Ive gone to this little caesars a few times since i moved here. First couple times were alright, but the third time was horrible. The cheese pizza was overcooked and the breadsticks were so hard i gave my gf a deep tissue back massage with one. She enjoyed the massage but not the breadsticks. Also the lady that was running the cash register was unfriendly and was throwing stuff around including the brick sticks that she sold to me. Honestly the worse little ceasars ever. Last time I went, I had mushrooms on my pizza and I asked it to be redone. The guy working said "look if you want to file a complaint call tomorrow when I'm not working because I don't care about this job". Management got involved and remade the pizza as well as gave my money back. Fast forward to a few months later I figured I'd give it another shot. My pizza was thin and crispy. I wanted a regular pizza. My Italian cheesy bread was RAW. Every time I get icb, it's raw. As someone who could possibly be pregnant this is fucking bull shit. Don't ever eat here. Their online ordering is usually not working and they rarely pick up the phone. Logic doesn't make sense. Seems if they were too busy to answer the phone they would let the computer take the orders. Pay a few more dollars and get better pizza from a better place or drive to Broad St. location, they perform a lot better. read more

Last night I ordered a pizza and and the new calzone for delivery at the Wedgefield Store in Sumter. There is an additional $2 delivery charge if the order is less than $10 so I ordered the calzone. When I went to check out the credit card I wanted to use wasn't listed so I added it and then went to check out and paid. I then learned that the order was set for pick up! I guess the default setting is for pick up so when I went back and added the new credit card it switched to pick up. Problem was my car was in the shop and that's why I wanted delivery to begin with! I proceeded to call this store 6 times! I let it ring forever until it hung up on me!! There were over 120 rings but no one picked up and it was after 6:30 PM, not their busiest time. I used their published number of 803.775.1500 Avoid this store. Customer service does not exist. The franchisee needs to be more hands on and know what's happening, OR NOT in their store!!! read more

9 times out of 10, you will have to wait, regardless of what is suppose to be "hot-n-ready". Last time I was told it would be 10 minutes, 30 minutes later, I still had no pizza. Sometimes food is undercooked and doughy and sometimes it's over done and brown. Last visit, the cashier was very rude(not someone who should be working with general public). Time before, I called ahead and was told the pizza was ready and would be set aside for me when I got there. Arrived to no pizza ready and had to wait. If it wasn't for the sheer convenience and the fact that I have a child who is pretty much addicted to pizza, I would not go here. read more

I just ordered 2 pepperoni, cheese stuffed crust pizzas. Both are dripping in grease. I'm no exaggerating. The slice cannot stay straight due to the weight of the amount of oil on each slice. I have to take it back. Ridiculous!!!! read more

Very slow service. Never any "hot and ready" anything. Doesn't matter what time or day you go. They don't have anything ready. Online ordering does not work here. Tried a couple times and both times they never even got my order started. Last weekend I tried getting pizza here and I was waiting about 45 minutes for the couple pepperoni pizzas. Everyone in the place waiting for pizzas was frustrated. Cashier thought it was hilarious when customers were asking how much longer for their pizzas. I am a long-time fan of Little Caesars (and bacon), and was excited to try the new bacon-wrapped deep dish. Myself and some friends got together to try it, and I went to get the pizza. I called on my way in and placed an order for 6 of the bacon-wrapped deep dish pizzas. I confirmed twice that I wanted 6. When I arrived, the staff informed me that they thought I only wanted 1 and had only made 1. I was annoyed, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so I could wait. However, after I re-affirmed that I did indeed want 6, the woman at the counter tried to convince me that I didn't want 6, I just wanted 1. I had to tell her at least 5 or 6 times that yes, I wanted 6. She told me that was a lot of pizza and I really didn't want that many. At this point I would have just walked out if I didn't have a bunch of people waiting back at the house. She finally called the order back to the people making the pizzas, and then I had to listen to them griping and complaining about having to make more of these. This went on for several minutes before they actually started making the pizzas. The bacon-wrapped deep dish itself was very good, but I will never be going back here again. I can honestly say that this was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I can understand mishearing an order and having to wait, but it was incredibly plain that the staff did not want to make these pizzas, and tried very hard to talk me out of purchasing them. Worst customer service ever. The business has a bunch of teenagers working that have no sense of urgency to help expedite orders.
