I picked up my order this afternoon and asked the clerk who gets the tip you choose when you order online. You'll see you can choose 10-15-20%, etc. to add to your order for the service. The clerk told me none of the employees get any of the tips. He stated the owners or corporate get all the tips, there is no tip sharing for the employees. I usually order some pizza ahead of time for pickup and have never had an issue! Tonight my joy friend and I ordered the stuffed crazy bread mea deal for $10.50 that was a pepperoni pizza, stuffed crazy bread, and a 2 liter of Mountain Dew. My orders always ready on or before the quoted time for pickup. All my items are hot and fresh. The stuffed crazy bread only came with 3 pieces, but they were delicious cheesy bosco sticks. We also got the new Twix cookie dough bars and we loved them! Meant to eat room temperature, and they were delicious and filling. Solid meal overall. read more

I originally left a 4 star review over a year ago, but this location is going downhill fast. Last few times have been horrible. The first time I just shrugged off and the guy was apologetic for my order taking longer than normal. The next time they said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. After 50 minutes I walk in and ask about my order, no one knew anything about it (they weren't busy the whole time I waited, dude at the counter said he'll have it to me in 10 minutes, after 20 minutes I finally did. This last time I just ordered a lunch combo plus crazy bread, should be 10-15 minutes according to the app, after a half hour I get an alert saying my order was ready but it couldn't fit in the portal (what? A tiny personal pizza and crazy bread?!?!) and to see the cashier to get my order. I walk in and guy in the kitchen says someone will be right with me. 5 minutes later someone finally comes out, let them know my order, they run around trying to find it, and nothing. They tell me they just gotta wait for my pizza to come out. The order was 15 minutes late, got an alert saying it was done, plus 5-10 minutes waiting and it's still not out? After another 10-15 minutes I finally have my order, it get thrown on the counter and the lady walks away. No "sorry for the delay", and definitely no "thank you for waiting" just slams my stuff down, turns her back and walks away. I will NEVER be back read more

I ordered a deep dish at little ceasars on Henry at 4:37pm on July 13th. didn't get my food until 5:13pm. Dont take orders if you have people waiting almost an hours for what's suppose to be Hot and Ready. Horrible service read more

I would give no stars if that was an option. Once again this location (which I pray is not company owned) failed to make my order correctly. In the 90's I was a manager at a company owned pizza station in the Detroit area, so perhaps I have higher standards than most. The employees here definitely need some training on how to make it right. Not once have I been offered a free crazy bread or even an I am sorry. Terrible service! Again! Stopped by last night and was told there would be a 5 minute wait for a "hot n ready" cheese pizza. After paying, I was asked to pull forward to wait. Then after 20 minutes and after 4 other cars that were behind me got there order, after they pulled forward also. I asked the guy bringing the pizza out why it was taking so long, he said he didn't know or care. It wasn't until I backed up in front of the window and ask why it was taking so long that they said they forgot my order and that it would be another 5 minutes and even longer for the cheeses bread. Just asked for the pizza and left. They offered to return my money but I said no because it wasn't about the money. Next time I'll get Jets, or even better Fricano's. Very nice employees, but none of the cooks are wearing gloves and masks are below the nose or on the chin on most of the employees. Customers also don't have masks on. If you're COVID, wary don't go here. read more

It's LC so you can only get what you come to expect from LC -- that being said this franchise location is perfectly up to par. Not sure why the other user is complaining about 5 mins for a hot and ready. If anything I like when that happens (even though it's rare) because I know it's as fresh as possible. They never have hot N ready pizza available as advertised. They always say it will be a 10-12 min wait and you get it around 30 mins if your lucky. Better to just order from a decent pizza place if you have to wait that long. read more

What to say about here, fast and ready pizzas and wings, good lunch deals and yummy stuffed crazy bread. The food here is always good for me and the staff is friendly. I usually call my orders in before hand as it makes certain they have what i want, which is a plus. read more

Terrible customer service!! I left there tonight after ordering a pepperoni pizza from an Ashley. She gave me a deluxe which my 2 small grandsons would not touch. Upon calling the store a VERY rude Patrick informed me I would have to take the 20 minute drive back, with pizza and receipt to exchange it. Ridiculous! I called in an order. I was told I could come right away and it would be ready. I pulled in the parking lot and the drive thru is backed up all the way around the building. The lobby is so full there are people standing outside of the door on the sidewalk. I took into consideration that I did order what was on special and that I was told I could come right away, and decided to wait in the drive thru. When I got up to the speaker I had to place my order, again, which I expected to do. After waiting in line for 33 minutes, I was told at the window that I'd have to wait for a while because they had nothing ready. What! I told the girl at the window what I was told on the phone and how long I had been waiting and she just stared at me. She literally said nothing and was giving me a bad look. I asked to see the manager. I was given a ridiculous excuse and was offered a hot-n-ready instead of what I ordered. I reluctantly said yes. Great customer service, the employee who talked to us was enthusiastic and helpful, the food is great and the store looks clean and polished. My only concern would be the long wait time.
