The last 2 pizzas I ordered have been on point. I get thin crust with pepperoni extra sauce and well done. They have been THE BEST fast food pizzas I have had since i can remember. Put the main delivery chains in my area to shame. Papa/hut/domino/marco are all continuously sub par to these last few pizzas from the Caesar. I was floored at the polite service, perfectly prepared and cooked, regular Pizza Pie I ordered last evening! The store was clean, no trash anywhere, all persons were in clean uniforms, stainless steel tables wiped down as I was ordering, absolutely amazing to see. I am in the fast food and food business and I can personally attest that this store's operation is exemplary. And the price, at $7.09 with extras, is beyond reasonable! I requested to have the cheese and pepperoni spread to the outer edges of the whole pie, they obliged me, and it was perfectly cooked and deeelicious. The pizza was fine but the guy at the front was rude AF. When my husband walked in he said hello and how are you and the guy said nothing. If someone goes out of their way to say hello and greet you the least you can do is acknowledge them. So rude. . Maybe y'all should hire someone with a personality and manners. Called ahead and ordered 3 pizzas and a crazy bread for carry out. When I got home my husband realized that one of the pizzas was incorrect, when calling the store back to ask to swing by and pick the correct pizza up the manager said it was too busy and he didn't think he would be able to complete my order. It took arguing with the manager, Manny, on the phone for 10 mins to even get my money back! The manager gave us the excuse that it was busy and a lot of people are complaining- we understand that the holiday season is busy but your pizza mistakes are not our problem! Fast, cheap, easy. It's good pizza and it's kind of hard to ruin pizza. Pepperoni and cheese are "hot-n-ready", which means you walk in or drive thru order a pizza and go! Hamburger and other special orders take some time but nothing to outrageous. If you are feeling lazy and the kids are hollering for something to eat this is a good fix. read more

Little Caesar's Pizza SAVED my day ^____^ Thank you ^___^ I ordered pizza online from Pizza Hut & AFTER I paid, I got a message that the ONE pizza I ordered would take OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to be delivered. The place is not that far away. I called the Pizza Hut location & was PUT ON HOLD & then told by the manager that she was sorry I was quoted such a ridiculous time & asked me if I still wanted my pizza & that it REALLY WOULD TAKE OVER AN HOUR for it now, not an hour and a half since I had been on hold for at least half an hour now...I cancelled my order with Pizza Hut & then had to be PUT BACK ON HOLD for her to refund my credit card & do other stuff, I assume, since it was taking forever & a day & judging by her lackluster tone, she seemed disinterested/preoccupied with other things. Hungry, defeated, baffled & with little faith in ordering take out anymore, I called the Little Caesar's by my home. Within 20 minutes, I had a hot 'n fresh, 3 meat deep dish pizza. That was refreshingly simple, as it ought to be. And the pizza was fresh & delicious. The 3 meat deep dish is addictive delicious. I almost forgot how frustrated I was about that Pizza Hut fiasco. It's not bad for fast food pizza made by teenagers. I've had a few annoying trips in and I've had a few pleasant experiences. I don't get the warm feeling that when I head over there or when I open the door that I know I'm going to get taken care of by friendly and professional staff. I get the feeling of: "okay time to brace yourself". I have to say it's not even close to the bad feeling I used to get whenever I would go to pick up pizza at some other places I've been. Waiting 30 minutes for 4 pizzas when you're told the wait is only 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. There are people within view eating in the back near the prep area and the front is given little attention. I can get a 15 minute wait or even maybe 20 if the diner was full, but it wasn't.
