We are from LA and we just happen to be in new hall and needed some food walking in, we got a friendly greeting from the waitress. She went to seed us, but I guess they take reservations and so some of the seats were reserved. So we went back to the front by the bar. Sat at a table our waiter was nice and friendly helped us order. Since it was our first time, there we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a prime rib french dip, fries and 3 waters

Old Town Junction continues to impress. The Steak & Egg Toast was perfectly cooked, from the tender steak to the creamy scrambled eggs and crispy potatoes. Every visit has been consistently delicious. The service is always warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between casual and elevated. It's a wonderful spot for brunch, and we'll definitely be back.

Lovely spot for drinks and dinner in Santa Clarita. I was in the area running errands and decided to grab dinner nearby on a Thusday evening around 6:30 pm. I found this place on Yelp and dropped by for dinner. My party of 2 was seated immediately. Personally I thought the menus were hard to read. The gray lines in the background were quite dark and clashed with the actual menu items. My suggestion to the restaurant would be to reprint the menus with lighter background. They have an extensive cocktail menu with a lot of gin-based drinks. They also have good selection of wine and NA drinks as well, including some mocktails. I got the I'm Driving mocktail ($13), which I really liked. It had good passion fruit flavor without being too sour. Felt like a really nice tropical juice. My friend really liked his drink Bramblin' Man ($17), which had strong notes of bourbon and blackberry. I wasn't super hungry, but the braised short rib looked amazing so I got that for $43. It was very tender, but I personally found it bland especially on the inside. I asked for additional sauce so I could drench each bite in the sauce. My favorite part of the plate was surprisingly the potato croquette, which was perfectly crispy and well flavored. My friend got the chicken club ($23), which he enjoyed. I stole a bunch of his seasoned fries since they were so good. I would've loved to get dessert but was too stuffed. Next time!

We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful restaurant in Old Town Newhall. I have been going here since they opened and I am shocked that this is my first review. In fact, OT Junction played an important role for our community during the pandemic. We were able to purchase many staples like milk, eggs, produce, and their delicious bread while also picking up lunch or dinner to-go. Today you will find top-notch service, creative flavorful cuisine, a view of the kitchen staff hard at work, and great spirits. They recently changed their menu and it does not disappoint. In our recent visit for lunch we shared the brussel sprouts, which are out of this world. Roasted perfectly with crispy lardons, apple compote, pecans and a sherry reduction for the most addicting dish. We also ordered the Kalbi Tacos with the flavor filled braised short ribs, candied cashews and a wonderful kimchi slaw and chilis. It is so hard to not order these two items every time! You will find street parking and the free public parking structure nearby. A great bar and extensive cocktails and wine offerings. This place is worth the drive if you do not live nearby. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Back at one of my favorite restaurants in SCV! I'm here at least once a month, the wait staff are always amazing. This is a favorite.

Beautiful ambiance and great service by the lovely Tatiana. She recommended the Fried artichokes for our appetizers, and I'm SO glad she did! Absolutely delicious! They were lightly crispy with the lemon ricotta and fig drizzle. For me, these were the star of the show! My friend and I shared the Prime Rib Frenchie which and a Cesar's salad side, and it was delicious. We opted to not have the cheese added to it, but I definitely would add it next time. The ambiance is fresh, clean, and classy. I look forward to returning!

Took my Mother her for mother day. It was buffet only, that was ok because the section of food was amazing! Everything was so good especially the prime rib. Completely satisfying. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great. The manager even came up to see how my mother and I were enjoying the food. This was our first time but definitely not our last!

First time here, it was impressive. The restaurant was immaculately clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had brunch and it was probably the best veggie omelette I've had. Flavorful and made to perfection. The OTJ deluxe Bloody Mary was a meal in itself. The Junction Benedict was delicious and the short ribs were the star of the show. We also had the prime flat iron steak and eggs. The streak was delicious and cooked perfectly. A definite winner for us.

