This was my first time coming to the original Tony's after they moved (several years ago) to this newer, bigger location about a mile away from their original Mathis Avenue location in Manassas. This location is bigger and offers more seating. The service is still excellent, friendly and helpful. The food is still OUTSTANDING! The best pizza around!! On this trip I tried one of their specialty pizzas, their cheesesteak pizza and it was FABULOUS!! Really good!!! Can't wait to get that again! Also got a slice of peperoni and it was spot-on with a perfect crust, nice & crispy. Sauce was great, so was the cheese too. Overall, another GREAT visit to a Tony's... This is definitely the BEST pizza chain around. I grew up in PWC and have been coming here for years. I was in Manassas already and thought Tony's NY. The place was busy so I got in line. Behind the glass is a good selection of pizza, calzones and other Italian favorites. The smell of the food cooking is intoxicating by itself. There is something about Italian cooking that takes me back. It's my time to order and I order a medium pepperoni. She tells me 30 minutes. So I grab a seat and wait. More people keep coming into the restaurant and there is a short wait for a table. Pizzas are flying out the door. My number is finally called and I head to a table for the parmesan cheese. Must have parmesan cheese with good pizza. I grab a couple slices in the car before I head some, some of the best pizza around. If you're in the area its a definite stop for me. One caveat to going to Tony's . It's worth the ride without a doubt. The red lights getting in and out of Manassas. 66 is hit and miss. I was already on 28 headed north so I stayed. Not one or two reds...think at least 15. Their pizza's are good. My boyfriend really also likes their Stromboli's. I would rate their pizzas a 4-4.5 out of 5.......however I was super disappointed to get their tiramisu, it tasted like they tried to take a short cut and just used whipping cream instead of mascarpone cheese. I make tiramisu so I know the difference! It's been a while since I've gotten their tiramisu so I don't know if this is their new recipe or if they just ran out of mascarpone but I paid almost $10 and it's unacceptable to sell a knock off version of a tiramisu. read more

This is pizza in Manassas claiming to be New York style pizza, and I have had pizza in New York, as well as Scranton, Pennsylvania, which pride themselves on being The largest selection of pizza in the country. Tony's is a real deal! They absolutely nailed it for the bread, cheese, the toppings and all the flavor! But then beyond the pizza, all of their subs and sandwiches. Me and my family are lucky enough to live right by the Bristow and Manassas locations, and both are wonderful! The Manassas prices are a smidge better, but the shop is smaller and definitely for a more cozier vibe. Area it's located in is not the greatest but the food at Tony's truly can't be beat! read more

Not sure what happened or if it's a bad day but I just had some of the worst pizza I've ever had here. The pizza seemed underbaked. Very chewy, way too much cheese, like the cheese amount was EXCESSIVE as you can see the layer of cheese on my pizza was thicker than the actual pizza crust. The jalapeños seemed to have been pulled out of a jar and just added moisture to the pizza. The calamari was some of the worst I've ever tasted. Lack of flavor. Very rubbery. Unsure if it's even actually squid if I'm being honest. I've frequented Tony's for years but this last experience has me feeling like that was my last time. read more

This place is the OG bomb. Everything is very good. Family style, doesn't change, The best cheesesteak I've had outside south Philadelphia.

We are glad to have found this place! We got 3 veggie pasta dishes (eggplant parm, spicy marinara penne and stuffed pasta). All the dishes are amazing and the staff is very friendly. The nice man at the counter made sure we have all vegetarian food which tasted great! and also gave offered a complementary dessert. The amount of food we received for what we ordered is great value! It's funny what I'm about to say about this cheese steak sub but it was sincerely phenomenal. My mom ordered the same thing I got and she loved hers too! We ordered the cheese steak deluxe with provolone cheese. It comes with mushrooms, bell peppers, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise. You have to ask for provolone because it normally comes with American. It smells so good and tasted amazing! The quality of the meat was outstanding. So, I have never been a pizza lover. I know, what?! Everyone loves pizza--just not me. EXCEPT, when I moved to Manassas and tried Tony's NY Pizza. For 13 years I compare all pizzas to Tony's. I almost exclusively eat pizza from Tony's. That is, when I have it. Specifically, the focaccia pizza. I usually order the chicken broccoli Alfredo and the spinach artichoke with sun dried tomato. They are so efficient and no nonsense taking orders. I love it. They moved locations 2-3 years ago. I love to eat in their location but I usually take home. It's very chill and not full service. Needless to say, this is my favorite pizza of all time. Only because I haven't tried pizza from Italy, only then maybe my opinion will change, hahahaha. read more

I will say I don't think I picked their best item to try, I was very practical in my selection in what would fill me up, not what would enlighten my taste buds. What I got: Rustica Pie - 3* it was filling, which was the main reason I got it, and only $5.50 which I felt was a great price for its size. It was already made (they have several different food items you could purchase pre-made) and they heated it up for me. It came with a tomato dipping sauce (no frills, pretty straight forward which some would probably describe as bland). The taste wasn't exceptional but it also was not bad. And I scarfed it down because I was pretty famished. On January 21 2025. I called in an order of 4 subs and a side of fries for pick up, this was around 9:30pm. Now we always buy food from Tonys Pizza since 20+ years now. This is the location 8801 Centreville Rd Manassas Va 20110. I got home and my sons expressed their subs bread was hard I unwrapped mines and I couldn't even bite into the sub! I did eat mines and my sons were so hungry they ate the steak etc i had to use loaf bread for them to have dinner. The first time this has ever happened to us. Bread was not fresh at all! it was steal old bread hard to touch. By then it was already past 10pm that's what time they called. I called the next day and the manager on duty she did not want to give me her name. She is the young woman who works there. It was not Maria she was not available when i asked for her. I explained to the manager on duty what happened I also kept my sub and requested for a redo and she denied my request. all she could do is say I was supposed to call before they closed and she can only give me 20% off my next purchase. Now what makes her think I will ever buy food from them again. Tonys Pizza in Manassas had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent $60 and she shut me down for any accommodation as a frequent customer. They will never see my business. I do not recommend Tonys Pizza at all. Horrible food establishmen!!! read more

This is for something that happened this past Sunday. A metal chain on the top of the front door was loose and when I opened the door, it swung and it hit my glasses leaving a small scratch. A worker saw this and said, "sorry, it fell". I didn't know how to react, I was just shocked. I went to the front, and waited for my pickup order. But I asked an older man in the front if I could talk to someone and they just said they would call me back with their insurance. He also said glasses typically have insurance and I should check with my eye doctor. I left my name and phone number and didn't hear back and it's been 5 days. Their food is good, hence me going for the pickup and having eaten here ton of times, but the lack of care and the lack of reaction to make things right is something I don't value. If you go, just double check the metal chain isn't loose so it doesn't hit your eye. If I wasn't wearing my glasses, it would've hurt my eyes. read more
