I contacted several shops in the Fallbrook area in reference to completing a half sleeve. The other shops that i contacted never answered the phone or never returned my messages. The one shop that i was able to get in touch with after driving over there since they never answered the phone or returned my messages was "Recon Tattoo" I spoke to Shawn in person as he was closing the shop up early for the night since he needed to get home to the kids. He set me up with a 3 pm appointment for the next day. When i arrived at the shop at 2:45 Shawn informed me he would have to cancel the appointment because he was baby sitting his kids in the shop and would not be able to tattoo that day. That was a real bummer since i planned my day for that appointment and i was super excited to finish this sleeve up and move on to new work. I went back to google to look for another tattoo shop that wanted business and had a good reputation. I came across Little C's shop on yelp and decided to give him a call. When i called the shop C must of been busy since i had to leave a message. I was shocked when i received a call back in less than 5 minutes from C himself, since all the other shops in Fallbrook never called me back. I was informed on the phone that the shop was open and I could come by for a consultation before his next appointment. Upon arrival at this super cool vintage studio i was greeted by a friendly gentleman (Little C who has owned the shop for about 7 or 8 years) and he was eager to take on new business. The hourly rate that i was quoted was a pretty standard rate that was reasonable and fair. I felt very comfortable and welcome in the shop and after reviewing some of C's previous work i knew this was the artist and shop for me! When i arrived the next day for my appointment C was all set up ready to go and the shop was very clean and smelled good. I presented C with a general tattoo that i liked online and was expecting to get the same exact tattoo that someone else already had. C liked the tattoo that i wanted but asked me what type of things i liked. I told him what i liked and he came up with a very unique tattoo that incorporated all of the things that i had mentioned to him that i liked. My sleeve is coming out excellent and is almost complete. If you are looking to get a tattoo in the Fallbrook area this is the place to go!! Do not waste your time with these other shops in town. Little C's Tattoo and Vintage Parlor is the only place to go in Fallbrook if you want top of the line tattoo work that is affordable and in a clean welcoming environment. OMG little C is the dirtiest tattoo artist you could ever go to!! Feel here to stop by his shop & get a tattoo as long as you don't mind hepatitis or HIV.. I saw him touch his ink bottles with bloody gloves. I did not see disinfectant soap anywhere in his shop. I saw a 50% alcohol bottle & I can only wonder if he thinks that is suitable for cleaning anything he uses to tattoo with.. He does not use clip cord covers while tattooing. He just let blood get all over his clip cord. That is horrible because he is getting blood from one customer to the next... How in the world this guy even keeps clients is beyond me... I guess the people he is tattooing have no idea how a real tattoo artist works.. I really hope weighting this post will save at least one person from getting a sick or disease from getting tattooed by little C. This guy should not even be aloud to tattoo. He does not care about the safety of his customer at all! Please please please make sure who ever is tattooing you is a clean tattoo artist & do not ever go get tattooed by this ass hole! He is spreading diseases to or men & women in our military without caring one bit about what he is giving his customers.. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER GO TO LITTLE C's Let people know how unsanitary little C is, he is a shitty human being for what he has been doing to people for years & years.. Lightest touch, hands down. It was nearly 10 years without a tattoo and the anticipation and anxiety was really ruining it for me. So before I committed to cover up work I opted to get a smaller tattoo that would allow me to get used to the feel of the needle again. Well, I'm extremely satisfied. So happy with my new redo. I will be getting more work done by "Little C" .. I came in with a tat that I was very unhappy with, and C designed and colored over it and embellished onto it, where now I'm very pleased with it. Great atmosphere in his comfortable place of business, which allowed me to enjoy the time there, and feel totally relaxed. From the beginning he understood what I had in mind, and truly listened to what I wanted for a change, and then put in his artistic ability to make it a new awesome TAT. Just went to little C's tattoo shop last night as a walk in and he gave me the most amazing tattoo! If you want great work done, definitely go to this man's shop. He does awesome work! He's got the cutest little shop and works hard to make sure you're happy with what you leave with. Believe me, when I walked out last night, I couldn't of asked for a better tattoo! This is honestly the best tattoo shop I've ever been in. I came here because I really like Cory's work and he's tattooed me once before. I immediately felt very welcome here, they're very friendly and accommodating. Very clean shop too, their needles are disposable, and they make sure to open a new package in front of you. They are very knowledgable and actually care about the quality of the tattoo rather than making quick cash, which is very appreciated and hard to find in a business nowadays.
