I showed the order in the Pizza Hut app & the charge to my credit card (pending) to the first guy (nice guy) behind the counter and he read it, just didn't know what to do. I waited for someone else (a manager? team leader?) He said there was another manager, too busy to talk. He told me "That's between you and the app, there's nothing we can do. Just dispute it on your credit card.". I said the order was placed, my credit card has a pending charge, but you don't have the order. I'd rather you issue a refund than me have to call my credit card and dispute the charge" His answer in a smart-ass tone was "Just dispute it bro, it's not that hard".
