If I could give 0 stars I would. Can't get orders correct even when ordering with their app. Waited 18 min on hold to try to remedy the situation. Finally drove up to the store to see everyone working there just standing around (was still on hold at this point). Very poor management with a rude manager ( if in fact he was the manager because I suspect he was lying). Took the food that was incorrect back but refused to give a refund. To think I tipped them. Called to complain about this treatment and nobody calls back. Go to Little Caesars. They are friendlier there and give you good service at better prices. I had heard good things about Domino's so I decided to give it a try. I ordered two large new York style with sausage and pepperoni and light sauce. I was a bit surprised at the $41 charge but waited to see. I watched the progress online and shortly after I arrived, the screen in the store showed that my order was complete. I was told that one pizza was ready and they began the second pizza. I was ignored when I asked why. 20 minutes later, the second pizza came out and both were tossed on the counter. I saw them putting the sausage on both pizzas once they were out of the oven. When I pointed out that the screen indicated that the pizzas were done, the response was waving at the screen and given attitude. OK they make pretty good pizza, but terrible service. I have tried to order from them and get it delivered 4 times in the last 4 months. The first time pizza never showed up so after an hour I call and they say they didn't have a delivery person. A month later next order same thing pizza was MIA. I have to call, then go get my order, last month was delivered as expected. Last week at least they called to let me know I had to come get it. Why can't they get on door dash or something if they aren't going to have delivery service on a regular basis. I find it had to believe that my orders just happened to fall on the nights they didn't have someone to deliver pizza. So just to be clear pizza is 4 stars it's pretty good. We love the lava cake as well. But the service gets 1 star, so I'm rounding down because even if they make good pizza, what good is it if they can't deliver it to my door. read more

I ordered on the app and they said it would be ready between 620 and 630. I got there at 6:50 he said it was in the oven. Nine minutes later, I was told they hadn't even started it yet. I typically don't use this location, and probably never will again. It is only convenient because it was on my way home today, after an appointment that's coming from a different direction than I normally would. There is another Domino's about 15 miles away that's on my normal route that doesn't screw up, at least not yet. read more

Mgr. Ann Crews is amazing at the Oxford, NC location. She is always friendly and professional. On this day, I complained to her about a Domino's store in Henderson, NC. They had repeatedly hung up on me, without ever connecting me to a live person to be serviced. They closed early and had several people in the parking lot upset about not answering the phone or being able to be service face to face. After this horrific experience, she apologized on their behalf's. I left feeling as though as I was heard and valued. read more

The absolute worst customer service! The first time I ordered here was fine the last 4 times was horrible and this is because I've keep giving chances. 2nd time, I called in for a pizza and the manager,tiffany, forgot to make it and I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza, and she didn't even apologize just asked me if i want the pizza or not!? Them I complained to the owner and got a free pizza,but that too took forever. Finally decided to give a try again after 6 months, and this time my pizza took 2.5 hours and I had to cancel. Same manager gave me some sorry excuse and said I can get a free pizza next time, and that she wrote my name down. Called back a week later to make good on the offer and they had no record of them offering me the free pizza credit nor did they take the time to look it up, they were too busy and told me to call back. Worst no service ever tonight, left without ever receiving my order placed 90 minutes earlier. When someone comes out and asks how you want your pizza made after you have been standing outside for 45 minutes, it's hopeless that you are getting your food, especially when you arrived 45 minutes earlier and they only need to box your order! 4/15/2020 read more

Horrible experience! Ordered my pizza's they delivered them cold. I called back they said they'd deliver them again. Remake them. Well no pizza's!! I called after an hour looking for my pizza's. Nothing was communicated about them being remade. We'll credit you! Screw that i wanted my pizza's. I will never allow them to deliver again. Your pizza will be cold. And then on top of that they won't remake them and send them to you. You charge me a delivery price then deliver them late and cold! Not good. And promise me a re-delivery with hot pies!! I'm hungry and still have nothing. Going back to papa johns or pizza hut! I tried! Lil Caesars or big cheese before they get a call from me! read more

Horrible customer service. My wife advised that the workers were rude and unhelpful. The pizza was severely under cooked with a lot of raw dough. The cheese bread was under cooked and you could see non-melted cheese. I will never use this location again. read more

Pizza took 45 minuets to travel.9 miles. Had to reheat before we could eat. Would have been a 5 Star pizza otherwise. A call letting me know of extended delivery time would have been nice, and I could have been given the chance to pick up my pizza while it was hot. read more
