I went here on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a hickory burger and the trio. There's a lot is seating and acrylic over the tables. It's a very clean place. The food arrived in about 10 minutes and I quickly realized it was too much for one person. The Trio could've been an entire meal on its own. The fries were all very good. The onion rings were good too but I like the fries better. The burger is pretty tall, and everything felt like it was in harmony. The only thing that was lacking were the sauces. Absolutely love this chain and wish the one in Woodland Hills didn't close and get replaced by another Starbucks. Such great quality burgers and love their Trio which consists of onion rings, regular fries, and sweet potato fries! We dropped by over the weekend for some lunch since we were in the area to run some errands at the Target in the same plaza. Huge parking lot which is nice since it shares the lot with a bunch of other shops. It wasn't very busy when we dropped by, maybe like 3 or 4 other couples/families. Love that they have a high table and a long one too. It's actually really wide which makes for a lot of room. The windows are so open and really brighten up the place. They also have an outside patio area to dine in as well. Overall a great location and the staff members come around to check and make sure you're doing alright which you don't really expect from a fast food chain! The food here is great and the portions are very fair! I got the kids meal chicken strips and fries along with a kid size Oreo shake and it was super filling, and I had enough to share the leftovers with my friends! The Oreo shake had a great flavor, I just wish it was thicker and creamier. The chicken strips were also great and tasted like good quality natural white meat chicken. I will say that they slightly lacked in flavor and seasoning though. The service here is sooo nice it's almost suspicious LOL. Came by tonight about 40 mins before they closed. There were a lot of people dining in and more patrons still coming in up until almost closing time. We ordered a veggie burger (black bean) and 2 hook burgers with the sampler (French fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings). The burgers were all made fresh to order and the veggie burger had all fresh ingredients with fresh avocado on it. I couldn't believe how light the burger was but very filling. I asked for some hot sauce and the helpful employee got us a sample of everything spicy they had: chipotle mayo, chalula, tapatio and small peppers. Everything was so delicious! I enjoy Habit Burgers, and Hook is their higher end burger place. This was my first time eating at one. The decor is modern and quite spacious with very high ceilings. They don't mind if adults order the kids combo- and that petite burger is prob. the size of a typical Charburger at Habit (other kids choices are chicken tender and grilled cheese). My friends ordered the regular Hook burger, and it looked like 1/3 pound or more so it's very filling burger. The employees were all super friendly, and they frequently walked around to pick up excess trash. So it's a mix of casual fast counter but they make more efforts to bring some more service of sit down restaurant. read more

I stopped by Hook Burger for a bbq chicken salad today. I was having problems with the app and wonderful employee Sabiha helped me navigate the changes. She is so friendly and nice! She sincerely seems that way as part of her personality. Hook Burger did well hiring her! She helped me get my birthday $5 reward so my bill was lower. Yay!!!! She also helped me choose a "no sugar" beverage by providing all of the options. What a sweetie! Ambiance: they play fun music and the restaurant has the a/c on. It feels good on a hot day! My grandson had a cheese burger and sweet potato fries. Also nice and the other was a spicy crispy sandwich and fries. The chicken was topped off with coleslaw and cheese. It was delicious and hit the spot. Finally, the onion rings were served hot and crunchy. It has closed captioned tvs, beer and a patio seating.
