First time indoor seating since the other Pizza Hut burned down. The place looked very clean but there is no buffet at this time. The server was very pleasant and courteous. The manager greeted us at the door and opened the door for us. There were no paper menus available but that was not a problem. My husband and I ordered pan pizza with bacon and xtra cheese which was served in A timely manner; the pizza was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious!!No fountain drinks were available but large glasses of ice made our sodas taste even better. Through out the meal the server checked on a us frequently. Even though we order delivery often, I'm sure we will eat in more often. They used to have a menu showing everything you could order. According to our server THE (yes they only had one) menu got stolen and apparently the owner refuses to replace it. So they give you a menu that lists only 1 topping pizzas and no list of what they might be. The server was very helpful and basically everything that was on the stolen menu is available so if you can remember what they had you can ask for it. How does this place stay in business? read more

So far we have been sitting in the empty dining room waiting for 20 minutes to even be noticed. The entertainment while we waited consisted of a woman complaining about how rudely she had been treated and how unprofessional the manager was being. When I saw a young lady with a Pizza Hut shirt on folding boxes on the other side of the dining room for take out pizzas, I asked her if the dining room was closed. Her response was, "oh...I don't know" and she turned back to her work. I thin asked her if there was anyone available to take my order.... " she said, oh no one has taken your order?" When I told her that no one had even spoken to us yet, she said "oh... hold on" and went to the kitchen. The same young lady came to our table a few minutes later and asked us if we knew what we wanted to eat. It took her a minute to figure out that we didn't even have menus or anything so after she brought them the most painful ordering session of my life took place. Her- what would you like to drink? Me- a coke will be fine. Her- well we only have Pepsi products, you want a Dr Pepper? Me- no a Pepsi is fine. Her- ok well we only have Pepsi products. Me- ok. Pepsi is fine. Her- ..... her- and for the little girl? Me- Sprite ? Her- we only have Pepsi products- so it will either be Sierra Mist or 7-up. I can't remember which one... She brought our drinks back rather quickly. Thankfully. Then the q and a went something like this: Her- do you know what you'd like to eat yet? Me- no not yet, but we do want some cheesy breadsticks. Her- but you don't know what kind of pizza you want? Me- no not yet Her- ok. Because if I put the order in for your appetizer I'm going to have to go back and add your pizza to your ticket later. Me- ok. That's fine. Her- but I'll have to re-open your order. Me- ok. Ok so she put in our appetizer order and comes back about five minutes later and asked us if we're ready to order our pizza. This is how the pizza order went: Me- yes she (our 5 yr old) will have a kids personal pan pepperoni Her- you mean like the personal pan pizza? Me- yes Her- ok and what else? Me- we will have a large chicken bacon Parmesan pizza Her- is that on the menu? After waiting another 30 minutes and having our breadsticks brought to us in a to go box without any plates, silverware, or napkins.. we finally said forget it and paid $13 for 3 drinks and breadsticks. I have been wanting Pizza Hut pizza for a while. Since we don't have one where I live Should have waited. After waiting at our table For 15 minutes I went to the take out to order. Also order our drinks Then after another 10 minutes went to counter to ask for our drinks. It has now been 25 minutes since I order our pizza. Stay away! Online order ready in 15-20. Show up and am told it'll be another 10 min. Then another 10. Finally the lady opens the warmer oven and takes my pizza out that was ready when I arrived. Slack! read more

Great service. Food was good and the wait was not long. Drive-thru. Worker was very nice and friendly. Makes a big difference and makes you want to come back people work to hard for their money for to go places and the service is not good and the food is even worse. Pizza Hut you rock!!! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service of any place I have ever been to. It was alright at first, but in the last two months they have ruined 3 orders and delivered all of them late. It's like they stopped caring completely about the food they are serving, and then getting an attitude about me being mad that I got a cold pizza, that I didn't even order, over an hour late. WIthout a doubt the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. A simple take-out order of one pizza and an order of breadsticks was all we sought. After waiting 20 minutes, we went to pick up our order and our money was quickly taken. Then we waited another 20 minutes. A pizza was brought to us but we were told they had "lost" the breadsticks. 20 more minutes and they brought breadsticks but now had "lost" the pizza. They have now LOST our business. In the many years we dealt with this business prior to their rebuild we never had an issue. They seem to have LOST their management and need to find someone new read more

Placed order and was told it would be 15 minutes. They took my money right away. Came back 20 minutes later, and it was very clear they hadn't started it yet. There weren't hardly any customers, yet it took 40 minutes. I dislike writing bad reviews, but I'm not that hard to please. I am not impressed, and will not be returning. read more
