Ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza and was given a beeper to park and come back when ready. 20 minutes later it was ready but 4 cars in drive thru by then. Had to park and take my 2 small kids in to get the pizza. I will say the cashier was very nice and gave the kids cookies! The pizza tasted fine but I just don't understand why simple pizzas are never ready when you go there. read more

Ordered inline with an hour before pickup. We were told it wasn't ready and given a "pager" and told to pull over to the side. After an additional 25 minutes, my husband walked over to the window and the lady "found" our order. She said it had just come out, but our pizza was cold. Very disappointed. read more

I just contacted the little Caesar's in Oxford NC at the Oxford common's location while I was sitting in the parking lot of McDonald's which is a 4 minute walk across the driveway & I asked if they had any specials & I was told no! Just regular pizzas but by the time I said " I would like" the lady hung up on me just that quick!! I tried to call back but I never received an answer to my call!! Then I looked them up on Yelp & saw all the bad things that was being said & I thank GOD that we didn't eat there!!! That place needs to be closed down or needs better employees who wants a job & would love to work there!! read more

Manager on duty was unprofessional. Made her employee do her job. Came to my car twice to ask what we ordered. 45 mins later we received our food. COLD. Ask for manager she refused to come and talk. Went to front of building. She insisted to get into a confrontation and used fowl/profanity language. All I want was the managers name. Evidently people that work there don't know anyone by there names. I will never eat there again. Until you get a manager that knows customer service, how to treat people, and not use profanity, I the customers that PAY your salary and keep you with a job. Employees like this will make you lies your business. If I could leave a negative mark I would. read more

Little Caesar's was a go-to of my youth- post baseball game, soccer match, Cub Scouts- what a treat to grab two cheap bready, gooey pan pizzas and stuff my little kid face. When an LC opened in Oxford, my teenager was stoked to go try it out. Beep beep boop- pizza ordered online. We drive up- the young man at the window starts off with: "We been trying to call you. We out of one of your toppings." "No problem. It looks like you made them without- we will take it." The young man then opens our pizza box, pulls down his mask, and says "you got mushrooms? They nasty. I don't know how you can eat that." I made a comment about how delicious they were. We took our pies and left. The pizza? I don't remember. I ate some of it. The kid had a slice or two, even though he was horrified by someone leaning over it maskless. What I do remember: the food poisoning that ensued that night. I've never known what food poisoning was like before eating Little Caesar's in Oxtown. I've eaten off the street all over the world, but never have I experienced the type of illness that I experienced that night. They nasty, indeed. read more

Got some pizza to go and the lady in the drive through said it'd be a couple minutes for my pizza, I was cool about it and waited. 30 mins later, I got impatient and walked around the drive through to the front and through the window I could see an employee on her phone doing absolutely nothing. Who knows for how long that was going for but it was unacceptable. Will definitely not come back to this particular little ceasers. read more

I WILL NEVER waste my money again with this Oxford chapter . Ordered online, ready in 20 minutes, NOT. 1:45 minutes later. Wings were bad enough that I couldn't eat , threw them out the window and the vultures were hesitant. The pizza was worse, so I decided not to give it to the vultures. Do better little Caesars. We ordered pizza for dinner tonight through the drive thru. After waiting for 45 minutes and being told twice to drive around their parking lot area, we still didn't have food and finally asked for a refund. No one apologized for the poor service, no one made any effort to keep our business, and just handed a receipt through the window. Multiple other customers received their food, both customers who ordered before and after us. It was an awful experience and we will never go back! read more

Food is never ready when you order it. The ONE TIME it was ready when I got there after the correct amount of time it said it would be ready I had to wait forever for them to tell me it had timed out and needed to be remade even though I was there and waiting about 30 mins at this point for them to say we're busy it's only x amount of us here but they were playing and joking around and not caring about their customers. Another time they gave me RAW bread sticks that were nothing but raw dough in the middle. read more

I ordered 2 Bestest pizzas and got two thin crust with 3 slices with NO meat toppings. I called back to the place I ordered (can't call this a restaurant) and I explained what was ordered and what I received. The girl bluntly said that NOTHING was going to be done. I asked to speak to the manager to complain about the pizza and about the nasty rudeness of the employee and was actually told that she is the manager. Her name is Shelia and has no business being an employee let alone a manager. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Corporate needs to do something , how many customers are they willing to lose over poor quality and service. It was also 10 minutes extra waiting time to buy this garbage.
