I stopped by this pizza place when it was extremely busy, and to my surprise, there was only one employee running the entire operation by himself. He was taking orders, making pizzas, helping customers, and keeping everything moving as best as one person possibly could. What disappointed me wasn't the service--it was seeing a few customers complain and criticize someone who was clearly giving 100% effort under very difficult circumstances. People need to remember that sometimes businesses are short-staffed, and employees are human beings doing the best they can. read more

In all honesty, I'm not sure how I feel about this pizza. I didn't love it, but I don't hate it either. I ordered a small Curry Masala Paneer and it was just okay. The paneer was incredibly dry, so I'm glad I ordered extra sauces to go with it. When you think of Indian Paneer, you think of the softness from it coming in the Tikka sauce, but that is not what was going on here. I would have liked it better without the Paneer. The actual pizza was different than anything I've ever had and I appreciated that. They did unfortunately forget my cilantro, which is also okay, because cilantro is like it's own food group at my house. Always have plenty of it, so I was able to remedy that situation, quickly. I also ordered the veggie samosas. Not a fan. Very greasy, mushy on the inside and not a lot of spices involved. Needless to say, I'm glad I tried it and they have a really great crust, so I would order a different type of pizza, if I order pizza from here again. I recently tried the Curry Chicken specialty pizza. It smelled amazing. Was heavy! And looked beautiful. Lots of freshness. However, flavor didn't hit. I thought it would have had a masala or curry sauce or something to substitute for pizza sauce. Nope. All bread, veggies, cheese and some really dry chicken chunks. And by dry, it disintegrates when you chew. I didn't taste much curry flavor. It really felt like I was eating a healthy alternative to pizza oddly. Like a salad and breadsticks. I've seen this place a few times, and always wanted to check it out. I noticed that they had a sign for 40% off large pizzas on Tuesdays. So I took advantage of that to try it out. I did have to call in the order to use the discount. Ordering was quick and easy. My pizza was ready in the time quoted, 20 'minutes. . When I got the order, I was pleasantly surprised with how. Many toppings were on it. They didn't cut corners at all even with the discount. I tried the chicken ticks pizza as well as a half pepperoni/cheese pizza. 2 large was plants for my family of 4 to eat and have some leftover for the next day. The crust is firm and a little thick with some crisp on it. But it felt light and not dense. The flavor of the chicken tikka was subtle but good. I was the main one who liked this pizza, my husband thought it was fine. But he's a pepperoni pizza purist. He and the kids did enjoy the pepperoni and cheese pizza as well. However my daughter was mad that there was more pepperoni than cheese with some uneven slices. :) I'm not sure if I'd get a whole large chicken tikka pizza dine in the only who liked it, and after a few slices I was ready for something else, but it wasn't bad. I've seen that you can get half and half of specialty pizzas as long as it's large, so I may try that next time. I definitely want to try more. We had a surprise wedding planning dinner come up and needed food. I had bought a butter chicken pizza a while ago and remembered that everyone liked it. $120 later we had 4 pizzas and wings. Two meat pizzas. Loaded with toppings. Hot and great to eat. A butter chicken and a tandoori chicken. Both buried in chicken. Very flavorful and but not overly so. The sleeper was the 6 wings. The business advertises that it is open until 9:00 PM, so at 8:25 PM I called to place an order and was put on hold. After waiting with no answer, I started driving to the store while still on hold. I arrived around 8:45 PM and was informed by the employee that they stop taking orders at 8:30 PM and were no longer accepting orders. Not only was this policy not communicated anywhere, but no one ever picked up the phone to let me know. If a business stops taking orders 30 minutes before closing, that should be clearly stated rather than advertising that it is open until 9:00 PM. I drove over 7 miles and spent 20 minutes on hold only to be turned away when I arrived. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service and communication. A simple answer to the phone or a clear notice about the order cutoff time would have prevented the entire situation. Based on this experience, I left frustrated and without confidence in how customers are treated. read more

If you aren't getting this excited to eat, then it's not worth it. They always seem to be empty and slow but I think it's just an off the path location that people don't know about or are too scared to try. They're ranch dressing is homemade. They don't have a fountain drink option, you can buy cans or 2 L bottles. If you have someone to share, the 2 L bottles worthy. They have lots of specials. On Wednesday they offer wings for $.89 each. That's a deal and we definitely enjoyed that special. If you call your order and you get 40% off. But you have to take it to go. I liked sitting in the pizza place getting the pizza fresh out of the oven. So that's what we chose to heck with the discount. They have many vegan options and the customer that walked in recommended that if we got a large to split it and get two different different kinds. Great idea! If you want really great pizza in the Santa Clarita Valley (especially if you're a fan of thin New York pies) you're really out of luck...But if you want something unique in the pizza world, unlike just about anywhere else, The Curry Pizza Company may be just the spot for you. I have an old memory of having Indian flavored pizza on trip to San Francisco many years ago which makes me salivate ever time I think of it, but never found anything remotely like it here in Southern Cal., until we moved up here and lo and ehold The Curry Pizza Company moved in just about the same time we did. We've ordered from them a couple of times now and really love the Indian Flavors...the masala, and this time around the Butter Paneer are fantastic...the crust is crispy too. They don't do too well in the regular pizza category (in our opinion.) My son got a small plain cheese pizza...it had not enough sauce, too much cheese on it and not enough sauce. Had I gotten a cheese pizza from here I probably never would have ordered from here again. Luckily the Indian pies are really tasty and fantastic and we'll definitely get more. Butter chicken didn't really taste like butter chicken, more like grilled chicken and I couldn't taste the sauce much in the pizza to consider it as a butter chicken pizza, definitely need to ask for extra sauce next time. The paneer was good not bad and overall it was good pizza but not what I expected. We also got the spicy Masala wings which were pretty good!
