This place is a small corner shop that has the best hot subs, salads and pizza in Middle Georgia. I SWEAR!!!

I hate that I didn't take pictures of the food because everything was absolutely amazing. We used to come here every Sunday when my dad was still alive, and honestly, some places were just hard to return to after he passed. I hate that we stopped coming because this visit reminded me exactly why we loved it so much. I know we will definitely be adding Frank's back into our regular rotation. The food was fabulous from start to finish. We had the mushrooms in au jus and cheese for an appetizer, absolutely incredible. We also tried the crispy Brussels sprouts, which are not regularly on the menu but absolutely SHOULD be! By far some of the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had. Please add these to the permanent menu! For our entrees, we both had the chopped sirloin steak, and both were cooked to perfection. The baked potato and green beans were also amazing, well seasoned and full of flavor. And let me tell you about the service, absolutely some of the best we've had in a long time. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the sweetest gentleman. They were busy, but the wait was short and honestly didn't bother us at all because he was so friendly and easy to talk to while we waited. Our waitress was FANTASTIC! She checked on us regularly, offered refills before we even had to ask, and had the best sense of humor. She had us both cracking up and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Frank's is a wonderful place if you're looking for somewhere quiet to sit down, enjoy great food, and receive outstanding service. Highly recommend! -- with Frank's Restaurant.

The restaurant is big with multiple party rooms. It was clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. The place wasn't crowded, and you could tell that there were a lot of regular customers. The food was ok. The pimento cheese and bacon burger and the pimento cheese and bacon chicken sandwich were both good and would probably be my recommendation. The cole slaw had some sweetness to it, but also had a tartar sauce aftertaste. Most of the people in my group said that the food lacked seasoning. We were told that a fresh or frozen burger patty was determined by the type of burger you ordered.

I go in to order and and informed I have to order at the main pay counter because they aren't allowed to have a till and can't take orders. So I go to the counter to order and pay (we are dumping here also so I had to pay for that anyway). I tell the girl at the register what I want- a deluxe half no mushroom. She looks and can't find a deluxe and reads all the different pizzas off to me which don't sound right. So I go back over to the pizza counter and look at the menu again and come back and tell her it's a Classic combo. Half no mushroom. She can't figure out how to put in 1/2 No Mushroom. So I tell her just to put it in and I'll tell the cook when I go back over there. Having solved the first part of the pizza puzzle I go back over to the counter to hand the man my order ticket. I explain I only want mushroom on half. He says"so you want two different pizzas on one pizza?" Ummmm NO. I want the same pizza but don't add mushrooms to half of it. I am not joking I had to explain this six times to this man. Finally he understands (I think) but I follow him to the pizza making station, on the customer side of course :) He starts making our pizza and following the toppings chart and wowza am I getting the toppings!! When he got to the mushrooms he looked up to me and says, "just this side, right?" Lmao yes, just that side. Anyway he made us an awesome pizza with lots of toppings and tons of cheese and it came out really delicious! We had to reheat it of course when we go home and it was still one of the best pizzas Ive eaten in a while! 3 stars because the above ^ and because of an unclean, visible work area (btw I asked him just to put our pizza in the box and I would cut it when we got it home because of this). Godfathers/Loves - If you want people to order somewhere besides your counter you should put a sign there saying so. I told at least 5 people how to order because your one employee couldn't do everything?! One person only working at any restaurant is never enough! BTW the Hardee's next door was dead and your people should be able to work both restaurants as needed. It's not hard to make a hamburger or a pizza. I've done both, many many times, at many many restaurants. Get some food management at this location!

Today there was a mix up so not so good, but still ill attribute that to the diffrence in coomunication up north as pose to the south. I haven't had the chance to try any of their desserts yet, but I must admit they look incredibly tempting. Thus far, very cool name. It would been nice to see a lil more Hip Hop incorporated into the ambiance with a name like Graffitti pizza but thats not a deal breaker. Hopefully this will become a new family spot away from home. In the meantime, the first pizza was still a work of art therefore nothing less than 5 stars is warranted. Your cook is truly a master craftsman "This is truly gourmet pizza pie" or as we say back home "Good Greek cusine done right!" FYI "If any Yale University alumni are craving the authentic taste of Howe St from their campus days, Graffitti Pizza is the perfect choice." As to any frat brothers, "this place is on the level." check um out

I've never in my life experienced a waitress be so rude. As me and my family sat down to eat we noticed something on the wall. I politely told the staff and she replied across the restaurant "what do you want me to do the fuck" i replied and said I thought this was a family restaurant and do you normally talk like that around children and she continued to go off screaming "the fuck" several times I asked her what the hell was wrong with her and she said what the fuck do u want me to do if it's bothering you im welcome to get it myself!! All infront of my 2 kids!! I asked for her management info and she told me to do my research and look it up on facebook so here I am!!! I still haven't been acknowledged by any upper management!!! I would recommend to my worse enemy at this point!!! The roaches on the wall were the least of my horror story !!!!!
