I got pizza and it was fine, but the atmosphere is horrendous.. Dishes were STACKED to the roof while 2 older ladies were chatting it up and using a pizza cutter that FELL on the floor to cut a pizza up. They're so unorganized! Ordered two pizzas last night. The stuffed crust was basically a cheese stick with some pizza dough around it not cooked. Ordered a deep dish pizza and it was RAW RAW RAW - the bottom was slightly cooked and the toppings were done (they must have stuck it into the oven for thin crust time. When I called to let them know they basically told me too bad you didn't call immediately after you got it. Well, I work nights and didn't know about it til after they were closed. When I called to request a replacement (next day) I was told to bad "we can't check the cameras" "we no do anything for you" The manager was sooooo rude and nasty.... she basically told me to f*** off. Came for breadsticks my daughter was craving and I've always loved their breadsticks!! I decided on two orders of crazy bread and two sauces along with a $5.99 pepperoni pizza. A few days earlier I had ordered Papa John's who had ok breadsticks and the sauce is so small it's only good for a few dips but with Little Caesar's they have lots of sauce for their breadsticks I would prefer crazy bread over Papa John's any day! I went in and came out within a minute. Very quick and hot and fresh. Not the most gourmet but not bad for what it is. read more

What can I say, the pizza is $5. They were training, so I observed the interactions with the new staff, and everyone seemed friendly. Other than the women in the back, that were cutting vegetables with NO gloves on I dont have any complaints. I do think they need to be updated on proper sanitation procedures, but who am I.. Just Elite However, they are always fast, and reliable with the experience. Thanks guys! read more

Okay this is going to be funny but serious too. I started out going to the subway next door first in order to get myself something to eat. I figured I would get the kids a cheese pizza so I walk next door. I walk in and the cashier has her back turned to the counter and is on the phone. Not sure exactly with who but she's talking about another employee and didn't seem like she was going to stop talking on the damn phone. I even said hi when I walked in, she never turned around. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and then I asked very loudly if they have cheese pizza. She then gets off of the phone and tells me that they have a cheese pizza. I go ahead and pay her and walk down to where the pizzas are. She tries to hurry and show me the pizza and give it to me so I opened it back up and noticed that it looked old and there wasn't cheese on all of the pizza. She then goes "well we have another one but its older" and then proceeds to show me this dry old pizza which I swear the pizzas have a time limit as to when they are passed due for disposal? Right? Lol oh well. I told her that if I take this beat pizza I need some free sauces. Well she wasn't having that so she told me that they can make another one and it will take 5 minutes. I said okay and set the timer. This girl clearly had a bit of an issue with me but that didn't bother me any. I got the pizza literally 20 seconds before the timer went off. It looked good. I haven't eaten at little Caesars in yrs and was starving and craving pizza today. I was hoping to pick up their hot and ready pizza and be on my way but instead had to wait 10 min for them to actually make it. I was pleasantly happy with my deep dish pizza and crazy bread... It was way more then my hubby and I could eat and for 12.00 we were happy customers. To ppl who haven't had there pizza, definitely try it, but don't expect to come in and have a pizza "hot and ready" for ya. read more

Use to be a great place to come get quick pizza. But ever since they got the new people hear the service is horrible. I call in my order before I go. The lady says 10 mins and I wait 15 before I go. I get there and check in and none of the pizzas are ready. I waited 20 more mins. They need help here. I see them hand other people pizzas that would complete my order. People that come in and order at the desk. The lady answering the phone taking order should stop telling everyone its goin to be 10 mins and be more realistic so others dont have to waste time sitting in the small lobby. read more

I remember 20 years ago when this was a decent establishment with good customer service and food. I've visited many times over the years and now it's low, low,low. The food is just prepared any kind of way without care. And the guy who took my order said, 'not mexican". Of course he is so whatever that's supposed to mean. The original girl I encountered was caucasian but spoke fluent spanish and the order was always correct. I remember a worker named Mayra, she also made a racist comment about 10 years ago. Very disappointed in the service! First, if you tell someone 10-15 minutes you should try to at least meet the time you had given or get close to it. We waited over 30minutes for our order. When we left, another group who had ordered literally seconds before us was still waiting on their order! That is unacceptable! Then to add fuel to fire their employee apologized to the other group as we were all sitting there in the lobby, and disregarded the fact that we had ALL been waiting the same amount of time. They even went as far as offered them free stuff for their wait, and yet we didn't even at least get an apology for the time we had to wait too. Instead, she turned to us afterwards to ask what I had ordered! Sorry but that question nearly made me lose my temper at that point! I do want to apologize because I probably came off as rude answering her back. First off, I had been sitting in that "hot" lobby the entire time waiting, I wasn't even offered at least an apology for the wait, and then I get asked what I had ordered as if you were not the one who had taken my order in the first place! I mean... do you not track orders of customers who are waiting in your lobby? Are you that unorganized that you have to ask a customer what they ordered and then try to find the receipt to confirm my order?! Then when I got my food, no kind of "thank you and enjoy your meal...". Nothing! The person who said "Have a good night and enjoy your meal..." was a customer who had walked in and was waiting at the counter to order! Seriously! Your customer provided better customer service than your worker?! That's a first for me! I only stopped in because I was in a hurry and this location is on my way home but after this experience if I'm in a hurry to get dinner again, I probably won't consider stopping here anymore. The food was mediocre... I don't like the way they make the supreme. It felt like a pizza with veggies just dumped on top. It falls apart when your go to pick up a slice. Not sure if that is how they make it but I don't like that style and having to use a fork to eat the veggies. The Crazy bread was good as always. Cheese bread on the other hand tasted as if it had been sitting a while. Then again it probably was considering we were sitting in there for over 30 minutes! They get 2 stars because the food. Although it wasn't the best... it wasn't bad either. It's edible and good for a last minute dinner option if you don't mind the wait and poor customer service! read more

This place has the worst service I believe these guys are owned by some Indian food. They just want to charge you for every single thing on advertisement says 5.99 a pizza they charge you 6.99 And please don't ask me for Parmesan cheese and orange peppers they say they're out after they give you two packets. This place has absolute bad service and it looks like their whole family works there now. Before they had some Spanish people that work there that had great service and they were very helpful and now it's just gone to shit. read more

Its in a crappy spot. A tight parking lot next to a pacific highway bus stop. With that said the team here is really nice. All the employees go out of there way to make sure you're happy. Even during peak hours you can still get a pizza in 7 minutes. Which is great. The prices can't be beat and the pizza even tastes better than other big chains. read more

I've eaten their Stuffed Crust a lot, and I quite enjoy it, especially for the price. The reason I took two stars off is because you get the same amount of toppings if you just order regularly, or extra most bestest, which I find aggravating, since it is supposed to get you extra cheese and toppings, and in some cases I get less. But I pay a dollar more. Feels like I'm being ripped off. Don't get the extra most bestest, I have NEVER gotten extra cheese at this location. read more
