Honestly shocked this place had bad reviews. Typically the bottoms of LC pizza are either doughy/soggy or bready and sometimes you'll get pizzas with hardly any sauce. Many times there will be no distinguishable differences between an Extra-Most-Bestest and a standard Hot-N-Ready. This was not the case tonight: It was sauced super well Had an appropriate amount of toppings The "undercarriage" and crust was crisp (not soggy at all) It was ready crazy fast. I initially called to order, I had accidentally said "5 pizzas" instead of specifying five hot and readies and the person on the other end immediately hung up. I can only guess she might have thought it was a prank call maybe? I called back to apologize and specify we were looking to order five hot and readies and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hostile to me when I mentioned she had hung up on us and that I was looking to actually order. Next level incompetence! Ordered online for pickup in advance of our 8 year old's birthday party. Order was 8 pizzas, 8 breads and sauces. When we went for pickup, was told by employee Alex that he CANCELLED our entire order. They didn't call or communicate in any way. Why did they cancel? Because they didn't have pineapple or olives, and according to Alex "I can't sell you something I don't have." He could have called us to advise and inquired if we'd wanted to change the two (of 8) affected pizzas. He could have made the remainder of the order. He could have compensated with additional other toppings. But instead, Alex takes a minor inconvenience and makes it a MAJOR inconvenience by leaving us with no food for the 15 kids at our party. Super fast, super friendly, super fresh and out of the oven. Rant I don't understand what the other reviews complaints are about. You're whining. Hot and ready are for convenience, not freshness. If that's an issue, ask for fresh pizza, they'll give it to you, you'll just have to wait. As for the person complaining of the wait....I'd rather have fresh, but you'd probably also complain of the grease for it sitting, so it basically sounds like most of you are like I said before....whining. Also, I'm sure most of you took the time to yelp about this place because of a negative encounter, but won't take the time out of your day to say something positive because it's just expected. I really don't understand what happened to Little Caesar's Pizza. I grew up with this pizza and it just doesn't my sense why making pepperoni pizzas is so hard. They need to think of a better system to make things better again. Or dominos pizza will win this battle. Remember they made a huge comeback so I still have faith. But you are losing Little Caesar's. Horrible service. I walked in on a Friday night and ordered pizza. Hot and Ready. Told to return in 12 mi utes. I returned in 15 minutes and waited another 25 minutes to pick up. I've always been a fan of the convenience of Little Caesars but whoever is managing/operating one of the Midland locations needs to fix their staffing issue. Stopped the other day around 12:30 and there was a mass of people waiting for their food. No hot and ready pizzas were prepared. There was 3 staff members, all of which were very unfriendly. I watched them screw up multiple orders and pass out the wrong food to people because of poor organization. My order was a hot and ready and breadsticks. A gentleman who ordered 4 people after me received his order first, because they could see his order in the computer because he paid with a card. I had to fight to get my food because I paid with cash and there was no "proof" of my order. Next time I'll just order a pizza from a better establishment and have a lesser wait and better service. read more

Little Caesar's is amazing! I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a pizza to be made. They have always been very polite. We have never had an order of ours made incorrectly. Some people complained about having to wait after the last hot and ready was sold. Yes it took time to make more, but it is a business, they're supposed to make more when they run out, they have to prepare more than just your order, but the people making these pizza are only human, so please take a moment to consider this while getting angry over something that can't be helped. And it's a bit funny to hear people complain about the wait for pizza when not only does a frozen pizza you would cook at home take 20-25 minutes to cook, but the time range is similar to come dine in experiences. Yes it's supposed to be a place to go in and out, but the workers are doing a fine job. We will continue to come to Little Caesar's as we have for many years. read more

Picked up a pizza this afternoon. The pizza itself was just OK although it was somewhat greasy on the bottom. The major complaint that I have concerns the overall sanitation of the facility. The floors are dirty. The wooden bench is filthy. The ceiling was stained. . An employee who works here came walking through the front door with his apron in hand. The jeans he was wearing were absolutely filthy. Looked like he had slept in a ditch the night before. Not crazy about having someone like this preparing my food. read more
