Took my Mother her for mother day. It was buffet only, that was ok because the section of food was amazing! Everything was so good especially the prime rib. Completely satisfying. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great. The manager even came up to see how my mother and I were enjoying the food. This was our first time but definitely not our last!

We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful restaurant in Old Town Newhall. I have been going here since they opened and I am shocked that this is my first review. In fact, OT Junction played an important role for our community during the pandemic. We were able to purchase many staples like milk, eggs, produce, and their delicious bread while also picking up lunch or dinner to-go. Today you will find top-notch service, creative flavorful cuisine, a view of the kitchen staff hard at work, and great spirits. They recently changed their menu and it does not disappoint. In our recent visit for lunch we shared the brussel sprouts, which are out of this world. Roasted perfectly with crispy lardons, apple compote, pecans and a sherry reduction for the most addicting dish. We also ordered the Kalbi Tacos with the flavor filled braised short ribs, candied cashews and a wonderful kimchi slaw and chilis. It is so hard to not order these two items every time! You will find street parking and the free public parking structure nearby. A great bar and extensive cocktails and wine offerings. This place is worth the drive if you do not live nearby. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Greatly enjoyed their happy hour at the bar, Monday through Friday 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, and Friday - Sunday - last hour before close. The drinks are amazing. And 8oz Smashburger is a must try!

Beautiful ambiance and great service by the lovely Tatiana. She recommended the Fried artichokes for our appetizers, and I'm SO glad she did! Absolutely delicious! They were lightly crispy with the lemon ricotta and fig drizzle. For me, these were the star of the show! My friend and I shared the Prime Rib Frenchie which and a Cesar's salad side, and it was delicious. We opted to not have the cheese added to it, but I definitely would add it next time. The ambiance is fresh, clean, and classy. I look forward to returning!

Meh. Maybe I just didn't order the right thing? I did make an adjustment to my order. So perhaps that was the problem? We went here for a Mom's Night Out. I had eaten a little earlier, but thought well I can get a little something to nibble on tonight then have lunch for tomorrow. I had a hard time choosing because everything looked good but not great. I was craving pasta, but all of their pasta options had seafood or red meat and I don't like either. They did have a vegetarian pasta option, but it wasn't appealing to me. The waitress suggested I get one of the meat pasta options without the meat. However I didn't want to pay $35 for noodles and marinara sauce. She said I could sub chicken so that worked out. The pasta looked decent when it came out. But it had no flavor other than the tomatoes and maybe a hint of garlic. The chicken was very bland as well. I did like the type of pasta that they used and it was cooked well. So I can definitely doctor the dish up at home. My friends seemed to like their food fine enough. No one was raving about anything though. For dessert we got the blueberry butter cake which we were told was made in house. We were expecting something decadent, soft, and warm. However it's served cold and was very dense. My friends enjoyed it enough though and they finished it off. Oh and this slice of cake was $15. I think if the prices were more reasonable I wouldn't have minded the lackluster nature of the food. But for what we paid I just wasn't impressed. This is SCV though, so I can see this being a hit for the area. The decor is nice with a modern trendy style, and the chairs were nice and comfortable. Our waitress was nice enough. There was a slight tinge of snark in her delivery. But she balanced it off some kindness too.

It's always a win finding a restaurant on the fly where both vegans and meat eaters can enjoy themselves. I'm part-time vegan so I really appreciate when a menu is flexible and most dishes here can be modified. A friend and I stopped in for a quick bite and the experience was pretty easy. We found parking right across the street and were seated right away. She ordered the cabbage steak (without the cheese) with the OTJ crispy potatoes. She said the cabbage steak was nicely seared and full of flavor even without the cheese. I had the Soba noodle and hanger steak which was fresh and filling but not too heavy. Such an easy place to agree on dinner with a comfortable atmosphere. We'll be back soon.

Newhall Junction has become one of my local go-to spots and a place we come back to often. It has an upscale feel without being overly formal, with a polished atmosphere that still feels warm, comfortable, and welcoming. The ambience makes it a great choice for date nights, celebrations, drinks at the bar, or just a nicer dinner out. Service has always been attentive and consistent, which is one of the reasons we keep returning. We had a mix of dishes and everything came out looking beautiful and well prepared. The fish and chips were crispy, golden, and fresh with a light batter, the steak over mashed potatoes was tender, rich, and flavorful, and the crème brûlée was the perfect sweet finish. Even the smaller plates were thoughtfully made and nicely presented. It can definitely turn into a $200-$300 night once you start ordering across the menu, but the overall experience, food, and atmosphere make it worth it when you want something a little elevated close to home.

First time at OTJ. We had a large party for dinner. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time and the dining experience was at the right pace. Plenty of street parking.

