We were so excited to find another UNO Pizzeria. Of course we had to stop in and have a bite to eat. They did change their thin crust pizza dough from what we had tried previous, but it was still tasty and delicious. The vegetables were fresh, hot, and gave an overall complex flavor to this multiple vegetable pizza. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The only critique was the bathroom was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. Their floors were also sticky when you walk. I would highly recommend a thorough cleaning up of this restaurant. Given that, we would still return again. Their pizza here is truly good. read more

While traveling from Midland to Vassar, we decided to stop for dinner. Must say we haven't seen a Pizzeria Uno in sometime. I can't even remember the last time I ate at one, 21+ years ago? They seem to be pretty busy. Our bartender and server, Shawn, did a super job, controlling the bar and taking care of everybody. Thank you, Shawn! We ordered adult beverages, and Negroni for me and a glass of wine for my wife. We made our order of a manager special of brothers Bond, barbecue chicken wings and the Chicago meat market medium sized deep dish. The wings came out first and were absolutely delicious! When our pie came out, it was a gorgeous presentation that was only exceeded by its deliciousness! We had some good conversation with our neighbors the bar. Must say it was a terrific experience! As a vegan, I was THRILLED to see vegan pizzas (not one, but 3!) on the menu. I ordered the Vegan Cheeseburger pizza and it was delicious! I stood by the light of the refrigerator eating my leftovers last night, still just as delicious cold! Great job on the food, everyone at my table enjoyed their carnivorous meals too. Our waitress was exceptional and had a lot of knowledge regarding the recent cyclospora outbreak so we felt safe eating there. read more

The food was good but the service was so awful. Almost would have been better to be a self serve. I dont know where our server went forever but Christina was also maybe on her 1st day. The only reason we knew her name is because she wrote it on a napkin with a heart and put it under one of the sodas randomly. Then confirmed with the receipt. She said she wasn't sure about how big the pizza was or if you could get a personal size in a deep dish option. Also, she didn't know if the buffalo Mac had buffalo sauce on the whole dish or just the chicken. She had no idea about anything. I think even if it's your first day you should know these basic questions for your job. There was maybe 5 servers just walking around aimlessly looking as if they had nothing to do but there was 7 tables that were filled with dirty dishes. Dirty tables remained up until we ate and left. It was disappointing and I'd fire my whole staff if it were my restaurant. Unexceptable even for a pizza place. I had higher expectations. We still tipped 20% because we know the struggle as a server, but this staff isn't even trying so we left this review. read more

One thing I've learned about eating out post-Covid is to not deviate from the menu items for which a restaurant may be famous. If you go to UNO, stick to the pizza. I ordered a simple steak and cheese sandwich which was on the small side with very little cheese. Another person in our party ordered the chicken Alfredo. The chicken consisted of tiny, highly processed squares, the sauce was flavorless, and served over elbow macaroni rather than the traditional egg noodles, rendering it basically inedible. I must say that although the food was substandard, the service was excellent. read more

2nd visit since the re-opening and once again they didn't disappoint. The steak & cheese sandwiches my wife and I had were fantastic. The only thing that can make Uno's better is to offer a Chicago Beef and Chicago Beef and Sausage sandwich and you'll win me over forever. read more

Wonderful service from Elle. We had individual pizzas and split a Caesar salad. I had a vegetarian pesto pizza which had an assortment of vegetables and was very good! It's attached to the Sheraton I was staying at which made it convenient. Snow storm on it's way and I was lazy. Would I come back? No. The most bizarre thing happened to me. I approached the hostess. She looked up and then down at what she was working on. I stood literally a foot away from her. She finished something and started walking toward the stand with menus. She stopped short to grab some papers that were on the counter. She crushed them up and threw them out. Her work and some pieces of trash took precedence over my presence. So much for a warm welcome! The beer was cold. The burger was good. The onion rings were not great. The bartender/ server was ok but I'm still waiting for the napkins she promised. So much for convenience. read more

I brought a large group of athletes for a team dinner and the experience was great! The manager worked with me ahead of time to set an appropriate menu within our budget (these are kids - some restaurants wanted to charge adult prices per head!). They even allowed us to serve chocolate milk instead of other drinks (it's a good recovery drink after long hours of exercise). We used their large meeting room which was perfect for us to all sit together and I was glad I didn't have to worry about how loud the kids were because we could close the doors to the main dining room. The server helped us with everything we needed and the manager checked in with us periodically. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Our space was ready when we arrived and the food was brought out quickly once we were there so the kids could get to eating fast. I heard no complaints about the food - everyone ate and was happy. We will definitely be back next year when we travel out there for camp again. read more

Pretty good!! Ordered shrimp scampi and chowder both were great! Shrimp were big and fresh! I ordered room service from connected Sheraton and it arrived within 20 minutes. I requested a vegan pizza with no oil and no cheese on the veggies or pizza. Disappointed to be told that the kitchen could only put roasted veggies on the vegan garden pizza and they do not have any fresh unroasted vegetables they could use on their pizzas. Other Uno locations have been more willing to experiment with fresh veggies not roasted in oil. read more

So glad there's an Uno's closer than Bay City! The burgers here are excellent, with fries that are good enough to be the deciding factor between going here or another restaurant. Had to knock this down a star since service has been hit or miss here, with our server being friendly, but only vaguely attentive one time, yet another time our server just didn't come back after a larger party showed up. We ended up needing some random employee to get our check for us. Still, overall, Uno's is great and worth visiting. read more

We stayed at the Four Points hotel for the Mid Michigan Gymnastics Camp. This UNOs was located in the bottom of the hotel. It was convenient, fairly priced and the food was very good. We ate there three times because it was so good and convenient. The hotel itself does not offer a continental breakfast, but you can order breakfast from UNOs and they will even deliver it to your room which is very helpful. We had a movie party with our girls in the hotel lobby and UNOs was kind enough to give us everything we needed to eat our to-go desserts and pizzas for the party. Which included extra napkins and silverware. We can't wait to visit again next summer! read more

Came in for breakfast because the hotel said that it was free for guests, which it wasn't. $12 buffet that was barely passable as food, have been going to the ihop that is next door! Ihop has much better food and service. I've had dinner here twice and was very happy! Ruben was good, ribs were excellent!! Tried smashed cauliflower for the first time, get it if your here. Service in the bar was better than breakfast people but still a bit slow. Forget breakfast here, but come for dinner. read more

this is one of those basic hotel add on restaurants that some places have- and it's alright. while it's kind of predictable, it's still good. they have a few good pastas and their pizzas are pretty average. it's not really anything special, but it's also not bad by any means. there's better italian in saginaw, however, this place will definitely fill your craving. read more

It was excellent. Not so much the service. Girl at counter found my order then had me wait while she rang up another patron who walked up to pay his bill after me. She thanked him by name so he must be a VIP. She then told me to hold on again. I was amazed when she walked over to the bar, picked up what looked like a glass of Mt.Dew and walked it over to another table. Finally it was my turn.... No tip for you.
