"Famous Dave" Dave Anderson owns Tamarack Farms. * The wine slushies! On a warm day, these hit the spot. It also feels like this restaurant has refined its approach. This includes the decor, the menu and how the restaurant is run. Where before we had to wait a while for our food, this time around everything seemed to run like a well oiled machine. Tamarack Farms also includes a fun selection of wine, so you could take some bottles home with you. The building is open and airy, with large garage doors. It's just a fun place all around.