Came here on a Sunday morning for brunch and it did not disappoint! The breakfast items were familiar ones but with a slightly elevated twist. The breakfast potatoes that came with our brunch were phenomenal. Large baked potato chunks that are fried. It's as if the baked potato got fused with French fries. Amazing! The Egg Sando also had an impressive steamed egg which was super fluffy. The Cali burrito was solid! Our server was also super friendly and the decor was upscale charming. Will definitely return.

Great spot in this area. They have impeccable service, excellent cocktails, and delicious food. The inside is beautifully decorated and dimly lit but we opted to sit outside to enjoy the weather. Our favorite cocktails were: "The sophisticated Hound" with black salt *chefs kiss* & "The honey mule" You'll have to stop by, too many good things to list.

We wrapped up our Santa Clarita vacation with a visit to Old Town Junction -- and it was the perfect way to end an amazing trip! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to wind down and enjoy one last delicious meal. We started with the fried artichokes, and they were absolutely incredible -- crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. Every bite made us even more excited for the rest of the meal. The entire menu had a great mix of comfort and creativity, and you could really tell how much care went into everything. Old Town Junction has that perfect balance of casual atmosphere with elevated, seriously good food. If you're ever in Santa Clarita and looking for a memorable meal, this place is a must. We couldn't have asked for a better final stop on our trip!

I came here for some quick wings I really like the wings there so crispy, ($19 for 8) . I love that they have a seasonal drink menu supper cute and the drink was delicious. Got seated right away and also helped out service was good. The game was going on inside so if you like watching the game, this would be a good spot. They have a bunch of TVs. Was not the biggest fan of the bacon wrapped asparagus Parking was easy . Oh yeah and idk what it is but the ranch was sooooooo good !

This is a large,…read morenicely-maintained pool room with assorted other games available (darts and such), a great digital jukebox system, and plenty of TV's playing sports. The decor is "industrial," but it's clean and airy, so there's no sense of being in a "dive" -- in fact, this is a family-friendly place, and I saw some youngish couples playing pool on what seemed to be afternoon dates. The physical bar is relatively small, with only about 8-12 seats, but that's because they're keeping as much space open as possible for game play. The staff was friendly and chatty, and seemed quite intent on making sure everyone had everything they needed. The menu is wider and more interesting than one would expect in a pool hall environment, with creative pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and salads promising a more unique and memorable meal than the average hangout. I opted to try the Pastrami Pizza: a traditional tomato and mozzarella pie topped with what they call "mustard fried pastrami," onions, chopped pickles, and a drizzle of yellow mustard. It's a good-sized pizza, larger than a true individual pie, and enough for 2 people to share. The pastrami was savory without being too salty, while the pickles, onions and mustard all added nice pops of flavor without feeling like a gimmick. My one disappointment was that the pizza was not prepared well-done as requested, making the crust more doughy than crisp. Also, the temperature in the venue was darn near frigid, so my pizza got cold very quickly, which reduced my ability to enjoy it as much as I would have if the pie had been piping hot. Other food being enjoyed in close proximity to me looked and smelled very good (wings and burgers), and like I said, the people were all top notch hosts. So, while the final pizza prep could use some improvement, I think these folks are doing a very good job of making bar food that's more interesting and memorable than you'll find anywhere else in the area. Definitely stop in and give them a whirl.

The street front seating and building architecture is very appealing and welcoming. As you enter the main doors, you are greeting by friendly staff. We were offered any open seating, we decided to take a table against the back wall that was adjacent to the entry. The decor inside is very rustic with a touch of micro brewery, the ceiling has many tap handles that adorn the ceiling. The menu and food, we were initially drawn into the Refinery since they seem to be the only spot that offered Brunch and Mimosas in the downtown street. Key point of clarification, the Mimosas are simi bottomless (you have 90 min) to pour down, some of us really like Mimosas, plus the price was just slightly higher that we typically expect at 27, per person. Were they good, yes, so we decided to go with one Mimosa and an Old Fashion drink, it was very well done, Buffalo Trace Bourbon. We ordered from the Brunch menu, the Steak and Eggs, cooked to your liking, they did a great job on both, the one item that we were less impressed with were the overcooked Oreda looking potatoes that accompanied the meals. We also ordered the Cacio e Pepe Beni, Prosciutto, perfect poached eggs and all of the other fixings, it was great testing and the presentation was amazing. As far as my overall rating I could not give it a 5 star due to what other customers have shared in their reviews, the wait staff is not timely, almost forced friendly and possibly just lacking some restaurant experience, they did not come around or notice things like empty water glasses and a few other things, could have been understaffed possibly on this day. Overall I would still recommend the Refinery due to the location, atmosphere, drinks and main dish prep. Thank you for providing a break from reality during a very trying time in our family.

