We ordered bone-in parmesan/garlic wings which were good. We also ordered a large deep dish pizza and requested delivery (a $50 plus order with tip). There could not have been more than 4 tablespoons of sauce on it. Unsure what type of cheese it was but certainly did not look like mozzarella, nor taste like it. The italian sausage was good, but sparse, and the crust was very dry and unflavorable. I remember years ago, people would stand in line waiting to get in, it was a fun place to go, the food was great and so was the service! This is the second time we have been disappointed, so we won't be returning. You would think, with all the negative reviews, that improvements would be made. read more

Had thin crust super supreme very good, late night service was good. Only ones there after 9PM. Missed the salad bar was already closed.

Fast, friendly service. Unique decor. Pizza is the same it's been for the past 40 years I've been eating it, and that's why I continue to come back. read more

This guys reality improved last year. I'm not sure what happened but something must have changed. I've tried them 3 year ago and again last year and the difference was very noticeable!! They are great now! I recommend it to anybody, even if you tried before. Give them another chance, really worth it. read more

Ok haters, let me just say I love Pizza Hut pizza. Its my favorite. You don't have to agree. The pizza here was 5-star on my visit. The only issue had was a sweet young lady just learning her job, and that the only other person working was the manager. I was patient and things went fine. The pizza was good/very good - less sauce than used in other locations but it was good at my visit, and re-heated leftovers the next day. I would go back again without hesitation. read more

I've never been more insulted/disrespected in my life. I am truly and utterly disgusted. I've never been so poorly treated before, and better yet by a "business"... Let me start with staying I will NEVER again, NEVER go to the Midland Pizza Hut. Not only do they apparently tolerate this type of behavior, which is unacceptable, however, allow it to happen and the manager thinking that he is "fully in the right" and is 100% untouchable and can do/act how he pleases and "no one" can touch him or his job. So, I called Pizza Hut today, (I've been cleaning house and washing laundry most the day and just wanted something quick and yummy), and ordered a pizza and some bone-out wings. Upon arriving to pick up, the manager, Eric, was already at the counter waiting. Let me add, very unpleasant, didn't greet me, didn't smile nothing. As soon as I let him know who I was and that I was getting my carry-out order, he very nasty and short replied with "oh Perfect, you're him" then continued to, from across the counter, inform me about how I was no longer allowed to get any type of replacements or coupons due to the fact that I'm a scammy kid, and all I ever do is scam them and am consistently trying to get replacements and try to get free food from them and that I'm cheap so that's what I have to do to afford them. For starts, I very infrequently go here... ( However, now it will be never ) On top of that, in the last EVER, I've only ever TWICE, give or take, got two replacements from them... The one I didn't even want, I was simply letting them know that they had delivered me the incorrect food and the woman on the phone insisted that she replace the order even confirming that she knew about the issue and the correct food was still in-front of her... With this I am now not only frustrated (fucking livid) but Insulted and taken back. I let him know that how he was acting/doing was inappropriate, ESPECIALLY considering it is incorrect information and disrespectful. I also let him know that I would be calling and filing a complaint and that I hope he didn't like his job because as a 6 YEAR STORE MANAGER, that IS unacceptable and NONE Of my employees would be allowed to act in such ways. He then continued to laugh in my face saying that he was untouchable and that there was nothing I could do to even so much as get him in trouble and that he could do as he pleased as the Manager. Then took it a step further and inappropriately brought my family into it saying that he personally talked to my Aunt and that she confirmed that I'm some scram artists and that, that was my soul plan to scam the company and that it was why I have a fake phone number and changed my name... As if he had the first fucking clue. I understand (770) area code is not in Midland and I understand I changed my name due to MY OWN PERSONAL REASONS but that DOES NOT make someone a scammy kid con artist. I sincerely Hope, Eric, that you loose your job for the way you've treated me. Not only was it disgusting but unprofessional and RUDE! I really hope some of my friends will support me on this... I've always liked their pizza and their cheese garlic bread is my favorite. It's SO greasy. :-) Their lunch buffet is usually pretty good, but there are always a few things that can use freshening up. However, their service is what gives it 3 stars, instead of 5. Every time I'm in I get treated like I shouldn't be there and it ALWAYS takes at least 10 minutes for a server to realize I'm there. It's almost always empty when I go in there, and I'm not really surprised, with the way they get away with treating people. read more

Took like a half hour before we even got our drinks when we got there, then took forever for out food the pizza was cold and the bread sticks didn't come for 10 minutes after we where done eating and they where rock hard. There was only three family's in the whole building read more

I ordered online and apparently I shouldn't have done that because I was charged for a salad that they ran out of and couldn't fulfil. I'm hoping that my total was adjusted as I paid online. Besides that the employees were not knowledgeable regarding online orders nor were they friendly. I could overlook these things but the pizza was "meh." read more

Food was great, but no one acknowledged us for about 15 minutes after we entered the store.

