The food was fabulous from start to finish. We had the mushrooms in au jus and cheese for an appetizer, absolutely incredible. We also tried the crispy Brussels sprouts, which are not regularly on the menu but absolutely SHOULD be! By far some of the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had. Please add these to the permanent menu! For our entrees, we both had the chopped sirloin steak, and both were cooked to perfection. The baked potato and green beans were also amazing, well seasoned and full of flavor. And let me tell you about the service, absolutely some of the best we've had in a long time. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the sweetest gentleman. They were busy, but the wait was short and honestly didn't bother us at all because he was so friendly and easy to talk to while we waited. Our waitress was FANTASTIC! She checked on us regularly, offered refills before we even had to ask, and had the best sense of humor. She had us both cracking up and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