When I questioned the charge, the merchant acknowledged that the tip amount had been changed. Regardless of the reason, customers should be able to trust that the amount they authorize including the tip, is the amount that appears on their credit card statement. My husband changed to wine, but our youngest granddaughter and I got the Svedka Razzberry Lemon Drop Martini. The Social is known for its martinis. They have around 90 on their martini menu. We were all very happy with our good and drinks. We were wondering why we hadn't been there more often. The waitress brought me a little tiramisu with a lit candle. We had already been passing our martini's around, for tasting, so we did the same with the dessert. Nice ending to our dinner. BTW we took Lyft home and my daughter, who does not drink, drove her "kids" home. Lucky we all live pretty close.

Our waiter timed our meal perfectly, kept our glasses full and overall pleasant. The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious, with a touch of wasabi. I had the lamb - cooked perfectly. Husband had lobster ravioli stuffed with lobster and yummy. Our friends had salmon and pasta, both equally good. The tiramisu was good. We left with satisfied and full tummies.

We are rarely in the area, but since we had some errands to take care of that led us to be in the nearby, and we didn't know what to eat, then my wife said how about some fish and chips from a different place, then it hit me that I had this place bookmarked and saved for some time now, and now was the perfect time. We came there and parked in the public parking building that was free. We came inside and there was a party of two in front of us waiting. The waiter, seemed to be the only one, came by and said hi to everyone and his thanks for our patience and wait. He later came by and took them to their seats. They requested outside, and the took them. We waited a few more minutes, then it was our turn and he was ready to lead us to our seats, but we asked for outside as well. He asked us to give him a few minutes to clean up a table for us. After so, he sat us and gave us menus. The service is good, considering he is the only one, but he moves about pretty quickly and still giving everyone his all. The table was pretty nasty. It was sticky. But we wiped it down and proceeded onto our night. We ended up ordering the two piece fish and chips and their pub burger with no cheese as my wife is lactose intolerant. People really need to realize that smoking is smoking, it does not mean that vaping is ok. Respect others by keep that to yourself, especially in a restaurant. The food came out pretty fast, and very hot and fresh. One of the fish was perfect and crispy, the second pieces was lacking. It was soggy and not fried long enough. The fish itself was great. It had a nice texture, firmness, and lightly salted. The batter was bland and could use some salt. However, eating it with the tartar sauce was amazing. The tartar sauce is perfection. Definitely a good fish and chips combo when consuming with the tartar. The steak fries were perfect. The burger was completely lacking. I thought it should be sent back. The idea was ok, but the execution was wrong. The burger was overcooked, way too overcooked. If it was cooked correctly, it would have been a great burger. The onion rings are great though. Great flavor, great batter, good frying. Overall, the waiter made the experience good because he was on top of it. The food was ok, as there are things that would make it better. But if you have never been here, definitely come try it. Remember, the atmosphere is still a pub, not a family type restaurant, but is ok for a family to come here as well.

Pub food has lots of comfort so it's a good place to indulge and unwind after a stressful day. Which seems to be everyday these days. I opted for the cheese toasty but they were out of tomatoes that day so I didn't get to experience the full Monty. Wife got the fish sandwich. Tasty slaw on it. Daughter got the steak frites. These had skinny fries while the sandwiches had thick pub fries. Didn't order any drinks but most people looked happy with the selections. You can ask to get 10% off your meal if you go to a movie and show your ticket. I asked our server about it and said she'd take care of it. Well she didn't. Whatever! I figure it's tough making a profit these days so I didn't push it. Wouldn't want the pub to go under for just $8. Service seemed pretty slow as it may have been understaffed the night we went. Several people outside waited quite a while for their checks to be handled. Didn't take any pictures, plenty are already posted in other reviews. Free Parking is in the garage adjacent. That is a nice draw in Newhall.

We took a look and the pictures all looked delicious so we decided to give it a try. Best decision! We got to try the Tri tip which was my favorite, but also tried the half chicken (very juicy), & brisket. For side we got the mash potatoes and Mac and cheese which both had excellent flavor. We got a side of the grilled corn which wasn't our top from the other options but still good flavor. The waitress was also very helpful and answered all the questions my hubby had (he had asked quite a bit lol) They have seating inside and out but given the afternoon was fresh we opted to sit outside. The service didn't changed we were checked on often. Either way both options seemed pleasant. All in all, We were left in food coma after in the best way possible. This was a place we're saving to go back whenever we're in the area. 10/10

I got sticker shock just looking at the menu. Over $20 for a regular wedge salad. The kicker though was the cleanliness of the place. First there was black mold growing in the drink menu. Then i looked at the brick floor ( we were sat outside) and i was disgusted (see photo). I understand that drinks and food get spilled but it doesn't take much to power wash the patio at night. My plate came out dirty with a chip on the dish-ware. The bbq bottles were sticky and congealed. Just think, if this the cleanliness of the dining room, imagine what the kitchen looks like. I have worked in the restaurant business before and this is just intolerable. Two stars for a good atmosphere (live music). But that's it. If you want great bbq, try Copper Hill BBQ. It's doesn't have the atmosphere of Smoke House but you get great BBQ and a clean environment.