Dark, dreary and uninviting atmosphere. 3rd visit and all were bad but this was the worst. There was one table occupied and we still had to wait a few min to be told to seat ourselves. Waitress was not friendly, apps came quick but pizza took for ever. Waitress never cleared table thru out our meal. We were eating around stacks of dishes, cups and trash. We piled it up at the end of table and she just reached over it to give us our order. We told her to take it and she ignored us. Ordered a big cookie to take home (we never got it). Waited 10 min and i went to counter was told 2 min, then after 5 min was told 1 to 2 min, then a few min later told 2 min. I then complained to Travis the manager. First he refused to give me his name. He finally did though. Then he said they were understaffed and were on a 20 min wait time and they were 7 orders behind. I told him he should take care of in house orders first. I also told him that understaffed was his problem not mine and a good manager would get people in to take care of staff problems. He was combative and so was i. Why do so many corp stores hire managers who only know how to unlock the doors and make bank deposits. How about learning to deal with the public who chose pizza hut to spend there hard earned money. DONT EAT THERE. GO TO A LOCALLY OWNED PLACE WHO CARES MORE ABOUT JUST THERE BOTTOM LINE. I love pizza hut, the cheesey breadsticks with the pizza sauce is the best. And I am a huge lover of the cheese stuffed crusts with the veggie or cheese lover pizzas. The only thing that pisses me off though, is how much they charge you for delievery i mean, come on you alredy have to tip then they should not have to charge so much for the pizza. Last week, I went in and ordered a pizza to go. They told me it was going to be about 35 minutes and it's not because they were busy.. .that seems to be their standard time from order to ready. The pizza toppings were okay but the hand-tossed crust was very bland and had a foam texture. Couldn't complain about the price but I would pay more for a better tasting pizza. Tonight I ordered over the phone for a carryout of a pan pizza with supreme toppings. They told me it would be ready in about 35 minutes. Not a problem. I get a call back literally 4 minutes later and they tell me that they don't have pan crust because they are out of it and it is a "special" kind of dough. That tells me that they don't make their dough fresh after having their pizza the last time, I can understand why it doesn't taste that great. They have the best sauce around for a chain pizza place but even though they are 3 blocks from my place, I don't think I will bother eating there anymore. read more

I'm not too surprised by the previous review. I generally like Pizza Hut pizza, but service here is not all that great. More than once I've found, when trying to place an order by phone, that they just don't answer. On at least one of these occasions, when I finally got through and then went to pick up the pizza, they weren't even all that busy! Also found that during their recent "any pizza for $10" promotion that food quality seemed not as good as usual. read more

I too find that Pizza Hut's service is horrendous. It takes a long time for the hostess to realize that they have guests waiting to be seated and it takes an extraordinarily long time for the server to take our order and bring out drinks. The quality of the pizza was mediocre at best. Not the quality I expect from a chain that boasts about having excellent food. I have found their carryout to be even of a lower quality. I certainly would think in a town with many choices they would have their act together. Quite honestly, there are places that do a much better pizza with prompt courteous service. Tonight I ordered a large pizza at 5:54, the pizza was delivered at 7:36. After much confusion and put on hold for a different person to complete the order on a large, half peperoni and green peppers, with the other half having the five topping special, I was told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. After one hour and ten minutes I called pizza hut to inquire on the disposition, we had plans to be in Freeland Park to enjoy the music tonight. I attempted to call eight times with none of my calls being answered. At this point we went somewheres else for take out at approximately 7:15. I have been avoiding Pizza Hut for prior incompetence and after 2 years the management and staff still prove to be inept. I guess ,I'll try them again in a few years. so while i was there tonight on September 3,2013 around 8 pm. i was greeted at the door from a really nice woman who was tentative to me and seated me right away. . . soon as i got to my seat she said jasmin would be with me in a min. . . well at least 5 minutes went by before i was greeted by the server jasmin . . . .she took our drink order as well as our order because we had so much time to look over the menu and to deiced what we wanted. after bringing our drinks i did not see and or hear from her again till the food was there and that took approximately 15 min while it was empty with only i have to say 8 people total including me and the person i was with. . . her service really sucked she didn't smile and greet us well. and after food was there. i ordered a taco pizza vegetarian. it came with a side of salsa. it took two min after i said something to the person i was with for her to come back and ask if i wanted the side of salsa and i promptly said no thank you. . . considering i was half way through my food anyways whats the point of having it. . . . i really wish you would fix this because honestly it would bring more business to you. . i work in the food industry, we are a bar/grill ordeal. and I've never had bad service at any establishment like i have tonight and it turned me away from ever wanting to come back. if you fix the problem with the service maybe more people would come back for the next time hoping to see improvement. . . and if not i will gladly speak to the manager myself about the problem you have within your company in hopes that maybe he/she can fix things and talk with the GM into fixing this problem so everyone can enjoy the time they are there. read more
