I visited this location on Thursday, June 4, in the afternoon while I was in the area. We were craving the Crazy Bread with sauce combo, which is a great value at $4.25. A helpful tip is to download the Little Caesars app for additional savings and to place your order ahead of time. They also offer promotions where you can purchase two select items for $5.99 each. The restaurant is conveniently located in a shopping plaza surrounded by other businesses, including Fry's, Starbucks, and more. The restaurant itself appeared clean and well maintained. There was an older woman cleaning the windows in the carryout area when I arrived, but no greeting was offered. I was assisted by a wonderful employee named Aiden. He was kind, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I asked whether there was fresh Crazy Bread available, and he informed me that the current batch had been sitting for about seven minutes. He kindly offered to make two fresh orders for us upon request, which I greatly appreciated since we do not visit Little Caesars very often. Unfortunately, shortly afterward, the older woman began loudly reprimanding Aiden in front of customers. I could clearly hear her questioning why he made fresh Crazy Bread and stating that it would affect their sales. The way she addressed him was unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in front of customers. If she is a manager, I believe additional leadership and customer service training would be beneficial. Employees should be treated with respect and corrected privately when necessary. I made sure to let Aiden know how much I appreciated his kindness and excellent service, and I even apologized if my request had caused him any trouble. His willingness to accommodate a customer was commendable, and I felt the way he was treated was unfair. My husband placed an order through the app around 4:45 PM for pizza, Crazy Bread, and Philly Cheesesteak Bites. The app said it would be ready at 5:17 PM. He showed up right on time and found at least twenty people crowded inside and outside the store, all waiting on "ready" orders. He even sent me a photo because the situation was such a mess. He ended up waiting nearly an hour past the pickup time. The Philly Cheesesteak Bites were never received, and the Crazy Bread was overcooked and missing the buttery parmesan cheese topping that usually makes it so good. Customers were asking for refunds, but staff said they couldn't issue any. The employees seemed completely overwhelmed and moved at a snail's pace, showing no urgency or communication with customers. He didn't get home until around 6:30 PM, more than an hour after the order was supposed to be ready, with an incomplete order and a frustrated family waiting for dinner. I completely understand Halloween is a busy night, but this location was not managed well at all. We have been loyal Little Caesars customers for years, but this experience really hurt our confidence in this store. Worse service I've experienced. I went in to get a pizza and stood there for over 15 minutes with no one at the front counter. Only one person was visible, boxing pizzas and handing them out, but no one ever acknowledged me or came out to help. Customers were completely ignored. My son had a gift card I came in. There was probably a little bit of a wait not very much communication but I could tell right off the bat they were making the food even though I got a text saying it was ready but I probably didn't wait more than two minutes. I mean it's cheap pizza decently cut. I really didn't have much problems with anything. My kids ate it. So seemed pretty successful night. I ordered online and received notification that my order was ready and given my pizza portal code. When I got to the store my order was not in the portal. When I asked the cashier I was told they did not have an order for me. The person who helped me was very rude and condescending. Went to the touchscreen of the pizza portal and it said it was "resetting" there was an employee right behind the pizza portal so I asked if she could just hand me my order and I provided my name and order #.
