I ordered on door dash and wanted Italian cheese bread with jalapeños but there was no option for that on the app. So I called the store to see if they could add it on. They said no. The manager would not give out her name, I asked her supervisors name which she would not give me and said she also said no. A side of jalapeños is like 1.25. They lost a customer for 1.25. I worked for 5 years as a store manager for LC and this is outrageous. We do anything to please our customers. I'm sure the Ilitch's would have given me the jalapeños Over losing a customer. Had to give this spot 5 starts for the simple reason of honesty I had an issue at this location a few months ago, and the Manager Ruben told me that he would take care of me in the future..... I came in today and he remembered who I was and kept his word! He didn't hesitate, he took care of my order. Hats off to Ruben definitely an honest employee and gained my trust. Store Meltdown It seems that this past saturday i tried to call the store for 45 minutes to have something changed before i ordered online. No one answered. Me and my daughter went to this little Caesars for dinner. We ordered 2 pepperoni pretzel crust. When we got home we had thin crust pepperoni, we called little Caesars and spoke with Jason. Unfortunately this isn't our first poor experience with the Little Caesars in Phelan location. But it's the only 1 close by so sometimes we hope each visit will be better. Tonight, that definitely wasn't the case. Our 10 minute promise wait time turned in to a 40 minute wait. Only 1 other customer was in the store when we had placed our order for 2 hot & ready pepperoni pizzas. Our cashier was inattentive to our order & failed to greet anybody that walked in. She failed to wash her hands after operating the cash register & giving change before walking to the back & handling food at the prep station. When we inquired about our order 40 minutes after ordering, she asked for our name (which wasn't an issue) and I asked her how long our order had been waiting in the rack. She not so confidently told us that it had just been placed there. It definitely had not. We had been waiting patiently in front of theq order counter. We had noticed that our order had been placed there some time ago but at the time didn't realize it was actually ours since there had been 1 lady ahead of us also waiting. She looked at us quizzically and asked why we hadn't told her that our order was placed. I informed her that my job isn't to distribute fulfilled orders. If it was a self serve service then this review would have gone differently. We left with our 40 minute old order in hand and agreed to never return to this Little Caesarsagain. read more

It's really yummy. After being told it would be 10 minutes I waited 25 before inquiring on the status. It's going to be 10 minutes. Giving me the confidence that after another 25 it would be 10 minutes. Asking for a refund because I was now late they needed to call a manager to figure out how to do a refund. For the last 2 Friday's, I have tried calling in an order. The phone just rings. I tried calling my whole drive there from Hesperia. When I walked in the first Friday the cashier didn't seem to care when I asked about their phone. Then the next Friday I walk in after trying to call, and the cashier again acts like she doesn't care. I try talking to the manager and she yells at me saying they are busy and I need to have more patience. I understand they get busy but they need to handle the stress better. I have to admit it, the thin crust pizza for 6 bucks and change is a killer deal. When you get it hot out of the oven (and I mean hot) it is delicious. It's a little spicy, a little salty, the perfect amount of marinara, plenty of cheese and loaded with pepperoni. The crust is this perfect subtle thin and crispy yet full bodied companion with the toppings. I scratch my head sometimes thinking, I just paid around 7 bucks for this thing? 7 bucks won't even give me two pathetic dog crap filled burritos from Taco Bell. Why on earth would I waste my money there when a delectable thin crust bomb is 200 yards away. It's a few more calories but it's not like Taco Bell is on Jenny Craig's list of places to get a quick convenient bite to eat. Needless to say I can do without the three alka seltzer's required after eating at Taco Bell.
