neighborhood for night pickups, and the other one has always had very poor service. Until tonight, we have always received excellent service at this Little Caesar's, but tonight's experience has made it so that we will NEVER go back to this location. I can deal with terrible service, but I will not accept that an employee curses at me because I called them out for not doing their job. I don't expect you to do anything, because I am well aware of how hard it is to replace any employee in the job market as it is, but I assure you that I will do my utmost to share this experience across as many platforms as possible in order to save any other customer from having to experience what I did tonight. read more

The is is the worst little cesars ive ever been to. Im watching that they have three cashiers and one person cooking pizza. The manager os on the phone and ive waited now over ten minutes bc no cheese pizzas were even in the oven....this is not the first,second, or even third time...ill never come again read more

Avoid this place like the plague! !!!!! They took my money and said it would be a few minutes. 55 minutes later, still no pizza. People that came after me got theirs, but I watched them use expired / cold pizzas from the prep table. There were plenty of staff in back, but only one was actually making pizzas, and she worked like a trainee. When I got my money back, I found out they forgot my order. They gave me a reheated pizza for fre as compensation. They thought I didn't know. Good luck if you go there! read more