Meh. Maybe I just didn't order the right thing? I did make an adjustment to my order. So perhaps that was the problem? We went here for a Mom's Night Out. I had eaten a little earlier, but thought well I can get a little something to nibble on tonight then have lunch for tomorrow. I had a hard time choosing because everything looked good but not great. I was craving pasta, but all of their pasta options had seafood or red meat and I don't like either. They did have a vegetarian pasta option, but it wasn't appealing to me. The waitress suggested I get one of the meat pasta options without the meat. However I didn't want to pay $35 for noodles and marinara sauce. She said I could sub chicken so that worked out. The pasta looked decent when it came out. But it had no flavor other than the tomatoes and maybe a hint of garlic. The chicken was very bland as well. I did like the type of pasta that they used and it was cooked well. So I can definitely doctor the dish up at home. My friends seemed to like their food fine enough. No one was raving about anything though. For dessert we got the blueberry butter cake which we were told was made in house. We were expecting something decadent, soft, and warm. However it's served cold and was very dense. My friends enjoyed it enough though and they finished it off. Oh and this slice of cake was $15. I think if the prices were more reasonable I wouldn't have minded the lackluster nature of the food. But for what we paid I just wasn't impressed. This is SCV though, so I can see this being a hit for the area. The decor is nice with a modern trendy style, and the chairs were nice and comfortable. Our waitress was nice enough. There was a slight tinge of snark in her delivery. But she balanced it off some kindness too.

It's always a win finding a restaurant on the fly where both vegans and meat eaters can enjoy themselves. I'm part-time vegan so I really appreciate when a menu is flexible and most dishes here can be modified. A friend and I stopped in for a quick bite and the experience was pretty easy. We found parking right across the street and were seated right away. She ordered the cabbage steak (without the cheese) with the OTJ crispy potatoes. She said the cabbage steak was nicely seared and full of flavor even without the cheese. I had the Soba noodle and hanger steak which was fresh and filling but not too heavy. Such an easy place to agree on dinner with a comfortable atmosphere. We'll be back soon.

First time at OTJ. We had a large party for dinner. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time and the dining experience was at the right pace. Plenty of street parking.

Greatly enjoyed their happy hour at the bar, Monday through Friday 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, and Friday - Sunday - last hour before close. The drinks are amazing. And 8oz Smashburger is a must try!

However, after spending a full night there hanging out, having fun, I see why she wanted to show me this place. Everything between the vibe, to the food, to the drinks, to the friendly people there; made it an amazing experience from start to finish. The portion size here are huge so we were able to share everything! We got a folded sandwich the turkey hamwich, their TBR burger, spicy turkey n' bacon melt, and their wings Amy's way, and wow. Everything was cooked too perfection, extremely flavorful and it came out very fast. Amazing service. After dinner, we stayed because the DJ was playing absolute bangers!!!!! The bar staff all were so kind and friendly. I never felt more welcome from staff like that before. They have this super cool menu of cocktails that are inspired by the pool balls numbers! I was able to tried them all, and the number 5 ball Whiskey Sour is my personal favorite! A close second is their Break, Run, Repeat cocktail! Definitely give those a try. We got to play both pool and darts. Their tables are in such nice condition, well taking care of and they are all diamond tables. The break room gave me a amazing night out with my friends. I never been to a place like this before. I can't think of one negative thing to say, my visit here was pure fun. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in town, and hoping OC gets a place like this soon.

This is a large,…read morenicely-maintained pool room with assorted other games available (darts and such), a great digital jukebox system, and plenty of TV's playing sports. The decor is "industrial," but it's clean and airy, so there's no sense of being in a "dive" -- in fact, this is a family-friendly place, and I saw some youngish couples playing pool on what seemed to be afternoon dates. The physical bar is relatively small, with only about 8-12 seats, but that's because they're keeping as much space open as possible for game play. The staff was friendly and chatty, and seemed quite intent on making sure everyone had everything they needed. The menu is wider and more interesting than one would expect in a pool hall environment, with creative pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and salads promising a more unique and memorable meal than the average hangout. I opted to try the Pastrami Pizza: a traditional tomato and mozzarella pie topped with what they call "mustard fried pastrami," onions, chopped pickles, and a drizzle of yellow mustard. It's a good-sized pizza, larger than a true individual pie, and enough for 2 people to share. The pastrami was savory without being too salty, while the pickles, onions and mustard all added nice pops of flavor without feeling like a gimmick. My one disappointment was that the pizza was not prepared well-done as requested, making the crust more doughy than crisp. Also, the temperature in the venue was darn near frigid, so my pizza got cold very quickly, which reduced my ability to enjoy it as much as I would have if the pie had been piping hot. Other food being enjoyed in close proximity to me looked and smelled very good (wings and burgers), and like I said, the people were all top notch hosts. So, while the final pizza prep could use some improvement, I think these folks are doing a very good job of making bar food that's more interesting and memorable than you'll find anywhere else in the area. Definitely stop in and give them a whirl.
