I ordered the "club classic "with french fries and a side of the smoked Gouda mac & cheese. As you can see in the photo of the sandwich is a serious sandwich that was very large and I could only eat half of it. The ingredients were fresh and I loved how toasted the bread was. The potatoes were perfectly whipped into a delicious buttery frenzy and they were smothered with a fantastic peppery gravy. There was a lot of love in the gravy. That gravy alone makes it worth the wait. And then there's the chicken. Frickin' yum! It's crunchy and crispy and well seasoned on the outside with perfectly cooked meat on the inside. When I eat fried chicken I want to hear that "crunch" when I bite into it... and if it doesn't require a napkin to wipe the juices off your face and fingers after that first bite then it's not for me.
