3 item pizza ordered online. Tracker said ready in 12 minutes. 20 minutes later I got my pizza (after dealing with the manager because she was inconvenienced and bothered that I was paying cash). Got home and found out I got a pepperoni pizza. Called, put on hold and then hung up on. Called back. Told manager too busy and to call back later. I said I'm not calling back, have her call me. 3 hours later she said they would remake it or credit me a pizza. I'm not happy. read more

if I could give zero stars, I would. This happened 8 Oct 2023. We placed an online order at 6:15. At a bit after 7:00, the order was still in prep according to the tracker app. I called the store and all I got from the girl that answered was excuses. I asked to speak to the manager. He came on the time and gave me the same excuses, saying the order would take between 30 min to an hour more. I told him two hours for an order was not okay, and asked him what he was going to do to make it right. He said, "absolutely nothing, I don't like the way you're talking to me" and hung up on me. I was being nice. I was using my best "teacher talking to a flunking student's parents" attitude. (I'm known as the parent whisperer.) When I called back, I was hung up on again, several times. Then, someone finally answered and I asked for the manager. They transferred me to a completely different store. The manager here was great. But when he looked up the order, he said I'd called the wrong store (nicely). I said I'd called the same number I had called originally (and confirmed the number). He said the Midland store frequently transfers calls they don't want to handle to other stores. And he gets complaints about the all the time. I went to get my order number from the tracker for him, and found out the manager at the Midland store had cancelled it. I'm calling corporate tomorrow. read more

So, it's delivered pizza, right? I should not have high expectations .... but should I have none? I ordered a pizza the other night using the online process. Not my first rodeo. The delivery was a bit late, the pizza was luke-warm to cold (understandably) BUT THE THING WAS BURNED!!! I am kicking myself for not opening the box and refusing the order on my doorstep. I used the online site to register my concerns, but have not gotten a response from the store, corporate, no one! You're probably reading this and shouting "Call the store to complain!!!" One of my go-to pizza places in Midland. I usually try and stay away from fast food chains but A) Midland doesn't have too many good pizza places (Good Times Pizza is my other go-to place), and B) Dominos has really stepped up their game in recent years with an infinitely tastier recipe. read more

I love me some pizza don't get me wrong, my family and I wanted to to get some good pizza. So we put in our order for Domino's, Delivery was awesome, but when we got our food our sandwich so so spicy, I didn't even eat it. I literately had 15 jalapenos on it, I counted them. And my wings that we ordered had more sauce in the bottom of the box, then on the wings it looked like BBQ sauce soup. Not happy with the quality of the food this trip around. The crust is horrible. If you were making a frozen pizza at home, cook the bottom cardboard with the pizza and then eat it. Blam you just made yourself a dominos pizza. read more
